I went there on Thursday April 24th for lunch and let me tell, you Mercedes is all awesome. Her energy , euthastic is off the chart, a positive atmosphere and my subway was delicious. I will be back
So I needed a platter today for my daughters birthday!! Was not able to get one anywhere else from any other restaurant unfortunately because it was last minute. My fault!! But let me just tell you this subway location in Rockwall and the manager (ERIC) made this possible for my daughter!! He was able to get everything together for me and threw in something special for my daughter to help make her day special!! This location gained a customer for life and that is quality customer service and management right there!! Wonderful people!! Thank you!!!! 💜💜
My favorite time to go to Subway is when Shiney is working. She is so helpful and nice. The meat and veggie counter is spotless. She never seems overwhelmed. I have visited many subways and I have to compliment her with an excellent experience any time she is working. She is the absolute best and she must be recognized. Gena

I recently started to eat at this Subway again!! It has a new manager , Mercedes. She is just what this place needed!! The restaurant is Very Clean, always has it stocked!! The bread is soft and fresh!!! About 6 months ago this place was nasty and always out of everything!!!!! Store was very unkept! The manager had a bad attitude and always was out of everything especially Bread!!! Mercedes and her staff need to be recognized for their success in bringing the store up to par!!!
I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the manager. They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The store was clean, the service was quick, and my order was made perfectly. It’s clear they care about both the customers and their team. Great leadership shows!

I’m only giving 5 stars because of the lady Ms. Shannie, she was the ONLY one working with NO help and literally knocked down a line of 9 people including me WHILE having a smile and in a good mood. This Subway needs to hire more workers, it’s a damn shame no one was in there helping her during lunch rush hour but if it wasn’t for her I would’ve gave a 1 star to this location. Her ability to multitask and make 15 different sandwiches at once and cash people out to pay for their sandwich and say hello to every single person who walked in is AMAZING LOL! I was just sitting in line watching how she interact and for her to be the only person working on November 6th at 12:11 is RIDICULOUS! Kuddos to Ms. Shannie 🫡 give her a raise!

Let me just say, if you’re not eating here then you’re missing out! I have never had a more enjoyable experience at a fast food restaurant in my life, and it’s all because of Lashonda who was working. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, was so pleasant, has wonderfully sweet banter and loves to laugh and smile. Hey Owner of this store, whatever you’re paying her it’s not enough! Give this lady a raise now!

Understand that the food isn’t everything, but the service, cleanliness and food makes the entire review believable! This has been the only Subway I’ve ever been to that is “skimpy” on the amount of food they give you! The ladies were awesome, just stingy with the veggies!
Go here often. Usually service is lacking, however last time we went in April 2019, we had a girl who gave great service. They go through help like crazy. Usually in the morning the oven isn't ready even though sign says open, no tea made..obviously not Ready to open. But maybe this change will make it better.
This is a mediocre to subpar Subway. Everything was dirty when I walked in, no one even made eye contact or said hello. All of the veggies were old and wilted. Especially the lettuce and tomatoes. The lettuce was literally brown instead of crisp and green. The tomatoes looked like they were sliced a week ago and were shriveled and gritty looking. When I checked out, the sales person didn't even ask if I wanted a combo, which I did, I had to ask for it and then they didn't even give me the cup they just walked away. Not a great example of good customer service.
Ordered online to get a sub and a pretzel. When looking back in my bag, the pretzel was hard as a rock literally. The service was ok, no one was at the front to talk to me or something. Just overall disappointing for the staff and food that was given to me.

