This Dominos is my families GO TO when we don’t feel like cooking dinner, because no matter what we order it is always AWESOME. The pricing is pretty good, the quality is consistently great. Even in the rare time there’s an issue, they do whatever they can to make it right.

I ordered two pizzas at this Domino's...a Chicken Taco and an Extravaganzza. Estimated time from order 15 minutes...502pm. I arrived at 503pm and sent the "HERE" text. In less than five seconds the smiling employee with two pizzas was out the door. The pizzas were hot and delicious. The Extravaganzza was as good, as tasty as the pizzas at a highly touted, small local chain, Mary's. I had wanted to try a taco pizza since another well-reputed pizzeria in Exton PA screwed up a takeout order: when I pointed out that the taco pizza was missing, Rocco's took some slop, threw it on top of a slab of cooked pizza and microwaved it. No thanks!!! Domino's in Rohnert Park did well tonight!!!

Every time I get pizza from this location it is fantastic. My kids love it. The team members are so amazing and nice. You guys rock. Dennis and Teresa are gold for your company. They really go the extra mile. Thank you for being our local dominos. It’s not easy being a dominos by a college but this team always makes it look easy. My daughter says this location deserves 200 million trophies..

Fast, I dont know about friendly because I stayed in the car 😅, reasonably priced, good pizza, I'm now in love with their parmesan bites. One of our pizzas could have been cut a little better in the middle, but it was little more than an annoyance.

Just ordered today, and it was worth it, 10/10. So far, I have not been disappointed by this Domino's. We don't do take out that often, so ordering pizza is a treat, and everytime in the last 2 years we have ordered, the experience was great. Delivery has been fast and the food is always hot and good to eat. I always use the app, which I find to be very user friendly. The good experience make ordering from Domino's worth spending the money. Also, 100% of the time, I order for my kid, so it really matters that the pizza comes hot and delicious. Happy kid= returning customer. Try using the app! It's user friendly, and makes ordering easy. The pizza tracker is cool too, help me keep an eye out for the driver and helps my kid feel like it's NOT taking forever to get here.

Been going to this domino's for years. The drivers are always super polite and punctual. Foods always what I expect, and made well. The super rare occasion there's been a small mess up, they've always been super cool about it. As a night worker, the late night delivery is always awesome. Customer service is honestly why this is usually my go to pizza place around here. Good store, good customer service.

I love the food but it makes me really uncomfortable when I give specific instructions to HAND me my order and you don't do that but you actually leave it on someone else's dirty door step. I already have issues with food getting delivered to me because you don't know if that driver is having a bad day and they wanna decide they wanna spit in it or something crazy. Just please follow directions. Overall. Good pizza.

Always very fast and efficient. We eat there quite often and have never had an order that was made incorrect. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. and as you probably already know Domino's has some really good prices, and the quality of their Pizza has gotten much better.

The team is extremely wonderful. I had ordered 40 hot wings, but accidentally got 40 BBQ wings. I didnt realize until I got home since it was a take out, so I went back to tell them the order was wrong and a nice woman told me not to worry and they made my order right. I even told her I would pay extra and she said there was no need to since it was their mistake. They were all very friendly and pleased to help me.

The pizza was decent but im extremely disappointed with the staff. The past 5x I place an order they never add garlic crust seasoning. It's always weekdays only. The staff on weekends are more professional and know what they're doing. If they actually added the seasoning it would be good but as of now it's decent. Solid 6/10

Domino's Pizza on East Cotati Ave is a quick and convenient solution to the timeless dilemma of hungry family vs life. Call or order online and 20 mins later, dinner is served. The quality of the pizza is adequate and if you stick to the specials, fairly inexpensive. Any slight deviation from the listed specials and your.bill increases exponentially.

Personel does not pay attention if order is ready or not if you order online order can be ready and you will not be notified. Also they gave my pizza to someone else by "mistake" no apology or compensation whatsoever.

I ordered a pizza with sausage, onion, and peppers on the entire pie with pepperoni on half. half of my pizza only had pepperoni. sucks because you guys are usually super awesome. pizza box was also smooshed when we got it. totally different experience from what we normally get from this location :(

They had a rough night. Wait for pickup was 45-53 minutes, but when I got there my pizza was still not in the oven. They had an oven break on them. It was too bad, but I did wait an additional 20 minutes and they comped the pizza. That was at least nice.

