This is a brand new Starbucks built on their latest design and offerings. They have nitro cold brew!!! Sweet place with a beautiful decor and great service. I really like the sitting area with cool wall decor and nice living room style areas. Really an enjoyable place to sit and have some great coffee.

The baristas here were really sweet. They didn’t have 2 of the newest breakfast sandwich so they offered to cut it in half for us to share 😆 The drive through was really quick, and much appreciated.

First time in this location and I was impressed by the amount of work/lounge space. The staff were also great. I definitely recommend

I have been going here for years and lately for a few months now, every time I order a venti with no foam...I end up with the cup not being full and looks like the quantity of a grande and there is always foam. There are only 4 baristas there that make it with no foam and fill it up and shout out to them, they are so friendly and make us feel welcomed along with the cute little messages they write. If I am paying 7 for a coffee then I expect my portion to be right and my venti to be a venti and not missing a third of the cup and can tell when I hold it too. I have spoken to the manager about it and yet it still keeps happening lately and very disappointed that I am and even when my son went there, are getting less then we paid for and that I ask for no foam and yet still have foam. Half the time I'm on my way to work so it makes it hard to say something or get it fixed when I am on a time limit to get to work. Overall the place is nice, friendly staff and clean and love the little messages. This has been one of the best locations I have been too and hope they can fix filling the cups up and reading the stickers all the way through.

Good but the lady in the drive through didn’t hear me and had to repeat like 5times to the lady to hear me.

Need to start tipping after service, 35 minutes for 1 coffee is absolutely crazy.

This Starbucks has been a “go to” for me while in Rowlett. However, I’ve hesitated to go back due to two specific things that have stood out regarding my experience. First, has been the music. Though music sets a mood for those in Starbucks, the choice of music and its volume level has been disappointing. Usually the afternoon shift chooses to play the music loud and have chosen fast music to set its mood. I try to bring clients here do coffee and conversation, and now have moved them elsewhere so we could at least hear ourselves talk. Second, the staff play around a lot, laugh, giggle, and distract each other from the patrons. I saw a man wait for a full 5 minutes before they acknowledge him. The staff aren’t rude, they are kind individuals, but might need some assistance in making sure they create an atmosphere that is Starbucks.

Only one nice older man here other than that, not a good Starbucks….. blows my mind the difference a mile makes. Go to Rowlett Rd. and 66, great people!

Today is December 29 2025 at 5:38 pm I went to your store. There were 3 people working in the front. I waited 7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. UNACCEPTABLE. There was no customer in front of me. There was 1 person sitting in the restaurant. Imagine you or your family member standing at the counter and no one acknowledges you. None of them apologize. You guys need re training on customer service. I looked at the young lady and told her I no longer want anything. I will not be back.

I come to this location often and so does my family. The African American lady that took my father’s order was extremely rude and impatient. She made hand gestures to make my dad repeat himself up to three times and suddenly she blurted out “I don’t think I’m the right barista for you!” She had an attitude and this isn’t the first time that we encountered that with the same lady. She always seems so unhappy, in a hurry and interrupts you while you take your order. The nice young man with glasses A. took over and took my father’s order with professionalism and respect.

This Starbucks is super inconsistent. I have my order lined up with what I want and they often give me the reg espresso instead of blonde ( if you know you know that’s more bitter.) the other day I paid for the crumble topping and no toping. I also asked for the cup to be lined with caramel sauce and it wasn’t. I live very close to this place but is a shame that I have to drive to the one 10 minutes away because they DO get it right.

Horrible awful service, didn’t ask for a name then decided to hold the drink there for close to 15 min under a different name and didn’t offer to redo the drink. One of the worst star bucks I’ve ever been too, absolutely ridiculous. I got here at 10:24 and left at 10:55 waste of time
