Gusti esaltati dalla semplicità e dalla tradizione. Ogni qualvolta tornerò a Roma .... Dovrò obbligatoriamente passare da qui!

Ci sono stato ieri 15/09/25 con la mia ragazza in visita a Roma. Non avevamo prenotato, ma per fortuna c'era un tavolo libero. Prendiamo due antipasti e due primi, tutto ottimo e senza attese lunghe. Consiglio.

We came last minute looking for a table for two, and all reservations were full, so make sure to book in advance. We were lucky to get a spot and try this truly authentic Italian restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious, as they say in Italian, “così delizioso.” If you want to taste rich, authentic Roman cuisine made with care, this is the place. A big thank you to Paolo for welcoming us last minute. The staff were kind, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu. We will definitely come back.

i think the chef had my boyfriend questioning his sexuality. his carbonara was apparently from another world (“the best he had ever tasted in his life”) and i can only imagine (i’m vegetarian), because my simple cacio e pepe was to die for. i will try to avoid this place from now on so my boyfriend can regain his focus on me. a local friend recommended this place to us and we absolutely loved it. very authentic, good atmosphere, down to earth, the service was excellent. we will return to rome as soon as possible just so we can enjoy another meal here. this is what restaurants should be like. absolute gem. abbraccio e bacio to the chef’s parents for conceiving him ⭐️

This osteria was recommended by our host and we enjoyed it so much that we returned for a second night. There are very few tourists here. It is truly a wonderful local dining experience in Rome. The food was incredibly tasty and the service incredible. Luca made our experience even more memorable. His recommendations were spot on. Be sure to make reservations as this is a favourite spot for locals.

Tried the trippa alla romana and it was wonderful. The server politely recommended that I change my initial order of the side dish to better complement the trippa. The whole experience - the local cheesecake, the wine, the dabbing of the bread in the trippa sauce - was excellent. When in Rome...

Wow! Just wow. I’m not one to write a review as I’m pretty lazy at these things but this place absolutely deserves a shout out. Last night of our trip myself and boyfriend were highly recommended this place as it’s pretty close by our air bnb. And believe me it did not disappoint!! It was for sure the best food we had in Rome. The atmosphere is fantastic and service was brilliant. Our waiter Lucas was attentive and so welcoming, describing each dish which was great as we are not the most fluent in Italian. It’s a very authentic restaurant and we really wanted to try local cuisine, and this place really had it all. Lucas recommended us the braised oxtail in tomato sauce for main, explaining its a popular dish, cooking for over 4 hours. I’ve truly never tasted something so delicious! Also artichokes were so so good! We ended the night with tiramisu and caprese cake- 100% recommend, really wish we had more time to visit this place to try even more off the menu-I was even getting food envy from the pasta dishes coming from the kitchen. Oh and the prices were very affordable! Thank you guys! You really made the end to our trip unforgettable & we can’t wait to come back!

good food and service at this casual and comfortable restaurant in pigneto. every restaurant should be like this! qui se magna is family-friendly and inexpensive, but it's also very clear that this place takes their food seriously. everything is straightforward, mostly roman dishes, but everything is well-made and delicious. also very much appreciate that the staff offered me some good vegetarian/vegan options when i asked. they were friendly and accommodating. thank you!

Accolto da una vera osteria con personale molto cordiale e professionale, mi sono sentito a casa. Ho ordinato una bottiglia di vino, una carbonara e una coda alla vaccinara pagando 34 euro ( un prezzo onesto ), onestamente ne ho mangiate di migliori a Roma, pur non essendo romano.

Osteria nei pressi del pigneto con cibo casereccio e piatti del giorno in aggiunta al menù. Tentata infatti di prendere gli involtini di pollo con provola e zucchine, mi hanno invece proposto involtini di maiale con prugne. Abbinamento molto piacevole e sopratutto piatto saporito. Come da tradizione personale ho voluto assaggiare il tiramisù che purtroppo non mi ha conquistata per i savoiardi troppi bagnati e la crema estremamente dolce, troppo. Servizio amichevole e smart anche se non ben organizzato, non sapevamo dove mettere tutte le portate in quanto il tavolo era troppo piccolo per 4 persone. Prezzi nella media, in linea con la qualità del prodotto che si vende.

Trattoria tipica romana, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La conosco da quando stava a piazza dei Condottieri, ed era gestita dai genitori; ora i figli hanno raccolto più che degnamente il testimone. All'ingresso, come si usava una volta, il bancone dei salumi e formaggi. Da non perdere gli gnocchi al sugo, ma tutti i primi della tradizione romana (carbonara, grigia, amatriciana) sono da provare. Come dolce, il salame di cioccolata è favoloso, soprattutto per chi, come me, adora la cioccolata fondente. Se non c'è, potete tranquillamente ripiegare sulla caprese. Il locale è piccolino e se volete andare nel fine settimana è preferibile che prenotiate. Insomma, una trattoria tipica nella piena tradizione romana, a dispetto di tutti quelli che oggi si vogliono improvvisare ristoratori (magari facendo anche un po' i fighetti).

Si Mangia bene con qualità e una giusta fantasia, il servizio ecordiale veloce e puntuale...peccato la posizione del tavolo, meglio un coperto in meno che far mangiare sulla porta!!!!!!!

Si mangia bene. Casareccio ma con prodotto di qualità. Degna di nota la carbonara ai carciofi e le polpette.. piccola disattenzione sulla quantità di carne nello spezzatino, ma può capitare. Staff cortese e disponibile verso il cliente. I prezzi non sono da osteria, ma ci sta.. da provare

Prezzi giusti, antipasti molto buoni, carbonara sei più’ più, buon vino in calice, veloci e cortesi. Un po’ freddo il locale. Potrebbero migliorare l’atmosfera e i colori della mise en place, ma nel complesso abbiamo apprezzato l’osteria.

Cucina tipica romanesca, eccezionale la carbonara! Offrono soluzioni anche per vegetariani. Personale simpatico. Il locale offre soluzioni in base alle esigenze personali della clientela. Meglio prenotare perché molto gettonata, in una zona decisamente "calda" della movida romana!

Santo Stefano a pranzo in 4. Purea di fave con cicoria senza sale e non fresca, polpettine di verdure insipide e fredde, il pomodoro dei cannelloni e dei tonnarelli all'amatriciana era eccessivamente acido, tonnarelli alla gricia con carciofi buoni. Troppo poco. Non giustificati i voti di Google.

The young lady "waitress" was so nice and practical. The old lady "seems like the owner of the place" was having an angry face with an aggressive buddy language. Worse than that, the pasta for the kids was only tomato source and pasta with zero other thing for €12!!! And the price wasn't in the minute, too. Go there if you have no other option.