I should know better. With all the pizza choices around me I should have known better. I never seem to have the good luck others do with Dominos. I ordered their pick any two items for $7.99 each and somehow A THIRD item made it into my order. It was greyed out which I can only assume means it was already added to my order even though I did not select it myself. Order came out to like $40 with tip AND a delivery fee. Food was not good at all. The sandwich did not smell very good but I took one bite, spit it out and tossed it. It tasted sour to me. The pizza was also subpar but the garlic bread bites that appeared out of no where were actually not too bad. Funny, the one thing I DID NOT order was the only good thing to eat. The cost was prohibitive and should have been spent elsewhere. I will not go back.

Not sure if the Ceasar dressing supposed to be inside the Salad kit or seperate. Opened up my salad and there's no dressing so I have a dry Cesar salad. Was it supposed to be inside the Salad kit or was I not given the dressing for the salad? Just wondering....???

I never write many reviews about places but I felt that I had such a bad experience I had to. I came into the restaurant earlier, and placed my order there. I was told the wait was to be about 15-20 minutes, as expected as I only ordered a medium pizza and cheesy bread. So I went out to my car for a few minutes and came back in to wait. I waited for my pizza for a whole hour before the cashier had the nerve to ask me if I was waiting on anything! -.- I was in so much disbelief I just told them my order,so she went ,checked and came right back with it. She apologized, however when I opened my order in my car it was cold and they were missing the sauce I had requested. This, I felt was terrible customer service so I had to let them know. Won't be coming back even though I had liked the pizza from there.

This is my first time and my last time ever ordering Domino’s Pizza from this location the pizza was just thrown together and for some reason it was cut so unevenly. the pepperoni was just thrown on top this is very disappointing to see Domino’s!!!

I ordered a 37$ spinach fita pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce , extra pizza cheese, extra fita cheese, jalapeño pepper, and pineapple, and got a regular Spinach Fita pizza what a scam and I can't contact the store no one answered and the contacts information to Domino's pizza corporation is harder than my life so disappointing experience bad review trust me guys you don't want to order from here save your money

Ordered Buffalo pizza from This place three times and then chose add extra Buffalo sauce on pizza on (instructions) and all three times no extra sauce was even on pizza barely to any sauce.. dominos lost a good paying customer today.. looks like mountains mikes or even round Table are new choices for me.. ✌️ Lady who answered call was rude aswell.

The delivery was good. But I ordered Heavy sauce because I won't eat pizza without extra sauce. There is barely any sauce on my pizza if any. $50 down the drain for a pizza and a salad delivered. I Should have read the reviews on Google maps. Domino's take this franchise away. Read this franchise's reviews it is doing more harm than good to your "BRAND" because I am never ordering Domino's again.

Firstly, got my pizza wrong and barely gave me any of my toppings but I wasn't gonna complain cuz food is food, but then after eating it a bit, the texture and taste was pretty nasty but I pushed myself to keep eating it the past couple days as not to waste food. I couldn't take it anymore and investigated under the cheese and realized I've been eating on RAW pizza dough! The bottom and edges were cooked so I had thought maybe I was just having a texture issue with the dough since they gave me the wrong pizza, but no I straight ate a bunch of raw dough. I could literally pull off the dough, stretch it, and roll a ball in my hand. I'm going to pray I don't get sick and NEVER eat from dominoes again.

I've had some rough experiences at this Domino's. They seem to have a talent for forgetting garlic on the crust. It’s like they think garlic is optional. And the pizza quality? It’s a total gamble. 9 times out of 10 wouldn't recommend.

We ordered a cheese pizza with bacon. Got the pizza home and there were several mushrooms randomly on the pizza. The previous time we ordered the pizza was super thin on one side and ticker on the other. Idk what's going on

Their app fails to apply coupon as advertised. Order ends up going through after several attempts and end up being a complete different order with a different coupon. No willingness to make it right because “they don’t deal with the app” as in technology is always right and there’s no room a technical error. Talk about “customer service”.

According to the Dominoes app my pizza was sitting for 20+ minutes. I called and they said 20 to30 longer on it being delivrered. They would not remake the order and obviously have no idea how to staff a resteraute. If you want to be bent over, prefer from them. Bad management and bad customer service.

