This hotel is superb. The rooms are spectacular and the property is massive. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely visit again. Since there are fewer rooms, there is a special kind of luxury about it and the service is excellent. Not a far drive to the spectacular Cap de Formentor. Highly recommend this for a very unique experience.

We had a great stay at the Lodge! It‘s a truly stunning hotel! Service was top notch and always super friendly. Breakfast was very good and until 11 which we highly appreciated. I had a massage at the spa which is small but very clean and to be honest just the right size for the hotel. Overall, we can only recommend The Lodge as we had amazing few days there and we will be back!

We had a beautiful vacation here. Location: 🏨quiet calm lots of bird sounds in the morning, lavender fields, trees, lemon trees, olive trees and orange trees. It is so peaceful and it is at the top of a hill so you overlook a beautiful landscape. Nature: 🍋there are 3 hiking roads behind the hotel, with three different difficulty paths. I loved the nature aspect of this vacation. Food: 🍸🍴the food in the hotel was really good. Very delicious! I only think they could’ve had more options for vegan people. Like a quinoa based dish, or lentil salad. Rooms/ houses: 🛌our rooms were absolutely stunning, we had a little garden with a pomegranate tree. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were also super nice and soft. I slept so good. The design of the room was also really pretty. And the rooms smelled incredible. Music and Sounds:🎶🦉 We loved waking up to bird sounds, the hotel is so quiet and nice. The music was always perfect volume and never too loud. Also, the pool area was very relaxing. We are traumatised by loud music in hotels from Ibiza so this was so relaxing and laid-back. Service: 🧑🏻‍💼I think the biggest improvement can still be the service because the waiters seem to be a bit moody. Management level or supervisor level was always excellent, but some of the waiters just looked a little bit stressed and annoyed at times. I don’t know if it’s the heat because in summer it can really get hot up there, but that is the only room for improvement that I see. Ps: too bad the sauna wasn’t working when we were there:/

We had a great experience in this hotel. We read a few negative reviews and were scared but all changed when we got there. You get the full 5* experience. The staff is so helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant is the best one we had in Mallorca, the views, quietness of the place makes it special and the rooms felt cozy and clean. I recommend this hotel 100%. Location is great, 35min to Palma city and about 20min to a cute port called port de Pollença which you’ll find lots of cute places for dinner or drinks. Pd: our 2 year old had fever one night and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Brought us ice and towels, helped us calling a pharmacy close by and directed us for the best hospital in case we needed to go. Appreciate it 🙏

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING! This hotel went above and beyond our expectations—it was truly exceptional. Without a doubt, this has been the best hotel experience we've ever had. Every single staff member was incredibly thoughtful and kind, making us feel so welcomed. The design? Absolutely breathtaking. And the food… OMG! Rooms/services: breakfast are included, nice view from the hotel, many activities that hotel offer(yoga, cycling, hiking, and etc). Rooms are clean-i liked the interior of this hotel. Highly recommend their restaurants as well. They have main swimming pool and two heated pool. If you want to enjoy private getaway, this is perfect hotel to stay!! we stayed for two nights when we explore north side of the Mallorca (Deia, Soller, and Valldemossa). We thought visiting beaches in south is too tiring, however, it is totally doable. Location is not bad as we thought.

We spent a while trying to figure out the best hotel to stay at in Mallorca within our price range for our honeymoon. We chose The Lodge for its beautiful property, privacy, and renowned kitchen. It did not disappoint. They made us feel welcomed and special on our trip. The hospitality was second to none. Great stay all around. The only things I have feedback on was that the hotel was quite close to the highway. Not ever an issue, although I wish this was disclosed to us prior since it might throw a few people off if they wish to be more secluded. The user interface on the guest website was also a bit of information overload. I know a newer hotel is still refining their process but it was a bit hard to find the info you wanted right away on the site.

The service was outstanding, which started even before our trip. The concierges were helpful and prompt in their replies. The bonus perk was their arranging our car rental with the pick up and drop off at the hotel. The airport transportation went smoothly, and it made for a nice arrival. We loved the daily breakfast out on the hillside patio, and enjoyed the delicious offerings. The only downside was the few flies near and on the buffet. The lodge is beautiful, rustic, and peaceful. The off season made a huge difference as we didn't encounter too many people. Per ordinance, apparently, the paths were unpaved and dusty which I was prepared for having read that in other reviews. Overall, it's a lovely get-away, and we loved it!

