Excellent place to eat very well and affordably. Their gelato, made with local milk, is extraordinary. There's seating both inside and out in the summer. We went during the impromptu painting event held on the last Sunday in August and found a spot easily. Recommended

We ate here with a group of 5. Very friendly hostess! Really patient with us(as there is a language barrier). Good food and coffee in a nice and clean place! Would definately recommend!

A great place to stop for a sweet or savory treat. The savory pies are delicious, as is the artisanal ice cream; I recommend the amaretto flavor, typical of the area.

Good lunch, shame about the dishonesty. Before ordering, we asked the waitress if we could split a menu between two adults and two children, and were told yes. However, the owner at the cash register changed all the prices, despite the waitress's confirmation that she had provided the information. Result: for the same order as the set menu (2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 coffees, and a bottle of water), instead of €27, we ended up paying €35.10, under the pretext of having had 4 covers instead of 2. These two additional covers were very expensive on the final price.

And the surprises never end!!! We're visiting Voltaggio, a town we've grown to love, and for my husband's birthday, I thought we'd go out for lunch. While we're walking, it starts to rain, and we find ourselves in front of the Vultabia gelateria, which also offers a lunch menu. We go in. We sit down. A lady approaches—I take it from the way she acts that she's the owner—and asks if we'd like something to eat. Sure, thank you. The menu is €13.50, and I ask if we can split. She tells us that, since it's for two, the prices will be applied separately. I don't think for a moment, I always try to be honest... A first course, a second course, a side dish. Water and wine. Two pieces of focaccia. They say it's Ligurian focaccia, but it's nothing like the delicacy of the neighboring region. Lunch arrives, neither praise nor infamy, normal portions verging on the minimal, especially the side dish. Since it's my husband's birthday, ice cream. A coffee. All for the ridiculous sum of €34.90. I would have expected anything but this outrageous price tag. If she'd been acting in good faith, she would have charged us for the second course, but not for a first course for €6.50, a second course for €9.00, and a side dish for a whopping €7.00, which would have been even half the price, given the portion. Totally exaggerated. What a shame, my husband's party turned out to be the owner's party for our wallets: €34.90. Good luck!
