We ate here twice while staying at the Los Amigos Beach Club. The food was excellent both times, with generous savings. The outside seating area seems to be well protected from the wind and is a delightful place to watch a sunset. Service is good and very friendly, and you can use your Spanish but could probably get by without it. Not a place aimed at tourists as much as the ones on the beach in Fuengirola up the road.

Awesome food and sea view

Loved the food and place. The moroccan service and chef are so good. So kind and hospital, at there few times in my holiday. I was relaxing at the new beach downstairs and i was still allowed to bring food or anything downthere. Also when I sit there during dinner time the few and food was so nice. Love the waiters, ive worked in hospitality so long that you just hsve to compliment them. For the view, food and hospitality a 5 thank you for serving me. This makes me go back again to that area.

A beautiful restaurant with a real Spanish feel. Gorgeous views over the beach and sea from large windows and a long terrace area. The staff are very friendly and are accommodating to families with young children. The fish was absolutely amazing and we will definitely pay this restaurant another visit. Wonderful.

We had lunch and dinner here and found it to be great value. Plenty of choice with starters and main courses and generous portions. A wonderful setting overlooking the bay facing La Cala. We had drinks on the terrace before eating. Recommended.

Lovely fresh fish in the restaurant, brilliant place to eat. The beach bar is peaceful and the cocktails are amazing. We came here almost every night during our holiday to sit on the beach, drink and watch the waves and the sun go down. This little place made our holiday. We will be back on our next break.

The view is amazing and unbeatable (bring a sweater because the wind makes the evenings cool). I had the chicken with white sauce and it was delicious. A great evening out with my young family!

This is my local beach bar in El Faro. It has adequate parking and the beach bar also shares with a restaurant. The prices are great and staff are very friendly. It has sunbeds with bar service and opens till late in the evening. Not the best beach on the coast but the prices and location make a worth while visit.

Great location looking down the coast. Outside you feel as though you could be on a boat with the terrace jutting out into the sea. Lovely staff & great food!

Absolutely love it, nice quiet little beech bar playing a mixed genre of holiday music, not too loud, great selection of drinks, good food and happy holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended

I had the best grilled calamari I've ever had. We had dinner here twice since it's so fresh...right out of the ice cabinet. Grilled prawn and sea bream also very well prepared. This chef knows his stuff!

I dined here with the Costa Press Club to celebrate our Summer Party. We enjoyed a variety of dishes to share - the boquerones, aubergines and mussels were particularly good - and my main course (rosada fish) was cooked to perfection. The homemade creme caramel was delicious. Service was attentive and the views of the sea (we watched the sunset) are stunning.

Love this place! We had lunch at the restaurant, around 3-4 pm, and it was fairly empty. The view is amazing, the atmosphere is great, seating is both indoors & outdoors, the service is perfect - the staff is attentive, thoughtful, really imvested in your order & very friendly. The food was delicious- we had many starters, all of them were great & for main dish ee had beef steaks, ribs and sea food - they were all spot on. Plus, I love the special desserts they have - the entire family, including the kids, had a great time. Highly-recommended!

There are quite a few comments on TripAdvisor saying that service is not very good. Our experience is diametrically opposite, we were attended quickly and efficiently and the food was fabulous. Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of the dishes to show for it (too hungry! ;) but I completely recommend coming.

We visited in person, we are staying at Los Amigos Beach Club, and made a reservation for the same evening on the terrace at 8 pm. The staff were great, really helpful, the views terrific as the sun slowly sets. The food really good. We shared the piri piri prawns - good but they are better at LABC. I had the tuna, huge and beautifully cooked. The Mrs had the Sea Bass, good but pricey at 27 euro (it's one of several fish you pay for by weight). Will definitely be returning, maybe twice more, during our 3 week stay at LABC.

We were there just when they started serving food, i.e. around noon. The boquerones and jamón con melón was superb! Around 8-9 € per plate. Quite normal here. We love sitting there, just gazing out over the sea and enjoying a cup of coffee.

We sat outside on the balcony, ordered Mixed Paella, was very best quality, all fresh. We had a couple glasses of wine, sparkling water, and coffee and tea. Total was 35 Euro. Go there!!!

