The drive thru window gets all the attention. At the instore counter I had to wait and then wrap on the counter to get someone to take my order. The young man who came out had absolutely no customer service skills! No good morning, no eye contact and then in the end, he got the order wrong! I spoke to the on duty manager about it but I'm not sure he took me seriously.

I only come here because it's convenient and they have a play place that my kids like. The play are is normally dirty. And the service is slow and they don't get my order right, half the time. If you ask for ketchup, they give you one pack.

Went thru the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. There was no one else there. Ordered via the app. Guys working the windows were not friendly or hospitable, didn't even speak. When I said thanks after getting my food at the second, he looked at me like I had two heads! Burgers were hot but a sloppy mess. Everything was sliding off the bun. Cheese dripping everywhere. Ketchup oozing out. It was a mess. Also beware, this location charges for extra pickles! Have never encountered that at any other McDs. There was a sign on the window to email a Gmail address with any issues. A Gmail address for a company? I know that many stores are franchises, but Gmail for company business?

I usually ignore ratings of fast food places because, come on, it’s a McDonald’s. How picky can I be? But then I came here. I’ll say, the only reason it’s not 1 star is because the drive through order taker was personable and nice. However, and I know this sounds very “first world problem” — they charge $1.49 for a cup of water and it’s didn’t come up on the screen like all charges should. I get to the window. Nothing about being charged for water. I pay and look at my receipt… $1.49. Which is outrageous since I’m guessing buying a bottle of water is probably that much. I ask the person at the window. They say “there’s a sticker on the menu where the screen is” like… put that cost on the screen when a customer orders then. If you charge me less than a dollar for a cup of water, fine. But when you charge the same cost of a drink, not fine. Got my refund but will not be returning. Did I assume water was free? Yes. Did it show up on the order on the giant sign where your order shows up? No. So why would I think water was not free? And, should the cashier have told me how much the order was when I got to the window if it was not the same amount as on the giant board outside? Yes.

The staff are nice but the food is not good. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The entire meal was cold and it taste like that food was made hours ago maybe even yesterday. Both the fries and nuggets were hard and had an old kind of taste. The best part of this meal was the sweet and sour sauce and my sweet tea🤦🏾‍♀️ Unfortunately I won't be visiting this location again.

I went to this McDonalds with my 2 children the other day and I seen that few students got off the public bus but when they tried to come in there was this lady ai guess apart of the staff saying some students couldn't come in until others went out but were letting adults enter and i just felt this was very rude and disrespectful especially as someone who has kids of my own and also during this kind of weather ??? It is freezing outside and your telling these kids they cant come inside and order a meal. im sure the reason is because one student in the pass has done something but to take it out on all and have them in the cold it's ridiculous, never want to eat from a place with workers like this again DO NOT recommend

This McDonald’s is great bc it has a play place but the service ruins it. Every single time I order in the drive thru they ask my to pull into one of the drive thru spots and wait for my order. I’m getting like two meals… nothing major. I have a small child and every time he gets excited and then cries for 10 mins while we’re pulled off to the side waiting for our food. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I order ahead on the app so they have plenty of time to make it and it still happens. I’ve been waiting for 11 mins as we speak and still have not gotten my food. Absolutely insane for “fast food”

Smells like a septic tank if backed up of something! This is one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Windows tables, the countertop food service areas were all greasy and food everywhere. The manager was very nonchalant when it was brought up to him and did not seem to care.

DON’T EAT HERE!!!!! They like to do “stuff” to food! Floor, spit or objects on your food! If the person took the time to put this on the sausage pattie, imagine what else! Sick!!!!
