I love using the mobile app and just walking into the store, grabbing my coffee and walking out! It makes it so much easier than sitting in the drive-through or waiting in line to order and then waiting for the drink to me made! I don't even understand why anyone else would want to sit in a drive-through! This doubt is super great here and always accommodating! Someone else had touched my drink thinking it was theirs and they literally offered remake for me!

I don’t think I have ever been to another Starbucks with more upbeat & absolutely kind employees... These two gentlemen that were working this morning were incredibly sweet, very friendly & make you feel like you’re a good friend or family, you’ll leave smiling after they yell out “thanks sweetheart! Have a great day!” 😊 With everything I’ve gone through in the past year & a half from a child with cancer to the Paradise Ca fire, it’s more important than you know to feel this kind of fun. It’s so important to spread positivity & love... These guys definitely know how to do that 💞

The staff here are really what’s great about this place. Everyone is so friendly and cheerful! You’ll have a really hard time walking out of here without a bright smile. They definitely made my day! The drinks were pretty great too!

Just went to this Starbucks location and watched a customer try her drink and say “it was awful” the employees confirmed what she ordered and apologized and offered to remake the drink, or to make her something else since she didn’t like what she ordered. The customer then rudely said “no it doesn’t matter I’m not going to drink this though” and walked out of the store and threw the drink on the ground splashing everywhere outside their door. All of the employees remained calm and apologized the the other customers on her behalf. It’s good to see when the employees do not let a crazy customer affect them. Keep up the great work guys. :)

They gave me a birthday drink for free even though it didn't come up on the rewards app when she scanned it. Thanks Starbucks for the venti caramel macchiato 😀!! Yuuuummmyy

They always get my order correct and the staff are friendly. The location is really convenient too. I love that they have a drive thru now so I don't have to play frogger in Roseville square

Locally, this is my favorite Starbucks! I used to work here and absolutely loved it! We had the BEST CREW, Amy, Jessica, Angela, Ashley, Audra, Kayla, Keith, Peggy, Suzanne (she's still there too!), & "V!" (also still there!), & if I forgot anyone, my apologies, as it's been quite a few years now! I made some great lifelong friends here, both inside the workplace, and out. I have some of the BEST, and my most favorite memories, at this Starbucks . I especially remember our daily "regulars," & the awesome friendships we formed over time and daily conversations, they too became a part of your life. Yes, there is no drive thru, however, you can park right out front along the "yellow curb," and run in!

Always love Starbucks. The location at RockyRidge and Douglas and also the one one Sierra College are the two best. But today even the one at Roseville Square was good. Finally some green tea back too. Score.

I have been to many Starbucks locations in several states and recently in Canada. The Barristas at this location make my usual drink the best! This location is now permanently closed. However, the team from this store are being moved to the new location across Douglas into the newly remodeled old Burger King building, near Big O Tires. The new location has a drive through and much larger lobby. I can't wait for them to open!

I don’t actually live in this city, but I drive through about once a week on my way to go snowboarding. I stopped by this Starbucks for the first time by chance last Friday, and I immediately noticed how friendly, attentive, and hardworking the staff were. I came back for a second visit, and even though they were very busy, the team was still just as kind and welcoming. That really made an impression on me, and I wanted to write this review to show my appreciation and encourage the staff. I think this location is officially going to be my regular Friday stop from now on. Thank you for the great service and positive energy!

This is my new go-to Starbucks! Roomy seating area, plenty of parking, wonderful staff, clean bathrooms (that don't require remembering codes), and a drive-thru. There are even EV charging spots in the parking lot near the front door. I love that there is easy on/off freeway access. It's fall right now, so they perhaps have outdoor furniture packed away.

Starbucks Coffee honors Veteran's Day with a free small coffee. No identification necessary, all day long. Taylor's customer service was awesome and served me well. I am very proud of how Taylor represented Starbucks Coffee. She is one of our future leaders!

The cashier wasn't friendly, but that is my own personal perception. The service was fast. The drinks were tasty. We ordered a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew, grande, ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken decaf espresso, grande, and a vanilla cream Frappuccino with caramel, grande. We spent $16.85, not including tip.

Which I always enjoy when the barista asks me hey you know you got points want use them. Thanks again Starbucks. You really doing really good job building up your customer base. You’re finally hiring the right people, now just keep the menu, the way it is and you have a customer for life. Look at my reviews there almost all Starbucks reviews all over the place. Don’t mess it up. And I know the local Starbucks doesn’t have a say, but the regional manager does.

I love this local starbucks-- the inside is inviting and cozy with nice/clean furniture and the staff goes above and beyond. Shoutout to Rachel for always making our experience great with delicious drinks and recommendations.

Stopped in today at this location and it was clean and not crowded. The owners now have a policy where the half-and-half is behind the counter, and I like that especially with the current viruses that are going around. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and I would definitely come back again.

Quick and cheerful service. I ordered the banana walnut bread after seeing the fresh ones inside the display case. However, the one I got in the bag was already in a sealed plastic bag and definitely smaller than the display pieces.

Rarely disappointed in most Starbucks. Great access location. Ran into old friends from long distance away while traveling which made this one even special. Seating to accommodate. Great little place to end your shopping day with plenty of near by shops.

It was quite good and I enjoyed it. The drinks were great and so was the food. My only issue which is very small is that the tables had crumbs on them but it was not as bad as other places I've seen. Overall it was great.

Just picked up my usual Saturday morning order and Reilly served me. This is usually the best customer experience, but not today. She didn't smile, was stingy with the whip, and didn't bother to tell me to enjoy my day. I get that finding help is tough, but not at the expense of customers. Sad 😞

I would rate this a 1 star due to the baristas taking 10-20 minutes to make 3 drinks. Service is garbage due to baristas not having manners or seem like they don’t want to be there. I would recommend Starbucks on 709 Cirby way which is a 24hr Starbucks, service is so much better and the baristas have manners plus will make you want to come back due to their environment and make drinks fast as coming in and out.

This location used to be really good before the pandemic so I’m not sure what’s happened here but their staff are terrible and no longer friendly. They need to send them over to Noah’s bagels and give them some training on how to be nice to customers because suddenly they act like they could not care less if you come in or not and that’s too bad.

The bathroom was not maintained. All of chairs are hard wood chairs. When I came in to get something sweet, they almost had nothing in showcase. Might have been bad day but I am not coming back here.

I visited this Starbucks location today ordered through the drive-through and when I got to the window, I only had $100 bill to pay. The lady explained to me that she could not take my hundred dollar bill even though there was no signs stating no larger than 20, I genuinely only had $100 bill on me, very inconvenient. Didn’t even offer to give me my order complementary for the inconvenience so now not only did I not get my coffee but now they threw away my coffee and a sandwich somebody please tell me how this makes any sense.