The property is simply stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. The service was top-notch throughout our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The food was really good, especially breakfast, which had a great variety and was delicious every day. Despite reading some mixed reviews before our visit, we were genuinely impressed with everything. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

My family and I had an amazing stay at The Lodge. It is such a perfect “mountain retreat” but conveniently located closed to Porto Pollença, Porto Alcúdia and other beaches. A true oasis with all the charm you want in a Finca in Mallorca. Wabi Sabi, minimalistic design and decor but yet with all must haves. The grounds of the estate is magnificent and they even have a “solar panel plantation”. The staffing attention and professionalism top notch of a true 5-star property, but I must highlight Silvia, who greater us every morning with a smile and friendly attitude. The food is just the icing on the cake, simply delicious and fresh. As a travel advisor I will certainly recommend The Lodge for my clients on their next stay in Mallorca for an unique and authentic experience. The grounds, location, rooms are outstanding. They don’t advertise but they have several heated pools which was a nice surprise on the chilly May nights. The service is really what stands out. Ana spent a lot of time with us to listen to our plans and share her insights, we must have sat at check-in chatting for 20min (there was no one else waiting). There was also a butler service just a WhatsApp away. Value is a subjective thing but we felt (couple from Asia) The Lodge really delivered.

We stayed at The Lodge Mallorca in July 2024 for three nights and it was a beautiful experience. The property is stunning, located on top of a hill and surrounded by orchards, fig trees, lavender fields and olive trees, it is truly a sight to witness. The pool was always immaculately clean and well tended to. The staff are all so warm, welcoming and helpful. VUELING Airlines lost our luggage and the entire staff tried their best to help by calling the airlines and getting updates for us. The front desk staff always had great recommendations for beaches and restaurants to visit in the area and where to go to avoid crowds and traffic. The general manager, Adrian was so helpful and accomodating when we faced a few issues The food here is farm-to-table and taste super fresh and authentic. The breakfast was dreamy, the most delicious local foods, bread, ingredients. In fact, many of the items, including the honey were from the property. We had dinner one night at the highly acclaimed Singular restaurant which is on the property, and was the best meal we had in Mallorca. Truly a pleasure and a unique place in Majorca to stay - highly recommend it and we will be coming back here! Also will note- they make renting a car SUPER easy- pickup and drop-off at the hotel which made it so easy!!

We had the pleasure to stay here in heaven for two wonderful nights. The scenery is stunning, suites are beautifully designed and located with a maximum of privacy. We enjoyed the pool area with great view over the countryside. Mix of old and new, nature and luxury is unique. So is the food @singular. From breakfast till dinner exceptional. Staff super friendly from arriving till the end. It’s worth to mention Marc who literally read our mind and has fulfilled every wish. All in all just perfect and highly recommended. We will come back. — We did come back! Our second time at the Lodge did not disappoint. The room was even better than last year. The massages were wonderful and the service exceptionally friendly - especially Silvia. Cava on the main pool a highlight. Apart from our first evening when the service seemed a bit understaffed and the manager didn't want to lend a hand. Our stay was once again a delight.

Wonderful hotel experience from the hospitality to the beautiful decor and design. Yoga and meditation available on certain mornings (must book in advance as it fills up). The massage at the spa was one of the best I’ve ever had (forget her name but she was tall and had long dark hair). The view is gorgeous and the restaurant is delicious! All of the staff were 10/10 pleasant and helpful.

Ein 5 Sterne Traum, sehr privat, tolle Gärten, wahnsinnig gutes Frühstück, ein supernettes Team, Mega freundlich, tolle Unterkünfte, ein beheizter Pool, tolle Yogastunden. Einziger Minuspunkt, man hört zwischenzeitlich die Straße recht laut und die Räder die genutzt werden können, , um sich auf dem riesigen Anwesen zu bewegen, müssten etwas besser gewartet werden.

