My fiancé and I were driving home from Miami and I really wanted some peruvian food. I am so glad we stopped here! Luis took such good care of us and the food was phenomenal. We ordered the Ceviche de Corvina, Lomo Saltado, Yuca Frita, and got some complementary chicken soup . They all really hit the spot. We are planning to come back with the rest of my family.

We had a yummy date night at 561. I don’t remember the names of them on the menu but we had the tuna filled potato and the chicken and steak fried rice. The meat was excellent and tender. We also had the sweet potatoes on the side and enjoyed them! Looking forward to trying more things on the menu.

If you follow me you know that I do not normally give a 5 stars ⭐️ review. That’s because I like to make sure if I’m reviewing the place and I tell you that it is 5 stars than that’s exactly what it is… well guess what?? This place is a 5 star restaurant. It’s simply delicious 😋 the ceviche is to die for, the service second to none, the dessert 🧁… priceless and the flavors!! Oh my goodness!!! Completely heavenly! Each section of the ceviche trio had a different spice and mixed with the sweet potato, oh my! I am not sure how to effectively describe it without urging you to take a chance and try it. The spices, yum! I always have to mention the cleanliness too because at the end of the day that matters. The place is kinda small and in a spot that you wouldn’t think BUT it’s super clean and nicely decorated. If you come once you will definitely come twice. #enjoy and guess what? You’re welcome ☺️.

This review is long overdue... My kids and I visited 561Ceviche over the summer. We LOVED the food! The pictures I posted do not do the food justice. I would have had rice with my steak but I can't due to health issues. I did enjoy the fries. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and that the restaurant is family owned. You won't be disappointed!

Absolute best Peruvian food in Palm beach!! Ever since they opened I’ve been here so many times I can’t get enough. The quality of the food is amazing, service is always great, portions are okay for the price, I’m a huge fan of Peruvian food and have tried a bunch of places but nothing beats this place. 100000/10 highly recommend.

What a great experience food was a perfect 10. We had Ceviche de Corbina, Chicken soup and Causa de Tuna. Service with a smile with Luis Felt like a delicious home cooked meal. Presentation was on point. We will be back!

This is some of the best food I’ve eaten in a very long time!!! Peruvian food is my favorite and I’ve eaten at at least 20 different Peruvian restaurants in Palm beach county and Broward County. 561 ceviche was by far the best. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. 10/10 experience!!!

The food & service were great, it's a little pricey, but the food and service was good. I am not a ceviche lover but my wife is and she loved it. I had the beef tips with pesto and pasta. I was really good. The tostones and maduros where perfect! Tostones nice and crispy, not oily at all, and the maduros melted like warm butter and perfectly sweet.

Small family restaurant. Very authentic. The best fried pork. We had the traditional breakfast offered all day Sunday. It came with sweet potatoes, tamales, pickled onions, bread and the fried pork. The best pork I had. Nicely crispy with just the right amount of fat and lean meat. Also had the lomo saltado. And a mixto ceviche very traditional and delish. Will definitely come back again.

We were charged full price and we ordered the lunch special. The yuca with huncanilla sauce was delicious. The anticuchos consisted of several thinly sliced calf heart seasoned well. It came with spicy sauce, maiz kernels and potato patties. It tasted delicious, but it was not the traditional grilled calf heart cubes on a skewer. The food was delicious. Make sure the waitress give you the check instead of just ringing it up on the handheld device. In this way you are aware of all the correct charges.

We were charged full price and we ordered the lunch special. The yuca with huncanilla sauce was delicious. The anticuchos consisted of several thinly sliced calf heart seasoned well. It came with spicy sauce, maiz kernels and potato patties. It tasted delicious, but it was not the traditional grilled calf heart cubes on a skewer. The food was delicious. Make sure the waitress give you the check instead of just ringing it up on the handheld device. In this way you are aware of all the correct charges.

We ordered the Pollo la Brasa with French fries. It was taking a while so the waitress brought us chicken lentil soup. Nice gesture. The photos show why our rating is low. The chicken looked and tasted boiled and then baked briefly, not cooked via rotisserie. It was worse when we turned it over to see it was also undercooked. It looked nothing like the chicken on Instagram or their sign out front. As for service, we gave a 3, but truly under staffed. We understand this given ot was New Years Day. The waitress suggested she bring out another chicken, but we did not feel like eating it or waiting for such a long time again. The chicken should have been cooked the first time.

We ordered the Trio Marino, but the quantity and presentation were very disappointing. The seafood chaufa barely had any seafood in it. It was supposed to be a plate to share, but in reality the portion was quite small. The ceviche was also not prepared in a traditional Peruvian style. It seemed as if the fish had been frozen and quickly thawed with hot water. The flavor and texture were not fresh at all — the fish was very chewy, almost like gum.

I order the Peruvian pork sandwich it was dry and burn too dry for my Taste and the tamale don’t even taste like the Peruvian the only thing was like in peru was the minimum amount of protein one piece of chicken and couldn’t find the Peruvian olive in there so disappointed for the price and service wish you the best but need to get netter food good luck to you guys

THE FOOD wasn’t really good, we are Peruvian and honestly the food wasn’t authentic as they promote it. THE SERVICE…. Well there was only one girl helping all the tables, she was nice but I feel like she needs help with the tables and learn more server skills. Overall I don’t know but I just know we are not coming back because for 4 adults and 2 kids we spend 220, ORIGINALLY it was 174 but they decided to put the 18% on my tap🤷🏻‍♀️.