Every time I come into this place it gets worse. I ordered online to take advantage of some 20% deal and wish I didn’t even bother. Online the system said my sandwich was ready for pickup. I show up and they haven’t even started it nor even realized I placed an order. The cashier was far too busy trying to leave for the day than try to help me (fair enough, I get it). The kitchen was also kind of gross. The cutting boards need replacing as they don’t look clean and are very worn. Just overall a mess. Subway overall has gone downhill and sadly this location embodies that. I don’t really fault the employees for the system saying the sandwich is ready, as thats a corporate system issue that is still annoying. Placed an order on the online app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We show up to the place, mind you no one is inside, and they tell us that they haven't even started on the order. They start working on another couple's order that got there before us. Then a mother and daughter walk in and they start working on their order up front, still ignoring that our order should have been done over 15 minutes ago at this point. Finally we get our order almost 25 minutes past the time it said it would be done. We get home and the bread is stale for both sandwiches. What an absolute waste of time. Avoid this subway. DO NOT RECCOMEND! VERY DISSAPOINTED.
You black male with somewhat dreads...lol saw me walk in bell rang on the door, he never even looked back. Just turned and walled into the back office. Stood there for a bit. Thought about just taking whatever I wanted and actully was able to remove his $1.00 dollar tip, but I put it back. He never showed his face around the corner. I left. Service terrible.
Ordered double meat on a footlong meatball sandwich. It shows up with 3 meatballs on it.. drown in sauce and cheeses. Try calling and for four hours no one answers.. so a double meat footlong I got less meat than a six inch regular.. go to a different restaurant
I came to this location by 9:10 pm on 10/01/2024 to make an to go order I stopped on line waiting on worker to come take my order after 13 minutes waiting she is having Conversation with other lady I ask her nicely are guys still serving ? She said I stop taking orders by 9:30 pm and I say why you keep me waiting on line with other customers since you are no longer taking orders and your doors still open to customer she was so rude replying to me I don’t care . This is not the right way to trade the customer management should retraining your employer very bad experience
Witnessed the manager say racist comments and cuss out a food delivery driver. My wife was walking in with me behind and we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. I was shocked to hear racial comments in a good swrvice establishment. It was unprofessional, and unethical. To Subway corporation - This post will be shared to Twitter and posted on Facebook. The fact that you employee a racist manager in one of your facilities is unacceptable. Remedy your employee problems quickly. No need for racism against anyone in Rockwall, Tx.
I Walked into the store on Sunday evening to get a sandwich. Only a young black kid behind the counter talking on speaker phone using profanity and says he's doing online orders and I have to wait. I stood there for about 15 mins while he moved slow and kept talking on his phone and I finally decided to walk out. I
Workers were so annoyed with my 2 sandwiches I didnt order one for myself. He was so annoyed that he didnt even speak up to ask what else. When I went to pay the guy tried to over charge me when he clearly could have charge for a signature sandwhich. When I told him which one, the guy prior didnt even remember my order 5 seconds ago. Not impressed with the cleanliness either. I hate bad reviews but I will not spend anymore money here!
Kristine really needs to learn service skills. And how to control her attitude. I am not responsible for uber drivers getting the oder wrong. So to save everyone a phone call and hassle I just drove up to the store to get my order. I asked for it to be redone, she argued that. I asked for a little extra steak since I had to come up there and she yells that extra meat in a wrap is against a policy just NOT doable ever. Then throws my sandwiches around like it was not a problem. She embarrassed me in front of a store full of people which her co worker was so nice and kind and even apologized for someone else behavior. She used curse words, whispered into someone else ear about me, and then STILL continued to be rude. I'm taken back by it.
Ordered 4 sandwiches on the app, worst decision ever!! Stay as far away from this Subway as possible!!! I arrived to pick up my sandwiches and the employee told me they had not prepared them because the only bread they had was regular white(I ordered all 4 on Italian herb) they had no veggies, oven was not working. I do not blame the employees, the owner puts them in a situation to fail for not providing them with the proper staff, inventory, and equipment that has been down for months. Would give the location zero stars if possible !!!!
Really rude customer service!! Two women walked out because they were not addressed by the workers. It was really disrespectful. One of the workers wearing a grey mask and a subway head band on July 24. had an attitude making my sandwich and did not give me my drink to my meal. She Never spoke to any customer that came in.
This place always takes forever. I always show up 10 min after the time they give and never fails they haven't even started them! & of course it's empty in the lobby when we show up. Do better.
Stay away. Last time I am going here. If you wanna wait 30 minutes for a subway.... be my guest. To the owners- you gotta hire better staff.- give them a raise... maybe that will motivate them to card about their job. Jeez.
Walked in there was a small line. One of the customers asked if they had any more lettuce and tomatoes ( I assumed cause it didn’t look fresh) they didn’t have any more lettuce and tomatoes so the guy leaves. I’m watching these two girls and their customer service was awful. Both had attitude. I get up to the glass and I’m telling her I want a foot long Italian (which is white bread) she continues to talk over me saying we only have white bread, wheat and another choice. So she didn’t hear anything I said so I repeated myself. After they toasted it. I saw that most of the produce was not even fresh. I asked for black olives and they were OUT OF THAT TOO. so I said this is ridiculous and walked out. And they act confused as to why I’m walking away. About 4-5 people walked out just in the time that I was there because they were out of like everything. I won’t be going back to this location. It needs better people and better training! I’d give this location 0 stars if I could.
So before I write a review I always try a place at least twice. I have been to this location 3 times over the last several months, it has always been different people behind the counter, and it is always a terrible experience. So I went in there today with my son and we were the ONLY people waiting to be served. We waited almost 15 min while 1 girl was doing online orders and the other was just walking around. Then it took them another 15 min just to make 3 sandwiches, which ended up tasting horrible with WAY WAY to much mustard and mayo. The only reason I didn't say anything was I didn't feel like waiting another 30 min for food! That and the fact the girls attitudes were horrendous they both looked mad to even be there. Then as I was at the register one of the girls bagged my food, I paid, then she just walked away with my bag sitting close to her side of the counter, without saying a single word. I stood there for another couple minutes not sure if my payment even was finished before just taking my bag. Needless to say when I got home after taking 1 bite all of us just threw the food in the trash and order jersey Mike's! Never going back.
Came in on lunch and was treated very rude with two young employees. 4/2/25 at 1:00pm. They gave attitude, rude rushing my order when nobody was in line, got my order wrong by toasting my meat when I said I didn’t want it toasted. The person attending us was Mike he had a bad attitude with us and was slamming stuff and was disrespectful with words. I asked a simple question if he cut the sandwich because I was going to share and he said with a bad tone “I cut all my sandwiches” while putting the food in the bag roughly.
This is the worse subway I have ever been too. We did a Mobile order with instructions too the T. And it was completely wrong. Tried calling the store to let them no with nobody ever answering. I finally went up there with my recite and the manager looked at me like i was crazy trying to get free food. She said she would re do it for 50 % off I said whatever fine. Then when she was checking me out she told me no that she wouldn't replace it. She's insanely rude. No customer service skills at all. Her name is Lashanda. Do not go to this store. Horrible horrible food. Two people working were nice and doing what they could with what they had. Not the fastest but no big deal. The quality of the bread is pathetic. No way to convince me the bread isn’t a few days old at minimum. Only thing edible were some meatballs I got for my dog. She didn’t complain.

