Aerie & Robert made us some delicious food! We absolutely love the cheese curds dipped in ranch…. A staple we have come back for let alone. The classic burger was so yummy, had great flavor, and fries paired well. We also got the chicken tenders with tater tots and two strawberry 🍓 hibiscus 🌺 lemonades. We will be back!! Thank you!!

I don’t often leave Google Reviews, but when I do, it’s because the experience was either truly exceptional or deeply disappointing. In this case, I’m thrilled to say it was the former. Dawn went above and beyond to turn a routine visit into something genuinely memorable. Even though the store was just about to close, she welcomed us warmly, took the time to help us without rushing, and made us feel truly valued. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. Thanks to Dawn, I’ll absolutely be coming back — and recommending this location to others. She’s a true asset to the team!

The cool gentlemen (Cahmal) behind the counter Was very helpful and kind. The Burgers taste amazing and the service was surprisingly fast. Also love the diner vibes of the place, takes me back to a time period I was not able to experience. It’s worth checking out, But it is kinda expensive for the burgers.

Placed an online order for the fried pickles and kids 2 piece chicken strips. Let me tell you, don’t sleep on this place! Was able to go to the drive thru and pick up, the employee was amazing and prompt. What a great ordering, and receiving all that was asked for, including special instructions. Oh and let me rave on the creole dip! Made my day!

Good little burger spot that I have never heard of before. A nice step up from fast food joints. Got a double A1 burger with tater tots, and was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. Definitely give this spot a try.

I had been to Austin for a business trip and I was so hungry for breakfast, when I googled and I found a jewel. This place is best for breakfast, lunch and early morning you will definitely like the crunchy cheesy , egg sandwich. Also, I happen to meet the owner of this chain or restaurants. He is very friendly, courteous and friendly. This place is decent for quick office meetings also. I highly recommend this place. Last but not the least- the staff were also friendly, courteous. I once again recommend this place.

Ordered my food online and I had the wrong drink, the French fries had no salt, and I am missing the dipping sauce that I requested.

Went through the drive thru and it took about 20 minutes. The food was pretty basic, I wanted to try the Cajun tots but I had to correct the lady several times because she kept saying "regular." Even after promising she'd make sure they were Cajun guess what? Plain regular tots. My chicken blt bun was also squished to hell. Not worth it.

I’ve been wanting to try this location for a while. My mother was in the hospital across the street and I missed the cafeteria for lunch and decided to give it a try. I arrived about 10 minutes after the website said it would be done and then they said it would be another 15 minutes because they were short staffed. Nearly an hour to prepare an order??? No napkins in the bag, no ranch dressing with my cheese curds. Food was OK, but not outstanding. I’ll have DoorDash deliver from Mighty Fine instead next time.

Was really looking forward to this. The first time we went, there was no cook so they could only give us milkshakes. Went today and got a burger. Food was okay. The buns were cold, and the tater tots were either not cooked long enough or the oil was too cool. They were soggy. The meat was phenomenal. Service is the real pain point here. The kid up front had an AirPod in. You could tell he was distracted and I had to repeat myself every single time I talked to him. He either didn’t hear me or some times I got a blank stare… He wasn’t engaged, and behaved like he couldn’t care if we were there or not. So, he’s also the guy who’s supposed to take care of the front. It was dirty (I’ll come back to that). The ketchup was empty. Napkins were empty, etc.,. He just stood there blankly staring out the windows until we’d approach him for one reason or another. So, back to cleanliness. Food and drink on the floor. Was sticky and slippery. Bathroom was dirty. But the biggest thing was the dust on the tables and the half-assed attempt to wipe them down. I’ve never seen tables in an active restaurant covered in dust. It blows my mind. Had high hopes. The menu looks great. The girl in the back was super professional. But with two shady experiences, we’ll probably not come back.

I normally don’t leave reviews but don’t bother coming here. Google says open to 12am I showed up at around 9:50 pm. Drive through closed. Front doors locked. I stood outside like an idiot watching 2 people inside fooling around and did not acknowledge me. Attempted to call, got sent to voicemail. They did the same to another guy. Don’t bother supporting an establishment the runs this way. Won’t be coming back.

Using WayBack’s own webpage, at 4:12 pm I ordered a meal for my wife and I. My oder was an egg and sausage burrito and pancakes. On their web page there NO time limits on when I could order breakfast. As I was driving to pickup my order, I was called by an employee and told, per the owner, they have to stop selling breakfast at 11:00am. She said when I got to the restaurant she would give me the stores owner information to call and get a refund. When I asked her why she could not call the owner she first told me she was not allowed. When I got to the restaurant I looked at their breakfast menu and again, there were no times when breakfast could be served. See photo The employee gave me the owners phone number. When I called the number a female answered, who spoke only Spanish and hung up on me. I called the restaurant back to tell them and was told the owners were at the store now and she would get one of them. The employee came back on the line a minute later, and told me they were busy with other orders and would have to call me back. As of 10:00 pm I have not received a call back, How do they stay in business with such poor customer service?????

I tried give this place another chance, but once again I was disappointed. The Impossible burger patty looked, smelled, and had the texture of beef. They gave me ranch instead of ketchup. The onion rings were soggy and the onions tasted old. At least the cheese curds were eatible. So, basically I paid $25 for cheese curds. Unacceptable.

Incredibly disappointed with how service and food have been the last few visits. Today i went through there drive thru placed my order then was told to pull around and they would bring my order out, i sat in my car for 30 minutes then went inside where the gentleman working informed me they lost the ticket and would need an additional 15 minutes to start my order. I waited an additional 30 minutes for them to still get the order wrong and chicken was burnt. I watched a door dash driver who was waiting before me leave and abandon his customers order where the worker was now saying “hell yea, I'm about to eat all this”.

Be careful when you pay here. Make sure you get your card back. I accidentally left my card and the cashier name Airiana used it to get herself some food so be careful with that witch. I went in at 10:24 am on Friday 10/31/25 and 30 mins later I saw they charged my card. I’m guessing she thought I wasn’t going to notice but I did. I called Wayback burgers and they told me she was the manager which I don’t think she is. They gave me her number and I called her and she was saying she knows those charges by heart. Yes because she used my card and even signed her signature to get herself some food. Watch out for Airiana. Make sure you get your card back.

I ordered a Am cheesy. I ordered this from time to time when I have time to come over this way in the mornings. This morning I had to go take care of some business so I went by there and grabbed an AM cheesy. I never have had an AM cheesy be like this before but this stuff completely squirted out. I ate it in the wrapper, and it squirted out of the wrapper onto my shirt. I talked to the manager that was on duty. And obviously, he was a very young person that had a snippy attitude. He told me it was my fault??? Clearly not my fault because it was in the wrapper wrapped up when I bit into it. I’ve never had this problem with this sandwich before. It’s never been this runny. It ruined my shirt. He wanted me to come all the way back over there with the sandwich which in case I’m in here taking care of business somewhere very important to do. I told him I would take a picture and send it to him and he just got all snappy and nasty with me. Does not need to be a manager too young . His job is to listen to the customer and provide a solution. His job is not to argue!