Terrible experience. My pizza was delivered extremely late. It took over an hour and a half to be delivered. During which the driver called and couldn’t speak any English. The driver drove to the wrong apartment complex and it took a long time for him realize it. At this time the manger called and didn’t understand either. I called the store once the food finally arrived as it was ice cold. I asked to get a partial refund at least for the inconvenience. A reasonable request. The manager kept me on the phone for half an hour through several holds and rude comments. She continued to demand that I deliver the pizza back for a refund. She then decided to ghost me on the call and leave me on phone. I tried calling back from all of the phone present and they refused to answer. After another half hour of trying this, I drove to the store. When I walked in and asked for the manager the manager chose to tell her employees in Spanish to ignore me. After waiting and continually asking to be helped, the new younger guy asked me if I had the food. He said “no food, no refund”. This is when the manager jumped in and began repeating angrily “give me the food. No food no refund”. All of this is on video. Which when the manager realized she was being recorded, she said to turn off the cameras. I then continued to ask for a refund and she told the other employee to call the cops… for what??? A customer asking for a refund without raising his voice??? The manager is a terrible human being and this dominoes has the worst customer service possible. I told her all I wanted was the managers name and I would just take it up with corporate. She said I don’t need the managers name. She also refused to give this on the phone as well. This dominoes does not care for the customer. They are rude and disrespectful and threaten to call the cops if you complain about late food. - I also need to reiterate that the entire time I kept my cool and didn’t not explode at them.

Domino’s needs to fix their online ordering system, because the way they handle the Cinnamon Bread Bites is flat‑out deceptive. The menu clearly states: “Each 16‑Piece order includes 1 dipping cup.” Sounds straightforward. But it isn’t. They bury the actual dip selection all the way at the bottom of the page, underneath every upsell and add‑on. If you don’t scroll down and manually check a tiny box, you don’t get the dip that’s supposed to be included. And then they add “additional charges may apply,” which makes it look like the included dip is some kind of optional upgrade. This is a textbook dark pattern — make the customer think something is included, then quietly hide the step required to actually receive it. Most people won’t notice, and Domino’s knows it. If the menu says the Cinnamon Bread Bites come with a dip, then the dip should be included automatically. No hidden checkbox. No fine print. No tricks. Domino’s, this is misleading and it needs to be fixed.

Walk in to get my order which Is displayed ready for pick up online, I watch my order get placed on the rack just as the chick behind the counter turned her back to my pizza and claimed she couldn't find my order and then went to the side with her back to me and everyone else just sat there working facing towards me so they can see I'm looking straight at them, but they were oblivious that I was just standing there pointing at my order for someone to grab and bring over to me.... luckily the delivery guy (true hero) came to fill his bags and saw me and handed me my food before I had to up the bli....

We ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery. The first one was fine, but immediately upon opening the 2nd box we saw that 2 corner pieces were missing from the pizza. This is obviously unacceptable, since, when we order a pizza, we expect the full pizza. I don't think that's asking a lot... Not to mention, covid-19 concerns? Regardless of the reason why the two pieces were missing, this is unacceptable service from a food establishment. We called the store and the woman who answered claimed that the delivery driver stated he cut the pizza himself and that there were no pieces missing - essentially calling us liars. I may be a bored stay-at-home mom, but I wouldn't waste my time to eat two slices of pizza and then argue with a pizza place just for fun. We asked to speak with management and she stated the delivery driver IS the manager and that we couldn't speak to him. Finally, they reluctantly offered to make us another pizza but said we would have to pick it up and that they were really busy so it wouldn't be for over an hour. Are you kidding me? We just paid $7+ delivery service plus tip, you deliver us a pizza with pieces missing, and then the best you can do is offer a pick-up order for 1+ hours in the future? The female employee was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills on every level. When we even asked her for the phone number to their corporate office she said "I don't know it." Needless to say, we'll be taking this issue higher up because clearly the store does not care about their customers, let alone the quality of their "pizza". We'll be sticking to Cesar's from now on.

Website information is inaccurate. Without knowing, I ordered online on a day they were closed (keep reading) as the website indicated the store was open. I entered the credit card information and was charged for the order and delivery fee. The status later informed me that the pizza was in the process of being made. When I called the next day, the manager asked if I wanted a refund or the pizza delivered. I said I would like the order and she responded that I had to pay a delivery fee which had already paid. I don't blame the employees, I blame the owner. Lesson Learned: over reliance on the information contained on the website is a mistake. For the service industry in general, who wants to work for minimum wage, get treated badly, and overworked. It is no mystery why they have trouble finding employees throughout the service sector. It must be worse for the people delivering a 1 pound pizza using a 2500 pound car and losing money on every run.

Worst experience ordering a pizza I have ever had anywhere! First they send me the wrong pizza, then I try and call them and I have to block my number to get ahold of anybody because it just keeps saying that my order was completed. When I finally got ahold of someone it was a call center and they hung up on me 4 times trying to connect me to the store. I drove down there with the untouched pizza and the manager (Brenda)wanted a receipt, never even apologized and was extremely rude. I will never order anything from any dominoes ever again. If they do business like this how do they expect to stay in business? Horrible business practices and customer service all around!!!!!!

