Very rich birria and delicious flavor. You don't leave full of fat but of the meat and its seasoning. Just return the fly-swatters that because of the heat get into the tent. From there on out, everything was perfect. The treatment of the waiters was 10-10.

It's a sidewalk stand, but the birria is really good. The service is fast and friendly. They don't just have tacos; they also make birria tortas. I ordered one that comes with chilaquiles and birria—highly recommended, but it might be too filling for one person.

This is one of the best birria places in Rosarito only open on weekends in front of the uniform store. This place make birrimen a type of ramen with a Mexican fusion and it works well. Here you can find birra torta.another fusion away from the traditional birra tacos. The onions with habanero is a must try. The prices are good the birra is excellent and a place you must try. Just love this place open on Fridays and Monday now.

2026.03.28 los tacos tienen buen sabor, las tortillas me parecieron más pequeñas de lo normal, el servicio atento y no se batalla por estacionamiento, el lugar esta limpio, no estas en la calle, mesas y sillas tipo equípal de Guadalajara….

La comida está deliciosa y como se ve en las fotos. Esta pero para un restaurante pero así se empieza en un puesto. Los chilaquiles están crujientes. Recomendados por el más crítico de lo críticos mi marido @claudiogamboa.

Eating tacos for breakfast at street vendor stand set-up with covered outdoor seating felt like quintessential Mexico to me! We were greeted and seated promptly by friendly and courteous staff. Let me tell you, the horchata and the birriaquiles were 🔥! So good! The birria tacos were dry and a bit disappointing honestly. My local familia said that's pretty atypical. Nonetheless, overall we had a good experience.

Good birria. The tacos dorados have a tortilla that's been on the griddle for a while, and it's kind of chewy. They put beans in the tacos without asking if you want beans. They do give you nerve, not fat. The consommé is very good; it's not too greasy and isn't overly seasoned. The service is very good, and the tables and chairs are very clean. They accept card payments. That's a plus!

Decent/ok place but the birria is just completely lacking flavor. “Con todo” and with the salsa on the table and it still just tasted too plain. Open on Thursday though.