I was a bit worried when I saw some other review but this place is absolutely lovely. The property is stunning, located on top of a Hill surrounded by lavender fields, olive trees and fig trees. From the moment you arrive until you leave the staff make you feel so comfortable and are so helpfull. 1. It is a peaceful retreat in nature. We went to multiple 5 star hotel of this kind and this hotel is among the best one we tried. 2. The restaurant is VERY good and the service is amazing (I really don’t understand why some other review said otherwise). 3. The rooms are big and beautiful. We had the family connecting suites. 4. Unlike other review mentionned, you will certainly not fell like you are near the autoroute and you won’t hear any car noise. The main road is like more than 1km away. While you are not in the center of a city it only takes 10-15min by car to get to many city/attraction. Some other things : you can use bike to get around the propety, free parking, small number of guest, you can rent road and mountain bike directely from the hotel, etc

Everything about this hotel is incredible. It is our new favourite place. The staff, setting/location, food, wine selection, hotel rooms (the beds are extra comfortable, the interior decor is just right) and pool area were absolutely perfect. We didn't leave for the three days that we were there, which is very unlike us. It is a very serene, romantic spot and you cannot help but relax. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel in a great location just a few minutes drive from Pollenca. The hotel and restaurant are great. The road was no issue from our room, the pool or restaurant. Overall, really great place for a relaxing, chilled holiday. I would certainly recomend.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lodge Mallorca – the property is beautiful and very serene/relaxing. We stayed in the Lodge Terrace Suite which had a spacious balcony, beautiful interiors and was very clean. Although this hotel is somewhat expensive, we felt the room and little touches were worth the price. The complimentary breakfast was probably one of our favourites from any hotel we have stayed at – such a wide selection and everything we tried was very good. Definitely recommend renting a car if you're staying here as it is not walking distance to anything and you may get a bit bored on the property if you're here for more than 2 days. A few improvements could be made to enhance the guest experience: 1. Music at the pool – we went to the pool a few times and there was no music, but we did see speakers (perhaps they were not working). Anyway, it made the pool area feel a little too quiet and like you had to whisper. 2. Clearer messaging/communication – a few things we found to be misleading, all very minor, but again could reconsider how they position their messaging as there were a few times where we felt things were unclear/misleading. Example; online they say complimentary drinks at the pool. We thought this meant drink drinks, but it was really just water and coca-cola. Still a nice touch, but "refreshments" may be a better suited word. Also, we had inquired with 3 different employees about the hiking trail and got different reponses from each of them. 3. The Singular - this is the restaurant at the hotel. Overall everything was pretty good. Nice to try and a beautiful space, however, we ordered the cod and it came out very raw – to the point I could not cut it. They sent it back to be grilled more, however by the time it came back out, my partner was already done his meal and I was not longer that hungry. What made this experience unfortunate is that they still charged us for it. My partner requested that it be removed from the bill, which they did do, but it would have been a better experience if this was done without having to ask. Instead of taking it off the bill, they could have even gave us a complimentary dessert. Anything that shows some efforty into making it right. Again, everything above was minor in the big picture, but it's these small touches that can really elevate the experience that much more. Looking forward to hopefully coming back one day soon!

We stayed here over a short weekend for our mini-moon. The stay was nothing short of exceptional. We didn't really leave the hotel, so made the most of the amenities on offer. The restaurant was extensive for lunch and dinner. The breakfast selection was superb. There is a dinner that is hosted in the Lavender field every Saturday. We were lucky enough to be able to experience it which was fantastic. We loved our stay here. Cannot wait to return. Also, having read some of the negative reviews. I'm genuinely shocked. We have had the privilege of travelling the world, staying in 5 star hotels and this was up there. It's pretty disgusting that people go out of their way to leave such poor reviews, when clearly the hotel including it's staff make a huge effort to make sure the experience is top tier. If you have an issue deal with it directly and not on a platform like this which can have such a negative impact on someone's business. Avoid these negative reviews, they no idea what they are talking about!

Here are some highlights of our experience: * Beautiful and Spacious Grounds: The property is expansive, offering plenty of privacy and stunning views. The pool area and the restaurant are particularly impressive with its breathtaking vistas. * Excellent Breakfast and Friendly Staff: The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. * Lovely Spa: We had wonderful massages in the spa, which boasts a beautiful atmosphere and excellent treatments. However, we do have a few suggestions for improvement: * Limited Storage Space: For a stay of nearly two weeks, the storage space in our room was quite limited. More room to store and hang our clothes would be appreciated. * Proactive Feedback from Reception: While the WhatsApp system works great, we would appreciate more action and proactive feedback from the reception when we report an issue with our room. * Maintenance of equipment: The bikes as well as the TechnoGym equipment in the outdoor gym (with its amazing view) could be better maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time and would love to return. The tranquility of the place is a major highlight. Although the highway is visible, we didn’t hear any noise from it. While all the staff were fantastic, we would like to give special mention to Barbara and Tomeu for their exceptional service. Lastly, we fell in love with the little cat that visited us during breakfast. Please take good care of her, feed her regularly, and ensure her well-being – she is one of your best “employees”!

