I’ve always had a really great experience at this Niko Niko location. The staff is friendly and the drinks are always made with care.

I love this place. I'd never had boba before, but my gran baby loves it so we stopped here. We got the mango smoothie with the popping boba and it was so refreshing. The employees were really nice and helpful since I wasn't sure how to order. We'll be back for sure!

My husband is Taiwanese- American, and we've been to the island several times as a family, so we were excited to find a Taiwanese bubble tea company locally! We haven't had a drink yet that disappointed! Very delicious and authentic. Have only seen hojicha on a stateside menu once before, and it's amazing. Highly recommend.

This is what $6 looks like $1.00 a ounce. Make sure you ask for half sugar or less because it is so brutally sweet that your teeth will rot in your mouth. Staff were very friendly. The mango tea was delicious.

Had a tiger milk creme brulee and a mango tea. Both were yummy but was super disappointed that the staff wouldn't pour a mango peach tea. Not complicated to pour half of each into the glass but they refused🙄. So odd when staff chooses not to accommodate easy requests

I ordered the dragonberry smoothie as well as two other smoothies and a milk tea. The ordering was nice and simple and my order came up pretty quick. The drinks were delicious and though they were busy, they seemed to be moving quick. I would definitely visit again

So I’ll start with the fact that my drink was amazing. I have the ube creme brûlée milk tea and it was the best boba drink I’ve ever had. Now, the service was good - the girl was nice. But she had only been working there three days and was working alone during a rush time shift. I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for my drink. I felt bad for her honestly. The company needs to staff two people… sort of ridiculous.

the staff were super friendly and my drink was really tasty! my only gripe has to do with the self serve tablet, not at all with the staff or item i ordered. i ordered on the tablet and it gave me no option to tip. i looked at my receipt and a 15% tip was added automatically to my transaction. i just thought the drink was expensive, and i didn’t see the added tip at checkout. i’ve come to chatime many many times but maybe since their rebrand to niko niko they’ve added an auto gratuity. if theres an auto grat, it should be displayed more clearly.

Niko Niko (formerly Cha Time) has some of the best and fresh tasting pearls in the cities. Unfortunately the staff is always so rude when I go. They don’t want to be there, and ignore you for as long as possible before taking your order. This only seems to be more recent.

I have milk tea in many places, and although my taro milk tea tasted okay, wasn't cold. The staff doesn't smile at you, doesn't seem to really want to assist you, so considering how many choices there are, The cup that the milk tea was placed in was particularly flimsy, so when I picked it up it basically spilled everywhere. I would not recommend this place. There are other branches of this chain, and maybe you'll have better luck with those.

I ordered the Thai Tea with brown sugar bobas. The bobas were hard in texture, definitely not fresh.

Fingernail in bubble tea 🤮. Found a press- on nail in my tea. It was small enough to get sucked up through the large straw. My kids and I have been going at least twice a month since they opened, but never again.
