Risotto al tartufo nero e taleggio superbo !! cortesia e passione per una cucina familiare molto attenta e ricercata

Locale molto accogliente, nei pressi della fermata Cavour. Ambiente famigliare e tranquillo. Cibo ottimo. Abbiamo preso antipasto di melanzane con crema di ceci, penne alla puttanesca e scaloppine di pollo al limone. Tutto delizioso. Vasta scelta di dolci, ottime le torte, soprattutto quella al riso, mele e cannella. Personale molto gentile e servizio ottimo, consiglio!

Romani come turisti. Passeggiando abbiamo provato un ristorante nel pieno centro avendo mooolta fame. Preoccupati per i prezzi e la qualità. Invece ci siamo ricreduto!!! Abbiamo preso 3 carciofi alla romana e 3 primi 15 euro circa a primo. Molto abbondanti con pasta fatta in casa. Il cameriere Daniel molto cordiali e professionale. La birra non lho presa 7 euro per una media credo sia proprio molto e non credo fosse artigianale. Insomma bella esperienza per una famiglia di roma.

We had a great experience here on a busy Saturday afternoon - the staff made sure no one was turned away and we were served very quickly given how busy and popular the place was. The food was excellent quality and very fresh and tasty. They had menus in English and Italian, along with options for vegetarians and vegans alongside a big range of classic meals. I would love to go back next time I visit!

We sat there for lunch. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the Chicken Risotto. The Tiramisu was very delicious. We will visit again.

After a long morning of sight-seeing, I finally stumbled into here for a late lunch. Bruschetta with those lovely ripe Italian tomatoes, basil and buffala. Then a pasta dish with sun dried tomatoes that were candy-sweet, pecorino, pine nuts and possibly capers? It was very tasty and filling. Also an aperol spritz. I was thinking of going back to hotel and calling it a day because my left ankle was hurting so badly. While I was paying my bill, the owner (?) or one of the lead staff poured me a complimentary shot of limoncello. And he poured it to the tippy top of the glass. I got that down (strong!) and suddenly I was like “ok, I can go to a couple more places”. Sir, whoever you are, thanks for the limoncello power up!

Got lucky — received some money from a website (shown in the photo) and went to celebrate with dinner. The pasta was fantastic, exactly what I needed after a long day. It’s nice when bonuses turn into delicious moments.

The best lasagne we’ve ever had. I had the classic and my partner had the vegetarian version and both were 10/10. You get complimentary bread at the start of your meal too, which was very fresh!

Having been at the Collosseum all morning we were pushed for time and took a chance on this place and it was good - we thoroughly enjoyed our carbonara and gnocchi, it was perfect little place for a quick lunch. No issues whatsoever.

We ate here in September of 2018 and we still think about it all the time! I’m reviewing now because we recently booked a trip that will take us back to Rome. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another amazing dish of beef carpaccio. The wine, service, atmosphere, food, and price were all great. Highly recommend stopping in for a bite!

A friend of mine and me discovered here many years ago the wonderful Pasta e limone e Salsiccia meal, which we have cooked in many variations since then. So I had to come back this year yesterday and they still served it perfectly with the Pasta al dente. It is a lovely place: good to have a wonderful dinner and to relax from your strolls in Roma.

We visited for dinner, around 7pm.. There was no wait at that time (on a Saturday evening). We sat outside. The atmosphere is charming, quiet, and in the shade! We ordered a variety of pastas and everything was delicious. Bread was also brought to the table. Street players came around and serenaded our table while dining. Great dinner experience!

We've had similarly priced food elsewhere that was nowhere near the quality here The bruschetta was fresh, the risotto was creamy, and both were delicious We even had some street musicians entertain us with some typical Italian songs The only criticism I have was that it was so busy and the service was a bit slow - but we had nowhere to be so no biggie If you are in the area do grab a meal here. You won't regret it

We stumbled upon this restaurant on accident and what an incredible experience !!! We ordered the bruschettas, the beef carpaccio, carbonara pasta & Nutella/mascarpone mousse along with wine, coffee & limoncello !! Everything was TASTY. Would highly recommend ! Located in Monti which is such a vibrant district full of locals.

What a beautiful place, I wish we found it earlier than on our last day in Rome! It should be rated with 6, not 5 stars. We tried different restaurants here, from luxury super-expensive to local google top-rated, but this one, found by accident, is something special. Food is amazingly delicious, portions are huge with, and family running the place is so warm and welcoming. Highly highly recommended! Thank you so much!

I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese with tomato souce and meat. It was disaster and uneatable at all!! The meat and souce are not mixed well together so the taste was bad meat and dish . The rissito chickenand mashroom was fine . The service was bad they forgot us on the table with no menu or food 😂😂😂

Ristorante facilmente raggiungibile dal Colosseo ma molto turistico. L'interno è molto carino con diverse decorazioni di angeli mentre la terrazza si affaccia su una piazza tranquilla. Vengono preparati diversi piatti italiani in modo piuttosto mediocre. I prezzi sono molto alti e non rispecchiano la qualità offerta. Il servizio è mediocre.

Il locale sarebbe anche carino ed il servizio adeguato. Ma è veramente tropo Turistico ed il cibo pessimo. La pasta alle vongole non sapeva di nulla ed era super scotta. NellA bruschetta con olive e peperoni era presente una sola oliva di numero. Nella pasta con le vongole, erano presenti più pezzettoni di aglio che vongole e piene di sabbia come si può vedere nelle foto. La mozzarella della caprese non era fresca con retrogusto pungente. Prezzi sopra la media per la qualità che offrono. Non consiglio

Servizio scandaloso....Ci fanno accomodare nei posti fuori con due bimbe piccole e nessuno ci dice che i funghi non erano funzionanti,per aumentare il disagio ci viene detto che "ci stanno facendo un favore" a farci accomodare ancora a quest'ora (erano le 14.15)....Dopo aver chiesto esplicitamente un piatto di spaghetti solo bolliti con un po d'olio per la bambina intollerante al lattosio ci si presenta un piatto di spaghetti stramantecati di burro e con un pelo annesso nel piatto facendo presente del pelo(il piatto non ci viene cambiato)prima di dare lo spaghetto alla bambina lo assaggio ed era stato mantecato con il burro. Chiamiamo il cameriere che,senza neppure informarsi realmente in cucina,inizia ad inveirci contro che negli spaghetti non c'era il burro...Siamo rimaste solo per far mangiare le due bambine,fossimo state sole ci saremmo alzate ed andate via!Capisco che lavorate con i turisti e non ve ne frega niente di "tutelare il cliente" ma nemmeno a rasentare la maleducazione in modo così esplicito,soprattutto perché si trattava di un problema di intolleranza di una bambina di due anni!

I hate giving low reviews, truly, but I was so disappointed by my experience that I thought it was necessary to share. We had the octopus salad, Gorgonzola stuffed gnocchi with butter and sage sauce, and the Risotto with black scorsone truffle with cheese fondue. Octopus salad: 6.1 - soft and fresher tasting octopus, it wasn’t rubbery, but the arugula and dressing didn’t really compliment the dish. Wouldn’t get again. Gorgonzola stuffed gnocchi with butter and sage sauce: the cheese was too overpowering and the sauce was missing any sort of flavor. The best thing about the dish was the texture, it was cooked perfectly. Risotto with black scorsone truffle with cheese fondue: again, it was missing salt, seasoning, or something. The best thing about the dish was that it was cooked well. Maybe I ordered wrong, the issue is clearly not in the cooking, but rather the flavors of the dishes. I saw the pastas, they looked fine but I deliberately avoided them since I thought they looked worse that what I got.