Honest review: This is a tricky one. The overall stay was good but for a five star category hotel a few things must be questioned. Looking at the website one would never think that the actual view from the hotel is a busy highway. If it wasn’t for the grasshoppers and their own busy sound, the sound of the highway would have probably taken over completely. As the view is extremely important for us this could better be highlighted as we probably would not have booked the hotel due to this, of course the matter of the highway is not the hotels fault. Furthermore, the bathroom shower was not completely cleaned with black hair visable after checking in and still under cleaning days. After cleaning - both days - the main door was never locked. Not ok. The pool service is not good, and unfortunately they do not offer any snacks or light food for purchase at all. Even though this could have easily been fixed. This is a big error for its 5star ranking. Apart from this the restaurant was lovely, great service and food. The rooms are also quite nice.

A boho luxe rustic oasis. We only stayed one night would have loved another. Room was beautiful and well designed in every detail. Simple but elegant. Breakfast was soul food. The coffee perfect. The only detail needing attention are the bicycles which are available to hop on to get around d the site, which is cute but they need some servicing, many are broken. We will definitely return to try the restaurant for dinner.

The Lodge is beautiful. However, it’s absolutely misses the mark of being a 5 star stay. Pros: - comfortable bed / bedding - some of the staff are kind / attentive - breakfast was nice - hiking trails / natural beauty of the property Cons: - my room had 4 very small windows making it quite dark - I read the chef at Singular, was a multi Michelin star chef, this did not show up whatsoever. The food was mediocre. Mostly OK. My lamb was overcooked. The steak was tough. The roasted veggies were excellent. Mostly everything was average - what shocked me was the pool area does not allow food. Because of glass? Use plastics. Very frustrating. - they use the same food menu for lunch and dinner. For longer stays you’ll get overly bored - the staff, like other reviews here, is really inconsistent I think there’s potential here. But it misses the mark on being a 5 star hotel.

I really wanted to love this place, but it was a little underwhelming. Some areas of the hotel appeared a bit run down, especially in the suite bathroom and by the pool. The common areas were well decorated and clean. The turndown service was a nice touch and every evening they would surprise you with a treat local to Mallorca. Breakfast was our favourite meal here. A healthy spread of baked goods, chia pudding, meats cheeses and juices. We also had the option to order off menu, included with the stay. Silvia and her team provided really great service in the mornings! Dinners were disappointing. The menu at lunch and dinner were the same and so it left much to be desired after the second evening. They seemed understaffed because dinner service would take a very long time and we needed to repeatedly ask for the same thing like refill on water, a glass of wine, etc. The lavender ice cream was delicious! I recommend ordering it if it’s on the menu. There wasn’t much of a view as the hotel overlooks their lavender field then on to the highway and the terrace faces away from the sunset as you’re heading to dinner. Certainly a tranquil and peaceful place to be. The hotel is extremely quiet with no ambient music, so we often found ourselves feeling the need to whisper to one another. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but not at the level of luxury we thought it would be.

This hotel is nice with a beautiful, natural landscape, but I am puzzled by the description of being a 5-star hotel. I would not consider it as such though it was lovely. The main view is indeed overlooking the main highway in the area, though I wouldn’t say the noise was apparent. Safety: We were spooked by recent comments describing robberies to the rooms. While there were cameras to the main entrance of our rooms, the door to our suite itself didn’t contain a lock. The lock was on the outer door of our patio which someone could certainly climb over. The sliding doors to the room were also shaky and did not feel secure.

Solo puedo hablar del restaurante, pero como dicen muchos comentarios, no está a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas ni de un buen restaurante, pero los precios sí $$$£. Falta personal para dar un buen servicio. Personal sin experiencia, poco conocimiento de la carta y cero atención al detalle. Un café con leche mal servido y vertido, sin sabor 6 euros!

Teleurstellend. Duidelijk een hotel die nog moet groeien op vele vlakken. De service in het hotel was ondermaats. (bij bewolking willen de medewerkers het zwembad niet openen, er wordt niet voldoende gekuist, de mensen waren onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam). Verder is de locatie van het hotel niet goed (zicht op de autostrade, veel lawaai van de weg). Conclusie: te duur voor wat je krijgt.