Good food, some dishes are a bit pricey and not the biggest selection , but they do some lower priced stuff too. The service was decent and the views are lovely. I don't know what they do to their fries but they were the best chips I've had in ages.

We ordered a seafood paella, very good quality and big portion for 2 persons. Also the beef was very nice. Beware to take a sweater if you sit outside, it can be quite chilly near the sea. Enjoy the beautiful sight.

its alright, the bar is friendly, the music is a bit too centred around reggeton for my taste and the beach isn't that great. But with all that said it's probably to a lot of peoples taste .

Nice little place, food is cheap. Would give them five stars but asked for 2 cokes and got two largers, much to my partners amusement. Some of the staffs English is limited, but I can't complain it's a nice place.

We stopped on the way back from marbella.A beautiful setting right by the water side. Large terrace overlooking the sea. We had the pilpil and the seafood soup as a starter and the turbut as a main course. The pilpil was sizzling hot and really nice. The seafood soup had not much seafood in it, hence 4 not 5 stars. The turbut was delicious (5€ 100gr )so not cheap but ok.

Delightfully suprised by this place. Really nice location next to the beaches. The food was great and the service too. Price to quality ratio great. Took chicken that came with fries and fries veggies. They were well made and tasted good. The fries were crispy and nicely salted. Also took garlic bread that was one of the best that I have had on the coast! (There's a lot of bad garlic bread out there...) We also had fried merluza that was good too, but didn't have much taste, but adding lemon and salt made it better. Chicken 9€/ Merluza 10€ / Garlic bread 2€ / Sodas small bottles 2€ Service was great and attentive. Didn't have to wait for the bill long! The menu had a lot of different sea foods and they seemed good when brought to the tables. Not the most peaceful of places during the day time as people from the beach also walk in and order coffee/drinks. Overall a great experience and would go again.

We had a good time here. Got there fairly early and soon it was bustling with people coming for food. My mouth was watering with the smells coming from the kitchen. The resturant looks over the beach so it's stunning just sitting there. The food was very tasty and we polished it all off. Think it is well priced and very good surroundings. Double check the prices! They offer something outside the menu and double the price without telling before you get the bill.

Sadly this place disappointed. The food was not good enough to carry such a high price The calamari was like rubber with soggy batter, probably frozen which is not acceptable given the ocean is a few meters away. The fish was ok and the Bolognese was on par with a ready meal. The calamari was simply not edible. Sadly it appears you are paying only for the views. Others' experiences may vary and this is no reflection on the guys working there but I do hope they take these criticisms on board and improve.

Wouldn’t recommend at all - ordered 4 main dishes and they were all served raw and had to be sent back (steak, lamb and salmon), the staff stood around giggling the whole time and weren’t welcoming. Only 2 stars because of the views but the won’t be returning.

Food was great, but the service was horrible as the waiter forgot our order for an hour. He then proceeded to act snappy towards us. Its the bald guy, avoid him.

Nice view, the fresh fish was fine but unreasonable expensive. Unfortunately frozen calamari which is not acceptable at this region. Langostinos al Pil Pil we’re good. But 1 hour before closing we couldn’t order paella or black rice, which is fine but you should know it. Service was ok, the beer was stale.

Friday evening, had a few drinks at the beach bar waiting for the decked area where the band plays to open. Band started playing and the area was opened. Only about 8 people seated, we sat down. Member of staff asked if we had made a reservation. We answered 'no', was told it was fully booked and we would have to 'get out!'. Asked if we could finish our drinks first was told 'you have to get out!' and they walked away. So very rude, no need to talk to us like that, we had purchased quite a few drinks. Will NEVER return.

They made my mouth bleed from the small chicken bones in their rice and they laughed at me. Biggest DISRESPECT i’ve had in my life at a restaurant. Never Eat Here!

Terrible chicken paella. Full of chicken bones. Taste was ok, but nothing special. Garlic soup was good, but i have no idea what was in it, the menu did'nt say and neither did the waiter. They don't serve coffe or drinks at the restaurant. You have to go outside arround the building to the beach site to get that.

Missing the most important thing...MENU with decent images...after knowing menu I will leave the review.
