Tornando dopo una settimana in Turchia, questo ristorante non poteva regalarmi un rientro più bello in Italia. Ho mangiato davvero molto bene, ma una menzione speciale va alla gricia da urlo!! In oltre loro tutti gentilissimi, ci si sente subito parte della famiglia. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che passerò per Roma.

The most attentive and friendly waiting staff in the entire city. If I could, I would dine there regularly only to be charmed by them over and over. It's on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful buildings. It was such a relaxing experience. And the food was good, too.

Luigi is a very nice host, has a friendly staff and serves very good dishes. Beef was very well prepared and the lemon sorbet was divine. We had diner two days in a row, and was really worth it.

We asked for a platter for two people, and they were kind enough to prepare it especially for us. The portion was incredibly generous, beautifully served, and everything tasted delicious. The seafood came with great side additions that made the whole dish even better. The atmosphere was wonderful as well — warm, friendly, and perfect for enjoying a great meal. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

We had dinner with the family. Very pleasant service, smiling staff. Quite a large menu, plenty to choose from. Large portions. Very tasty pizza, pasta with seafood and meat dishes. The only thing I didn't really like was the fried artichoke, but I conclude that this is just the way it is cooked, because everywhere I ordered it in Rome, it was fried like a cracker. But this does not spoil my opinion of the restaurant at all. During my six days in Rome, this was the best place. Cosy, quiet, delicious.

Fantastic restaurant offering a good range of vegan food! The staff were so friendly and knowledgable, and with everything cooked fresh, they were able to offer many options vegan - I went for the mushroom risotto which made a lovely change to spaghetti pomodoro! Would 100% recommend!

We had dinner reservations for this quiet little Ristorante. We sat outside on a cool evening and our server was great. He kept our glasses full and the food came quickly and was great. We had the eggplant parm., fettuccine bolognese, and the carbonara. Terrific experience!

We were walking by looking for an authentic Roman dinning experience and we rejected 3 different places. As we were walking by Don Luigi the owner invited us over and treated us to the most authentic fine dining experience we’ve had in this city so far. I asked about authentic none conventional dishes, being tired of the standard carbonera and pizza. He said no problem and selected a premium dish that ended up being some of the finest and most different I’ve ever had. I’m not going to say what dish but it was a combination of seafood and pasta. Same thing with the white wine selection. I felt like it was not just a dining experience but one where we were treated like family. Where the owner cares about his customers like guests at his home. I've been in Italy for 2.5 weeks and have traveled north and south. With that being said in Rome alone I have tried at least 10 restaurants that offer chicken Alfredo. This place is 1000% #1 for chicken Alfredo, sauce is perfect, portion size is perfect and their chicken is grilled!. So good I went twice in 1 day.

It was a charming restaurant that was quiet and cozy. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I had their fantastic homemade pasta and my wife enjoyed her filet with a Gorgonzola walnut sauce with the roasted potatoes. The homemade desserts were top notch and the limoncello they gave us capped off a wonderful evening. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Tutto sommato buono , un bel antipasto di salumi e formaggi, una buona porzione di bucatini all' amatriciana per me e tonnarelli alla gricia ed un secondo per la mia compagna , una bottiglia gewurztraminer in 2 , acqua e coperto , abbiamo speso 105 euro 💶💶 . Piccolo ristorante in zona non turistica ma centrale frequentato quindi non da turisti. A Roma questo dettaglio è fondamentale x la qualità del cibo, meglio sempre ristorazione con clienti fidelizzati. Non grande, diviso per salette, servizio un po da rivedere, ma cibo ottimo e di grande qualità. Prezzo medio ma accettabile. Consigliato per mangiare bene alla romana senza sorprese.

Servizio celere e puntuale. Gradevole trovare a Roma un ristorante "normale" con tovaglie e tovaglioli in tessuto, spazio adeguato tra i tavoli e non rumoroso; una vera rarità. Piatti più che discreti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Solo la lista dei vini risulta a mio avviso ampiamente migliorabile.

Great place to eat! We sat outside, across the small brick road. The pasta dishes were GREAT! The Sea Bass was good, but a bit plain…the Filet was over cooked…in fact, I was never asked how I’d like it cooked. I like rare to med-rare…this was really close to Med-well. BUT, the pepper sauce was really good so we used it on both dishes. If you’re close, you should definitely drop by and try it out

Luogo posizionato in centro di Roma. Cibi non troppo costosi anzi abbastanza economici. Ho ordinato una lasagna: era davvero piena di salsa di pomodoro, e questo copriva il gusto della lasagna stessa. La carbonara invece decisamente meglio, un gusto delicato ma saporito. Gli spaghetti di qualità, forse troppo poco uovo, ma comunque molto buoni. Per quanto riguarda l'ambiente era veramente penoso: il proprietario era al telefono in vivavoce ad urlare per il locale. I camerieri cordiali e disponibili. Se siete di zona non è tra i peggiori.

This is not traditional Italian food, but is acceptable food (for the price). Pizzas and pastas are served and prepared as if it was for tourist. The amatriciana was good, but the bacon (instead of guanciale) and the high acidity sugo really deteriorated the quality of the dish. On the other hand, the service was splendid and made us feel comfortable.

We came to this restaurant as our favorite restaurant next door was closed. We ordered salad, 2 pasta dishes and wine. Greek salad was tasteless. I would think in Italy you can buy great tomatoes but tomatoes they served and lettuce was tasteless. Both pasta dishes were overcooked and not great at all. I must admit that service was great but food far from real Italian taste. Cost 60€. They don't serve house wine unfortunately.

We made reservations here as it was close to our hotel and had decent reviews! We were greeted by a very friendly waiter and seated immediately. The place is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered a bottle of wine, appetizers and main courses. The main courses were disappointing. The seafood pasta had a strong fishy smell and the lasagna was just off, and the minestrone was not very flavorful. On top of that, the owner was practically yelling at his employees, making it somewhat uncomfortable inside to witness. I would try this one again though but different food.

Ristorante chiaramente pensato per turisti che conoscono poco la vera cucina italiana. Cercavo una semplice pizza per mio figlio, vicino all’hotel dove alloggiavo a Roma. Il locale ha un bel dehors, ma appena entrato mi sono reso conto che l’ambiente è piuttosto datato e turistico. Ho ordinato comunque una pizza marinara senza aglio (per andare sul sicuro) al prezzo di 10 €, e già a quel punto avevo il dubbio di aver sbagliato posto. Dopo venti minuti di attesa arriva la pizza… mentre camminavo verso l’hotel, però, mi arrivavano forti folate di aglio! La apro, e dentro ce n’era così tanto che sembrava una margherita. Sono tornato indietro e ho lasciato quella pizza: oltre all’aglio in eccesso, aveva anche un aspetto pessimo.