TL;DR: Beautiful property that photographs well, but in reality it’s very rustic, poorly run, and very overpriced. Bugs in the pools, constant highway noise, hot inland location, and cold/unreliable service made it feel far from luxury. ⸻ Cons • Pools & Bugs: We paid extra for a pool suite, but it was a waste. The private pool was unusable—hundreds of flies and bugs swarmed constantly. The main pool was a little better but still had flies landing on you every few minutes, plus yellow jackets, pigeons, and birds drinking from the water. • Highway Noise: The property is right by the main motorway. You can always see and hear traffic, whether at your pool or even during their “lavender dinners” just 300m away. If you’re used to peace and quiet, this is disappointing for the price. • Heat: Not the hotel’s fault, but the inland valley location makes it noticeably hotter than the coast (we felt it even in June). • Staff & Service: Service felt cold overall, with only a couple of genuinely kind staff. We had to ask multiple times for basics like towels. At breakfast, even a simple request for scrambled eggs on avocado toast turned into the manager shouting combinations of “eggs and avocado” at us. We ended up canceling our dinner reservation after that experience. Around the pool, staff stood idly by while glasses, towels, and loungers piled up. • Landscaping & Access: Paths are mostly dusty, uneven farm tracks—more rustic than refined. Many guests used buggies, but these often arrived late or not at all. At checkout, ours took 20 minutes despite reminders, leaving us rushed for the airport. • Room Design: Our garden suite had full-length bathroom windows with no shades and no AC in the bathroom—making it uncomfortably hot and awkwardly exposed if anyone walked past. Odd design choices for a new hotel. • Spa: The spa (“Cala Galea”) was hard to find, poorly signed, and the facial was essentially a massage with no consultation or options. • Cleaning: Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days our suite was skipped entirely—even without a “do not disturb” sign. ⸻ Pros • Accurate Photos: The property does look like the pictures (though they conveniently omit the highway and rustic details). • Shower: Excellent rainhead shower with strong water pressure. • Linens: Towels and bedding were soft and luxurious. • Turndown Gift: Nice nightly gift at turndown, although turndown service itself was inconsistent. • Trails: Well-marked hiking trails on-site. • Breakfast Spread: Varied and high-quality breakfast with multiple mueslis, yogurts, juices, meats, cheeses, and hot items.

I’m going to echo the review below. We stayed there for five nights in June of 2024. We liked our room which was in a more quiet area with its own pool (rooms 40-50). The outdoor space for breakfast and dinner is lovely and the hotel design in general is beautiful. Everything else hits the mark big time. Gym is an outdoor tiny space with 1 set of different weights and the HIGHEST weight being 10kg. There is no treadmill and on the first day we tried the bikes they were not working. Food is very very average. Nice bread. Breakfast so so but very filling. Def not 5 stars. We ate at the hotel restaurant for a couple of dinners and wouldn’t be able to recommend. The absolute worst about this place is the service. In particular Lucia was totally unhelpful. When asked where we could park when we drove to Palma, the answer was ‘Palma is very big’. I also called for a doctor because I was unwell and her answer was ‘you have to call yourself’. Then on the third call about the dry cleaning, when I asked what was the standard timing, her reply was that there was an express and the rest she didn’t know. Just generally poor service also at mealtimes. The first morning we were there the staff were apologising to a couple who were leaving. The next night (Monday which was a bank holiday) the dinner service was a total car crash and almost everyone at dinner received the wrong order or undercooked food. I just don’t understand how they can charge these prices for this service. I would not recommend. On the other hand try BRUT which is not far. It’s an exceptional restaurant.

Nicht hundefreundlich! Falsche Angaben des Hotels. Hier im Google-Profil steht, dass Hunde erlaubt seien. Wir hatten dieses Hotel deswegen für unsere einwöchige Reise ausgesucht. Als wir dann das Hotel auf der Hotelseite buchen wollten, war es jedoch nicht so. Das ist ärgerlich, da viele Hundebesitzer ihre Hotels über diese Suche finden. Leider haben wir nun bei der Planung Zeit verloren. Das Hotel hat auch keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Maßnahmen getroffen, dies hier auf Google zu ändern. Sehr ärgerliche Erfahrung also. Übrigens ist das Hotel für die korrekten Angaben auf Google verantwortlich!