The spinach was a liquefied and wadded up, brown lettuce, gooey tomatoes, yellowish brown pickles. All the clean and used utensils were all together in same container on counter with vegetables being used over and over again. Meaning all were dirty. The bread is not fresh. The plain bread has spots, the bread is stale, dry, crumbling. I have never, in my life, experienced eating bad subway bread in my life. That's saying something. The bread is the hardest thing to get wrong. The soda machine distributes flat drinks, with no ice, however they still sell this to you. Don't eat here. Don't believe the positive reviews unless there's a complete change in this store from the bottom up starting with employees. Disgusting. You're making people sick.

He didn't ask what kind of bread. He then proceeded to cut it in half and put one half back without asking six inch or foot long. He didn't ask what kind of sandwich. He didn't ask toasted or not. He didn't ask what veggies. If I hadn't guided him through the process, nothing would've been accomplished. He then didn't know how to wrap the sandwich. The only time we heard his voice was when he told us how much to pay. What usually takes a few minutes, took about fifteen today, for one sandwich. The whole experience was extremely strange. I almost asked if we were being pranked, because he seriously didn't know what to do. WORST PART, HE WAS ALL ALONE.

I wanted double meat for a sandwich I was ordering and she corrected me as if I worked there. I have never done an about face so fast when entering a restaurant. Went in at 8pm , the restaurant closes at 10pm so it’s not like I’m being inconsiderate and coming in minutes before closing . Young red head employee was putting away the vegetables looks up at me with the most evil glare doesn’t say anything . When I tell you it made me feel so uneasy , I immediately put the chips back and left . I really hope the owner looks at the video footage of how your employees are so rudely treating customers .

When I politely asked if she could add the dressing after the vegetables, she raised her voice at me and said she could not do that. From that moment on, she maintained a demanding and disrespectful tone, telling me that she was not going to argue with me today. I calmly responded that there was no need to argue, as I am the customer and should be able to request my sandwich the way I prefer. However, she never lowered her voice or adjusted her rude attitude. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

When he finally acknowledged us and attempted to take our order, he seemed out of it—almost like he was high. He wasn’t listening to what we were saying, and it took him several minutes just to respond to basic questions. We ended up walking out in the middle of the order. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
Placed an order through the Subway app. They didnt have the product for the order but told me they couldn't refund me because the Subway app is third party. Told me to go through corporate. I submitted a ticket through corporate which they closed out without doing anything. I had to dispute the charge through my bank to get a refund. Subway is a joke. I dont know how they are in business and will not go back.
Avoid this place is much as possible. I ended up getting a happy gilmore meal and the sub was the boss. All I gotta say is I haven't stopped throwing up and haveing diarrhea all night and it's currently 4:25 am. Save your money and your well-being.

The person attending us was Mike he had a bad attitude with us and was slamming stuff and was disrespectful with words. I asked a simple question if he cut the sandwich because I was going to share and he said with a bad tone “I cut all my sandwiches” while putting the food in the bag roughly.
So before I write a review I always try a place at least twice. I have been to this location 3 times over the last several months, it has always been different people behind the counter, and it is always a terrible experience. So I went in there today with my son and we were the ONLY people waiting to be served. We waited almost 15 min while 1 girl was doing online orders and the other was just walking around. Then it took them another 15 min just to make 3 sandwiches, which ended up tasting horrible with WAY WAY to much mustard and mayo. The only reason I didn't say anything was I didn't feel like waiting another 30 min for food! That and the fact the girls attitudes were horrendous they both looked mad to even be there. Then as I was at the register one of the girls bagged my food, I paid, then she just walked away with my bag sitting close to her side of the counter, without saying a single word. I stood there for another couple minutes not sure if my payment even was finished before just taking my bag. Needless to say when I got home after taking 1 bite all of us just threw the food in the trash and order jersey Mike's! Never going back.
