Siamo andati al Ristorante Ugo per San Valentino e siamo stati davvero benissimo. Il locale è molto bello e grande, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente che mette subito a proprio agio. Appena entrati ci hanno accolto con un sorriso e tanta gentilezza, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo scelto di ordinare alla carta invece del menù fisso e ne è valsa assolutamente la pena. Abbiamo iniziato con una selezione di formaggi davvero ottima, ma il piatto che ci ha conquistati sono state le fettuccine ai funghi porcini: spaziali! Cremose, saporite, davvero buonissime. Uno di quei piatti che finisci e ne vorresti subito un altro. Anche il filetto di maialino era tenerissimo e molto gustoso, cucinato alla perfezione. In generale abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è lo staff: tutti gentili e attenti. Un ringraziamento speciale a Tommaso, che è stato super disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Serata riuscitissima, torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Ambiente informale ma curato ed accogliente. Personale gentile e servizio molto attento ai ritmi dei clienti. Pietanze genuine e preparare con cura. Impiattamento ben fatto e qualità molto buona delle materie prime. Ottima la carta dei vini e dei dolci.

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante più volte, mi sono trovata molto bene , tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, il cibo devo dire di ottima qualità , dall’antipasto al dolce, tutto pazzesco. Da non sottovalutare il servizio impeccabile , tutto lo staff sa quello che fa e si vede, sopratutto le 2 ragazze in sala , Sharon e Camilla , super disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Un altra cosa che approvo di questo locale é l’aperitivo, super abbondante e esotico, location favolosa , funghi e lampade a palla , fuori si sta da dio sopratutto perché si può anche fumare .

Absolutely delicious food and cocktails. This restaurant also features a "chef's menu" with special dishes from the local cuisine which I really enjoyed. In my opinion this is one of the hidden gems of Rome where locals have aperitif and dinner. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and great service. The picture displays their starter combo of 6 dishes and a mojito.

il locale comprende una parte esterna una sala interna al piano terra e una sala interna al primo piano (che non ho visto). il servizio e' abbastanza veloce e preciso ma e' meglio prenotare perché il locale e' molto frequentato. abbiamo fatto solo un aperitivo quindi non staro' a parlare dei piatti anche se da quello che ho visto devono essere fatti bene. l'antipasto di salumi è formaggi si presenta bene ed era buono il costo in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato.

Ottimo posto per aperitivo ma anche cena. Hanno una ottima scelta di vini e una bella varietà di aperitivi. Anche fuori si sua bene con i funghetti. Locale anche al piano superiore. Molto gentili

Bella esperienza per una cena con un'amica. Sala un po' rumorosa perché affollata, coi tavolini in po' troppo vicini. Cibo buono, abbiamo preso tagliatelle ai porcini saporite e ben condite, e una torta di mele davvero gustosa. Segnalo l'estrema professionalità e gentilezza del personale in sala, premuroso e discreto durante tutta la cena

Great Ownership, Staff Service and Atmosphere. We came for having a dinner around at 11:30pm and the owner was very nice and he was great in flexibility for fish dishes and expert in wine advices. The dining area, atmosphere is very nice and young people are smiling in this environment and it's really welcome. The Staff is very nice, focuses and committed in the human relationship in a nice way... They could answer to all queries in a nice and welcome way. The fiah food plates are good, but they could be improved in some part and this is a advice for an improvement and not a negative evaluation. We will come back.

Locale carino e curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso la formula aperitivo a €16 a persona che comprendeva un cocktail a scelta tra i classici e un tagliere con degli assaggi scelti da loro. L’ho trovato un po’ misero per il prezzo pagato.

Buon cibo ma porzioni decisamente scarse proporzionate ai prezzi. Due primi davvero scarsi, due calici e un dolce 65 euro. Abbiamo chiesto acqua frizzante ci è arrivata liscia. Ambiente carino ma estremamente rumoroso.

Aperitivo di scarsissima qualità, ingredienti poveri, aperitivo a 16€ che comprende 2 vol au vent con crema di prosciutto vecchi ed immangiabili, una pizzetta e una bruschetta con pane e sopra una fetta di prosciutto crudo. Ci hanno portato i taglieri subito ma non le bevande che abbiamo dovuto sollecitare prima di finire di mangiare. Prezzi esorbitanti €29,50/pap per del cibo cattivo. Personale gentile e disponibile ma sconsiglio.

Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo, ci hanno servito un tagliere diverso che non avevamo chiesto, più caro in cui sarebbe dovuta essere compresa la bibita, peccato che ci hanno fatto pagare il supplemento per il vino, ma non c'èra scritto sul menù. Non c'è piaciuto il modo in cui alla cassa la ragazza sosteneva che se anche avevano sbagliato a servire il tagliere i prezzi erano corretti. Un semplice aperitivo può costare 20 euro, mangiando una cosa semplicissima, penso sia troppo!

Have been to this place for a several times only by myself for breakfast. Not the friendliest place as no one greets you and the waitresses are always with bad moods but never had rude treatments before this lunch time. It looks like a trendy place but the service doesn't live up to its chic environment. Service is a big part of customer-based business if only the waitressing staff was actually trained. Today I went there with my 3 small kids and their grandma for lunch after the amusement park nearby. No one greeted and I tried to find someone to give us a table of 5. Not so friendly waitress (without smile or even greeted us) told us to sit next to the stairs where everyone needs to pass to go upstairs, she pushed the table to have a bit more room behind me for the people to pass. (Tables were way too close without room to move) We sat down went for 3 buffet menu (me, my mom and my 5 year old boy) and ordered a hamburger divided in 2 for my twin girls (3 year old). One of the buffet serving stuff was the only one who greeted us professionally and was friendly to give us some smiles while he served the buffet to us. While we were waiting for the hamburger, I gave my girls a fish ball (from the buffet) each to eat since they were hungry. At the end we asked for 2 plates of desserts only fruits and 3 pieces of chocolate having in mind we had 3 buffet menus. We asked for the bill for more than 20min, both of the waitresses kept saying it was coming until I couldn't wait anymore seeing the waitresses and 2 buffet serving staff were starting to chit-chat behind the bar. So I got up and asked if the bill was ready, the same waitress who told me the bill was coming, to go to the till to pay. I said we have been waiting at the table for 20 min for the bill, I told her straight "You could have told me before?" As we were getting ready, she came with the bill excusing that there were people before us who wanted the bill, I said it wasn't problem, I just needed to be told to go and pay over there instead of waiting at the table like an idiot? (Again no hospitality at all). Charged us for an extra buffet menu since the same rude waitress said that we cannot pay for 3 buffet menus and eats the whole family! In exact words: "Lei non può pagare 3 menu e mangia tutta la famiglia". By then I WAS VERY OFFENED BY HER COMMENT! Seriously??? I ordered a 12euro hamburger (adult menu) for my twin girls to eat and they are only 3. My mother went for a second plate for herself as everyone one else goes for second or third plates! She said she asked her serving stuff how many plates we took which were 4! 2 plates of vegetables for my mom, a normal plate with mixed buffet food for me and a half plate for my 5 year old! I wondered how much we ate for her to say we were consuming only the buffet for the whole family! NEVER AGAIN! HAVEN'T BEEN TO SUCH A RUDE SERVICE PLACE IN THIS NEIGHBOURHOOD.