I booked three months out and tried canceling well in advance of 30 days. Be careful of reading the fine print.

WARNING: We Were Robbed – Avoid This Hotel We strongly advise against staying at this property. It has been repeatedly targeted by thieves over the past two years. During our stay in August, we were the third guests this season to have our room completely ransacked—including the safe being forcibly removed from the wall. The hotel lacks basic security: no surveillance, no patrols, and windows that can be easily opened from the outside. The break-in occurred during dinner hours, when guests are typically away from their rooms. We suspect internal involvement, especially since we were told at check-in that we’d been assigned “the best room.” (same wording used by other guests’ victim of a robbery in this place) Our losses exceeded €30,000. Management was entirely unresponsive, and the staff were inexperienced and ill-equipped to handle such a crisis. We stayed only two nights, and the robbery occurred on the second. While the hotel claims to have insurance, we’ve received no confirmation that our complaint was formally filed. No preventive measures have been implemented to protect future guests. We are now pursuing legal action alongside other victims to ensure accountability and to warn prospective travelers. Do not come!

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, near the highway. It looks great in the photos, but in reality, it is quite dirty, and the food is not tasty at all.

Séjour catastrophique à The Lodge Mallorca et je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre des commentaires de ce genre. Jamais nous n’avons payé aussi cher une expérience aussi décevante. Cet hôtel se présente comme un 5 étoiles, mais c’est de la publicité mensongère : le service et les prestations sont très loin du niveau attendu. • Réception : accueil froid et non professionnel voir arrogant! • Piscine : eau trouble, mal entretenue inadmissible dans un 5 étoiles avec en plus vue sur l’autoroute!!! • Restaurant : service interminable, personnel débordé et non formé! Ne savait pas lever les filets d’un poisson en croûte de sel à plus de 150€. Très cher et toujours pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles • Emplacement : l’hôtel est situé juste au-dessus de l’autoroute → nuisances sonores et visuelles permanentes!!!! Passer votre chemin • Commentaires trompeurs : il est évident que certains avis élogieux publiés en ligne sont faux et écrit par des faux profils! ( je vous invite à regarder les profils, c’est inadmissible cette pratique trompeuse et révèle vraiment l’état d’esprit). C’est de la publicité mensongère uniquement pour gonfler la note! HONTEUX 👉 En résumé : rapport qualité-prix scandaleux. The Lodge se vend comme un lieu exclusif, mais n’offre rien de ce qui définit un vrai 5 étoiles. La seule chose positive : le yoga et le petit-déjeuner, qui ne suffisent pas à compenser la supercherie!!!!

As an avid reader of Afar Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Yolo, etc…I really wanted to love The Lodge. It was written up on so many lists! But unfortunately it not only fell flat, but it was so disappointing we decided to leave early to preserve our time on the island. The room was tiny and we had a suite. The staff at the hotel all seemed new to the hospitality industry, which is okay- but they lacked kindness and effort? The food & cocktails were so bad, that we had one meal, and checked out the next morning.

Très décevant pour un hôtel affiché cinq étoiles. Vue sur l’autoroute et la zone industrielle , personnel peu serviable, restaurant médiocre et cher, parties communes mal entretenues notamment la piscine . Méfiance les avis trop élogieux sur Tripadvisor semblent bien éloignés de la réalité et rédigé par de faux comptes!

It is the first time I write a review, but I could not remain without giving my opinion about this place.... The place is fresh and rural, but I would never choose again this spot to stay, since the island has much more attractive establishments than the highway... The restaurant has a very good service and good dishes. On the other hand, I would like to show my discomfort with the management of this hotel, as it is unbelievable the fact that the same hotel managers and their friends put good reviews pretending to be customers... They pretend to be sophisticated but they are far from having the class they promote. I would appreciate it if you would at least not disparage my comment by saying that I have not been to the site, as this is very common from you for what I can see. I would never recommend this place.

Our recent stay at this hotel was far from the five-star experience it claimed to offer. Despite advertising a Michelin two-star chef, the food at the on-site restaurant was underwhelming and bad flavor. To make matters worse, everything was overpriced compared to the most restaurants on the island, failing to deliver on both quality and value. The hotel’s maintenance was notably poor, with cleanliness being a significant issue. Overall, we were deeply disappointed with the stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.
