I’ve been stopping by for years on my way into the city. Quick service, perfect amount of cream cheese on my bagel, and the coffee tastes great too. I get a half a dozen to go when I can and keep them in the freezer.

Great bagels and service. I'll buy from there then have it at work because the bagels are better than the places in lower Manhattan. Egg sandwichs are excellent too

My son and I stumbled upon this wonderful bagel shop on a Saturday morning after his baseball game got rained out. The food was incredible and the staff was extremely friendly. I’m sorry they’re not open on Sunday. We’d definitely go there again.

Best home fries I have ever had, literal perfection.

Took the LIRR from Penn after a night of drinking trying to get to Jamaica, Queens. Knocked out and woke up at 5am in Ronkonkoma and I promise you this Bagel spot was worth the 3 hour wait for another train on a Sunday morning.

Honestly a hidden gem o e of the best bacon egg and cheeses I’ve ever had In my life. Extra bacon well done, 3 eggs fried, American cheese, on a roll with ketchup 🤤 game over

Food is relatively priced well (in today’s economy). Never had an issue ordering a bagel or a BEC. The staff is wonderful.

Bagels are good, service average and now they're closed Sunday's. With tbe mile-long line out the door at Dunkin', not the best move.

The food is pretty good, the service is quick but the bacon egg and cheese was incredibly greasy. I’d recommend staying against it especially if you’re gonna be on the train.

Closest to New York bagels that I have found around town and they will fry your eggs not microwave! Only 4 stars because when they are busy service is rushed and not always friendly.

Sometimes ok. Most of the pastries are always stale. Prices are pretty high for the area.

This might be a good place for breakfast, but nothing else. Went for a sandwich at lunch time. It was terrible and not properly wrapped.

This review has nothing to do with the food. Their food is great, and I love their egg sandwiches. The problem is the staff can be a little rude sometimes especially when it gets busy or you just can’t understand them! I’ll ask them to clarify things and they act like they get mad, especially the man. 🤷‍♀️

Really really sweet woman working there but the prices are so so so expensive. Ask before you buy something. Prices seem to change from day to day also

I truly love this place, but I need to take a break because the menu is disorganized. It doesn’t make sense to include jelly with the bacon, egg, and cheese instead of offering it as a side. Since this is a bagel shop, why wouldn’t they serve jelly on the side!!!

Ham and Swiss hero for 10.00 had paper thin slices of meat and very little of ir..stick with the bagels

I've stopped in at this place a number of times and the food was good. My only problem is they hired a woman that serves all of the spanish speaking and white customers before she serves the African American customers. Turned me off from the place because it happened twice.

Called on Thursday afternoon spoke to a young women and asked what time do they open and was told 1:30 am and they would be open with bagels at 3 am. Family is traveling so we got there at 3:15 am to get bagels for out of state and for the ride. But nope. Doors are locked. Not open. Just so not happy when called to makes sure they would be there. Very disappointed and kinda ruined our morning

They help the uber eats / door dash drivers before helping the customers waiting online. Might be faster to order through door dash.

Nice place but inconsistent with my orders. Last handful of times I've ordered and they got my order wrong. Friendly people though

My order is messed up every other time and I take the train monthly. They always forget something because they don’t WRITE anything down. Just write the orders down and you won’t mess it up and the bagels are eh. I was a server for 8 years in a restaurant, breakfast orders are not hard. These are not good Long Island bagels they’re just in a prime location. The only reason I go in there is because it’s close to the train when I’m rushing. They’ve also given me an attitude when I catch their mistakes before leaving. Half the time I’m on the train and can’t say anything.

Family member with child was told not to come back because they didn’t make the sandwich correctly which happens OFTEN aside from always having eggshells in it which we never complain about. Take your business elsewhere, where they appreciate the customers.

I found this place to be very expensive Two bacon and egg sandwiches to coffees one apple turnover cost $35 take up. Definitely was price gouging at the train station.

Super slow service, everybody is crunched up front in a line on top of each other waiting. They got my order wrong. I wasn’t gonna bother waiting another half hour to get my food.

First time, never again. Paid cash, bagel and cream cheese on menu price was $4,14, when I was going to paid cash register said $4.60 and I got charged $5.

Food is good but the service is slow and inconsistent. Today is the 100th time I have ordered breakfast there. My order has been correct 24 times. Maybe it’s just me but this throws my whole morning off. While it is more expensive than eating breakfast in manhattan, I would gladly pay double for the convenience if they could smear cream cheese on the correct bagel in under 10 minutes

$4.50 for a single bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hard as a rock and the cream cheese was more liquid than solid. Easily the worst bagel shop in Ronkonkoma. Look elsewhere.

Ordered. a BLT on whole wheat lightly toasted i12/29/24 the bacon was burnt and very greasy in crumbles on the bread. But worst than this they were serving the food with the same glove they were collecting and handling the money with. I am thinking the health department should be here to witness this. How dirty is money Yuck and Ugh!! I'm done eating from there

So, the cost of one egg has increased by approximately 14 cents over the past year. Why are you charging a dollar or more extra for your egg sandwich? This is called price gauging.

Couldn't work slower if they tried. I ordered a simple bagel and not only is the service terribly slow, once it was actually done I explained that I wanted to pay so I could make my train and they immediately helped another customer who was behind me in line. Sorry but your service is terrible, bagels are a 2-3 star at best. Only game in town at the train station.
