This is the most amazing place to stay in all of the Cinque Terre. The staff is amazingly kind and accommodating, their food is cooked to perfection and you will not taste anything as amazing anywhere else. The gikes surrounding it are challenging but worth it and the view is breathtaking. It is a bit far from the touristy part of town, but it makes it all better. It is the best place in the world if you ask me!

Quite possibly the best part of my entire trip to the Cinque Terre. I visited during July 2018, the service was perfect. Breakfast and lunch was good. Rooms have views over the mountains, town, and ocean.

Cool experience staying in a sanctuary. Rooms are spacious yet very simple, but have all you need for a comfortable night. The place has a bar and a restaurant on site that serves delicious food (we had the best tuna steak ever). Breakfast is continental with plenty of options of savoury and sweet. Coffee could be improved, but you can get a proper one from the cafe.

Great view, food variety is big and quality really good (was not expected so), staff is friendly, location is magnificient. But rooms sre very very simple, no fan / AC in the rooms, too noisy at night since guest are just outside and eating/ drinking sometimes until midnight. Free parking 50m from hotel. Breakfast is really poor, but enough for most of us ;) Coffee quality qould have been better. No coffee machine.

I stayed here for 2 days visiting Cinque Terre. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The service was excellent with nice staff and the view was breathtaking. However, I found the location to be a bit inconvenient (the hotel offers a shuttle service) and the rooms weren't as nice as I had hoped. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this place.

A small gem in the tourist mekka of 5 Terre. Absolutely silence around you breathtaking view. Shuttle bus every morning and return 6pm from Monterosso, remember to announce if you want to use this service. We will be back next year. Check in is 3-8pm. Cannot come earlier!

The scenery is beautiful with a gorgeous view and the setting is charming. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, and the service was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the distance from town. Generally, the free shuttle service works fine, however, if you ever want to return later than 6pm, or say you arrive to the hotel after 9am and want to explore that day, the taxi fees quickly add up at 25eu each way. All of the drivers also FLEW up and down the steep and windy roads, making some of us quite motion sick. Still, I'd say this place is a great value.

Nice view but rooms are only good to sleep, nothing else. Bathroom was stinky. It was cold and no heating. They have a shuttle that takes you to the center, which you need to reserve (only way to go down, unless you want to pay €25 each time on a taxi) but it only goes 1 time down early and then come back around 6 pm. So, can't really enjoy night time with the family down in the city or enjoy a restaurant if you are doing any excursions or boat ride. They have a restaurant but food is not as cheap and they do not have that many options. The old lady at the front who is not very friendly and have an attitude, asked us to give her our room key when we went out. Never seemed a place who does that.

I don't know how this place has more then 4* reviews , this is one of the horrible places i stayed in during my trip to Europe. 1) I made a booking online portal claim that hotel is 1 mile away from the beach, however they posted false information and hotel is 7 kms away from the central town and beach and the only way you can reach this place if you have your own car or avail a shuttle service from them which costs €20 euro per trip each side or a taxi service which will cost €30-40 each side 2) The staff at the reception is very rude. When we confronted them with the false information they have put on online portals, the lady at the reception started screaming at me and said you should have checked the hotel distance on Google maps. They are trying to misguide customers by providing false information 3) The reception lady even made racist comments at us 4) The room conditions are pathetic , the beds are not comfortable at all , the room i stayed in the bathroom lock didn't work and there is no one to hear about your complaints. It is looking like staying in a ghost house 5) This is actually an old Monastery which has been converted to a so called hotel. The images i am attaching shows real condition of the hotel 6) There is no other place nearby where you can go for dinner. No kitchen , no facilities are provided in the room for any cooking/heating stuff 7) They even refused to switch on the heating system when it was cold at night saying that it is already May and we can't provide heating service now Book this place at your own risk. If i had option of giving less then 1 star also I would have given negative ratings to this place

We arrived with our family this July, we have 2 kids and a 4 month baby. We could not park the car near the reception and had to leave it on the main road, which had a very steep road to get to the reception. My wife ask to an old lady where the reception was and she very rudely said that when all the family came in there with the bags she will give me the room number, she did not even say hello. She was NOT welcoming at all, was very difficult to communicate, she was speaking very fast in Italian, even we could understood, she would not let us talk. The rooms did not have soap and when I requested she started to yield that we should use the shampoo period. There were so much noise at night it was hard to sleep, in addition the heat was so much, there was not a fan or anything to ask for in order to have a pleasant night. The next day the door for the elevator was closed (we were at the 2nd floor) therefore we had to walk down a very steep stair with the pushchair. I would not recommend the place nor go back ever again.