Last night we ordered two large 2 topping pizzas advertised for 6.99 each yet after confirming our order the price changed to 7.99 each. Got home with our order and realized they had given us an order that was half right. And the one they got right was overdone Called and explained that only one of the pizzas was right and rather than listen the lady argued for at least five mins before offering to remake the pizza they got wrong and when we got that one home there was something just off about it. If this is the best service dominos has to offer we'll then I recommend going somewhere else. And the fact that she never even tried to apologize earned her this review. I have half a mind to take all 3 pizzas back and demand a refund. Cause I'm definitely not eating them.

Ordered carbide delivery and arrived after the tracker said that it was ready. Took 30 minutes before we just went inside to grab the food that was sitting ready according to their app. Will not be ordering from this branch again.

And the one they got right was overdone Called and explained that only one of the pizzas was right and rather than listen the lady argued for at least five mins before offering to remake the pizza they got wrong and when we got that one home there was something just off about it. If this is the best service dominos has to offer we'll then I recommend going somewhere else. And the fact that she never even tried to apologize earned her this review. I have half a mind to take all 3 pizzas back and demand a refund. Cause I'm definitely not eating them.

Ordered carbide delivery and arrived after the tracker said that it was ready. Took 30 minutes before we just went inside to grab the food that was sitting ready according to their app. Will not be ordering from this branch again.

Terrible experience. My pizza was delivered extremely late. It took over an hour and a half to be delivered. During which the driver called and couldn’t speak any English. The driver drove to the wrong apartment complex and it took a long time for him realize it. At this time the manger called and didn’t understand either. I called the store once the food finally arrived as it was ice cold. I asked to get a partial refund at least for the inconvenience. A reasonable request. The manager kept me on the phone for half an hour through several holds and rude comments. She continued to demand that I deliver the pizza back for a refund. She then decided to ghost me on the call and leave me on phone. I tried calling back from all of the phone present and they refused to answer. After another half hour of trying this, I drove to the store. When I walked in and asked for the manager the manager chose to tell her employees in Spanish to ignore me. After waiting and continually asking to be helped, the new younger guy asked me if I had the food. He said “no food, no refund”. This is when the manager jumped in and began repeating angrily “give me the food. No food no refund”. All of this is on video. Which when the manager realized she was being recorded, she said to turn off the cameras. I then continued to ask for a refund and she told the other employee to call the cops… for what??? A customer asking for a refund without raising his voice??? The manager is a terrible human being and this dominoes has the worst customer service possible. I told her all I wanted was the managers name and I would just take it up with corporate. She said I don’t need the managers name. She also refused to give this on the phone as well. This dominoes does not care for the customer. They are rude and disrespectful and threaten to call the cops if you complain about late food. - I also need to reiterate that the entire time I kept my cool and didn’t not explode at them.

Walk in to get my order which Is displayed ready for pick up online, I watch my order get placed on the rack just as the chick behind the counter turned her back to my pizza and claimed she couldn't find my order and then went to the side with her back to me and everyone else just sat there working facing towards me so they can see I'm looking straight at them, but they were oblivious that I was just standing there pointing at my order for someone to grab and bring over to me.... luckily the delivery guy (true hero) came to fill his bags and saw me and handed me my food before I had to up the bli....

We ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery. The first one was fine, but immediately upon opening the 2nd box we saw that 2 corner pieces were missing from the pizza. This is obviously unacceptable, since, when we order a pizza, we expect the full pizza. I don't think that's asking a lot... Not to mention, covid-19 concerns? Regardless of the reason why the two pieces were missing, this is unacceptable service from a food establishment. We called the store and the woman who answered claimed that the delivery driver stated he cut the pizza himself and that there were no pieces missing - essentially calling us liars. I may be a bored stay-at-home mom, but I wouldn't waste my time to eat two slices of pizza and then argue with a pizza place just for fun. We asked to speak with management and she stated the delivery driver IS the manager and that we couldn't speak to him. Finally, they reluctantly offered to make us another pizza but said we would have to pick it up and that they were really busy so it wouldn't be for over an hour. Are you kidding me? We just paid $7+ delivery service plus tip, you deliver us a pizza with pieces missing, and then the best you can do is offer a pick-up order for 1+ hours in the future? The female employee was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills on every level. When we even asked her for the phone number to their corporate office she said "I don't know it." Needless to say, we'll be taking this issue higher up because clearly the store does not care about their customers, let alone the quality of their "pizza". We'll be sticking to Cesar's from now on.
