Thanks to the owner, who was kind and helpful, even with changes to the dishes (today, the weather wasn't great, so there weren't many people). The dining room was cozy, quiet, and romantic. Definitely a place to recommend! I dined here last Saturday for a communion and was very impressed by the quality of the products and the unconventional cuisine. In particular, being vegan, I was the only person with a different menu, and the dishes were good and thoughtful, which isn't a given. Another thing that's not a given when you're vegan is receiving the same number of courses as the other diners, and here, for every fish-based course, I received a vegan one. The only dish I'd suggest doing differently is the main course, since there wasn't a single plant-based protein source. A quick idea might also be a simple tempeh deglazed with white wine.

Friendly service and high quality. Everything is delicious and refined. The restaurant is right in the center of town with a beautiful view, and there are both indoor and outdoor tables. Parking is a bit of a hassle (or walk) since almost all parking spaces in Concordia require a parking disc.

A modern wine bar in the center of Concordia Sagittaria, with meticulous attention to detail in the decor, and a smiling and attentive staff, even with recommendations for food pairings. Having discovered it through local friends, I'm truly satisfied and ready to recommend it to everyone. UPDATE 07/15/23: This wine bar, this time for a seafood dinner, once again satisfied me. The appetizer was good, the first courses excellent. It was a shame that my spaghetti allo scoglio was too salty, but the staff was quick to remedy this and accommodate our subsequent requests (my compliments, indeed). To this day, I can only confirm and continue to recommend this place.
