Made a reservation through The Fork platform (25% discount) . Everything went smoothly and we were given a nice table. The staff was very kind and we didn't have to wait that long.(we were the first to enter the restaurant that night at 19:30) We ordered a 3 course meal and the portions were even bigger than we expected! (with fine dining, the portions are usually not that big but we were definitely beyond full after 3 dishes 🤤) when i wanted to pay the bill and asked if i could use the 25% discount from the app, they didn't make a fuss, they just looked at the confirmation mail and gave us the 25% discount. Great experience!

I dined here while staying at the hotel and really enjoyed watching the sunset from there. Be aware that some parts facing the rooftop has obstructed view due to construction nearby. There’s one senior staff who paid attention to our child and made him confortable at the table. Food portion was large and delicious.

Roof Garden come si usano ora chiamare le terrazze di hotel dedicate alla ristorazione. Abbiamo scelto una giornata calda e il pranzo il che ci ha imposto lo stare all'interno, ma il fascino di una terrazza che affaccia sulla Città Eterna seppur minore non mancava. Soprattutto se accompagnato da pesce crudo freschissimo. Ottimo il piatto di crudo per due che vale un pasto e che noi, per ingordigia, abbiamo anticipato ad un battuto di tonno crudo per lei e un pici, fatti in casa, alle vongole. Forse questi ultimi non adeguati ai precedenti per eccesso di cottura e poca sapidità. Qualche difetto da correggere ma le premesse ci sono tutte. Buona la carta dei vini con un ricarico più che onesto. Il posto la sera offre pinsa e grigliate di carne e di pesce che varrà la pena provare. Non da sovente, ma ogni tanto per una piacevole serata che speriamo di vivere tornandoci appunto di sera.

Albergo al centro a due passi da Santa Maria Maggiore con bellissimo ingresso a effetto e terrazza molto ampia con tantissimo spazio. Il panorama non è particolarmente interessante perché ci sono i palazzi attorno. Ottimo servizio, personale molto gentile. Tagliere iniziale molto nutrito, resto di livello alto.

Se ci fosse una vista migliore, è solo un rooftop al 5º piano, e il personale di sala fosse un po’ più attento e preparato, sarebbe anche da 5 stelle. Ottimo cibo, serata fresca durante le torride estati romane. Lo chef sa il fatto suo. Da provare.

L'atmosfera del locale, legata all'impeccabile servizio e ad una proposta gastronomica di livello, ha reso la serata piacevole. Consigliatissimi i tagliolini tirati a mano con vongole, asparagi e bottarga. Tornerò sicuramente per finire di assaggiare il menù.

Ravioli al tartufo veramente ottimi ( non essendo amante del tartufo) anche il vino rosso ottimo. Le altre pietanze erano nella norma, poco saporito. Personale giovane, poco esperto. Sono stati gentili ma eviterei di interrompere in continuazione per chiedere se tutto andasse bene. Serata piacevole.

Situato al quinto piano dell'omonimo hotel, questo ristorante offre piatti gustosi e ricercati. Il personale è stato gentile e l'atmosfera piacevole, peccato non aver potuto pranzare sulla terrazza da cui si gode di un bel panorama sui tetti di Roma.

Bellissima location con vista notturna incantevole. Servizio impeccabile del personale. La struttura è bellissima. La cucina è buona: preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, non particolarmente buono ma con Pinsa accompagnatoria ottima; il resto molto buono e di qualità, dai primi al dolce.

La location è sicuramente molto bella, una piacevole terrazza a pochi passi da Santa Maria Maggiore. Il servizio è attento e gli ingredienti di qualità. Però in un ambiente così non ti aspetti e non ammetti errori. Errori che invece si sono presentati, ad esempio con un hamburger stracotto, quasi alla soglia del bruciato, a dispetto di una richiesta di cottura media. Vanificando di fatto tutta la descrizione della marezzatura della carne proposta e della sua sugosità. O nella cipolla caramellata del tutto assente anche se indicata a menù in quel tipo di hamburger. Peccato perché altri piatti provati, una pinsa burrata e alici e un piatto di prosciutto di Parma 24 mesi, essendo di fatto assemblaggi e non veri atti di cucina, mi hanno fatto apprezzare la qualità degli ingredienti serviti. L’hamburger invece è andato proprio male, il tonnarello con le alici niente di che. Meglio il tiramisù al cubo, originale, ma a mio parere non all’altezza di un buon tiramisù.

Purtroppo devo lasciare 1 stella in quanto ho prenotato con piattaforma the Fork, ma il ristorante non ha confermato alla piattaforma la cena, facendomi perdere dei bonus. Ho dovuto anche ricordare lo sconto di cui avevo diritto che non mi era stato applicato inizialmente. A parte questo la struttura ha una splendida terrazza su Roma, l'ideale per passare una serata d'agosto. Molto buoni i piatti che abbiamo scelto, in particolare i dolci. Un plauso particolare allo chef che ha improvvisato una pasta fresca al cacio e pepe fuori menù per 2 vegetariani.
