I stopped into The Cheesecake Factory recently just to pick out a cake, and even though I wasn’t there for a full sit-down meal, the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful—spacious, clean, and welcoming, with such a nice atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re treating yourself the moment you walk through the door. The staff at the bakery counter were so friendly and helpful. Even though I was only there for a short time, they made me feel like a valued guest. They took their time to explain the options, answered my questions, and helped me decide on the perfect choice without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about making sure people leave happy, whether you’re just picking up a cake or sitting down for a meal. I ended up choosing the Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—it was everything you’d hope for in a cheesecake. The mousse was light and fluffy, the cheesecake layer was smooth and decadent, and the chocolate flavors all came together beautifully. It was one of those desserts that you can’t help but savor every bite of. What I also loved was how simple the process was. It’s easy to walk in, place your order, and either take it home right away or order ahead of time for an even quicker pickup. The whole experience was effortless, which I really appreciated. Even though my visit was short and sweet, it left such a good impression. Between the friendly staff, the lovely atmosphere, and the amazing cheesecake, I’ll definitely be back the next time I want to treat myself or bring something special home. The Cheesecake Factory really knows how to make every visit enjoyable, no matter how quick it is.

Everything was so good and worth the wait our server was amazing and so fast. The seasonal cheesecake was so amazing if you love pumpkin pie and pecan pie you will love the new seasonal cheesecake so definitely try it out

We were just trying to kill time before leaving the mall. Decided to just grab some dessert since we had already eaten. We got the Resses peanut butter chocolate cheese cake and just a simple hot fudge Sunday for the kids. The cheesecake did not disappoint! It was perfect. I have been other times and actually had the food, its pretty good. The menu is definitely huge and has a huge variety. This post is just about the dessert, and we were totally satisfied with the service and food.

As a cheesecake factory connoisseur myself, I must say this was my best visit by far The food was phenomenal, absolutely scrumptious. our server, Skye, was amazing and very lively. Made us laugh, made us smile, and he made us fall in love a bit (with the artichoke dip of course) Overall management is doing soemthing right in this location…. and I will be returning.

Great food and location.No complaints at all. My fiancé ordered a veggie burger, Thai chili shrimp with a pineapple mezcal for a drink, while I ordered the impossible 🍔 and a coors light. Everything was great and on point. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Busy, so make reservations unless sitting at the bar.

We setup a reservation online and were seated accurately to our time. The food selection was amazing as always. The atmosphere was a little loud especially when a group of elementary aged girls was playing a table down from us. Not sure where they were seated because they ran off and never returned. The only hiccup we had was one of our meals was delayed and we weren’t sure as to why. Aside from that the food tasted amazing and the service was still great.

My friends and I were enjoying dessert and sipping coffee when some visitors at the next table began to blame us for taking too long. They spoke to the waiter and asked if they could take two tables, pointing at us. The waiter replied that we had already paid and that we weren't leaving. This really spoiled our mood. We were celebrating a birthday and simply wanted to chat and have a good time, not listen to complaints about how long we were occupying the space and how other guests were waiting for us to free up a table. I would like to thank the manager for not being indifferent to our complaint and for making an effort to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, by that point, our mood had already been spoiled. The steak and cheesecake were delicious, and it's a pity that our time with friends ended on such a note.

I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait for a table; we were seated immediately. Our waitress promptly took our food and drink orders, but we didn’t see her again until our food arrived. While we did receive some delicious bread, it was a bit hard rather than the soft texture I had expected. Unfortunately, our drinks went empty and we didn’t get a refill until our meals were served. The waitress didn’t seem very happy about getting us a refill either, and I had to scan the rewards myself at the main counter. Having visited before and traveling two hours to get there, I was disappointed by the service this time. I may not return for a while, especially with another restaurant nearby in the Galleria.

I visited The Cheesecake Factory last night and had a decent experience overall. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, but it wasn’t a big deal. Since the weather was perfect, we chose to sit on the patio. However, the first thing we noticed was that the patio floor was quite dirty, with crumbs and food pieces scattered around. It definitely could have been cleaner. Aside from that, the service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The food was good, though there were a few things worth mentioning. For appetizers, we had the calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and warm crab dip. The crab dip, while flavorful, was a bit too oily for my taste. For the main course, we tried the Cajun Salmon, Steak Diane, and the Grilled Steak Medallions from the Skinnylicious menu. Everything was tasty, and we also ordered a kids’ flatbread pizza, which was a hit with the little one. All in all, everything was good, and I’ll definitely be returning. I just hope the patio is a bit cleaner next time.

The restaurant was hesitant to give us a reservation for the time we requested. They eventually compromised. The atmosphere was busy, loud, but visually pleasing. Our wait person was friendly and we were sat immediately. The cake did not disappoint. Our meals were very hit or miss. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was not anything special nor was it your typical scampi. The shrimp were fried and not grilled, the pasta was dry and what minimal toppings it had were buried and did not serve the dish well. The salmon was a hit, various rolls were good, the crab dip was the hit of the party. Many of the other meals were decent. Our wait person was the absolute best part of the whole evening.

My husband, 4 yr old son and I were in the area so we decided to stop by for lunch. When we entered the restaurant we were met by the host who told us we had a 15 min wait. I didn't understand why we had such a long wait because the restaurant wasn't even half full, but we obliged and sat down in the waiting area. After about 15 mins my husband got a text saying our table was ready so we waited for the host to wave us over. He never did, so my husband walked up and asked if our table was ready to which he stated it was and that he'll seat us. Our waitress was good and came over and took our order for drinks, we asked for a few more minutes to look over the menu as I had not been here in many years and wasn't sure what to get. After getting out order in (an appetizer, 2 entrees and a kids meal) my husband asked for a side of ranch with his meal (a burger). we received our appetizer after 10 mins. It took our entrees another 25 to come out. My husband had a work call he had taken while we were waiting and was on the phone for 5 mins after receiving our food. He noticed they didn't bring him ranch with his burger and when he picked the burger up the bottom bun was soaked with oil, to the point it was dripping out and the bun was falling apart. The waitress was at another table dealing with another customer that had a problem so the manager, Tyler, came over and we explained that the burger was soaked with oil and not really edible. Tyler offered to remake the burger, which took another 20 mins. By the time it came out our young son had been done eating and wanted to leave. I was also done eating and had been for a bit. My husband was incredibly unhappy, considering we had over an hour to drive back home still and our 2 older sons were getting home from school soon. My husband ended up not eating and Tyler ended up comp'ing our meal. I hope that if we ever try them out again in the future that their customer service and cooks get better. My food was amazing (chicken piccata) but my husband's wasn't. My toddler got the chicken stripe and fries which had zero seasoning but he's 4 and doesn't care.

I just got some food to go, and let me say, I eat here quite a bit, but I don't know if I have ever gotten food to go other than cheesecake. I was trying to just get food and didn't want to eat in. So I ordered my usual order, and wow, what a difference between to-go and dine-in food. I waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and entree. Okay, it is what it is. But if I wait a while, at least let the food be good and warm. But I know something happened. Because as soon as I came in from waiting in the car spot for almost an hour, it was done. The bread on the sandwich is usually really crispy. I got it to go tonight, and it's barely toasted and is very soft, almost like regular white bread. Plus, this and the appetizer were cold. To top it off, they forgot the extra ranch that I ordered and paid for. Yeah, just go in and eat; it's not even close to the same experience.
