If you wanna find a place to have a quick pizza with a moderate price you are at the right place! There is a menu for 7,25 euros where you can eat and drink whatever you want. They have gluten free options, not as many as it should be tho. But at least you can costumize your own gluten free pizza. They should upgrade the place to feel more homely. Be ready because you will feel thirsty the rest of the day.

Falsas promociones en precios web. La misma pizza que recogiéndola o consumiéndola en el local cuesta 7,99€, a domicilio te la venden por 28,99€ con un supuesto "descuento" de 13,00€, quedando la misma por un total de 15,99€, es decir literalmente el doble de precio, pero para que no te pique te dicen que cuesta casi 4 veces mas... Estas practicas las llevan haciendo desde siempre, pero ya es descarado.

Las últimas veces que hemos ido no tenían masa pan, se siente un poco dejado el trato al cliente, incluso parece en ocasiones que les molesta que preguntes, antes me encantaba ya hace un par de años que intento evitar el ir. Pero aun asi al volver siempre ocurre algo les faltan productos o te dicen que te mires la carta al preguntar, asi que sigue siendo la ultima opcion al escoger comer pizza, una pena.

Hemos pedido a domicilio y nos han traído un cubo con pegatina “gluten free”. Como yo no puedo comer gluten hemos mirado los alergenos en la web por si el “Pollo Kentuky” que hemos pedido no llevaba gluten, como si lleva hemos llamado para decirles que se habían equivocado con el pedido y su respuesta ha sido que han puesto las pegatinas “Gluten free” porque no les quedaba otra cosa para cerrar la caja 🙃

He pedido una cremosa bourbon y me llevo la sorpresa cuando llego a casa y es una de queso y bacon muy mal el servicio espero una compensación

Esta es la pizza sin Gluten. La verdad que bastante decepcionante. 10,99€ esta m…! Segunda vez que la probamos ya que en un papel promocional leímos que habían mejorado la masa, sin comentario. Lo que más nos molesto es que pedimos dos pizzas, una hawaiana y otra sin gluten y SIN QUESO (por alergia). Al llegar el repartidor le digo que se espere, y efectivamente la pizza sin gluten CON QUESO!!! El chico me confirmo que en el ticket ponía sin queso. Llama otra vez. Y vuelve a esperar que traigan una nueva 40’ de espera. Abrimos la hawaiana y la mesa sin cocer bien.

Hoy hemos ido con mi padre a comer en este Domino's después de trabajar y el trato recibido ha sido horrible. Primero nos han hecho esperar a fuera porque la dependienta quería acabar de fregar primero aunque el local estaba abierto. Igualmente, hemos decidido entrar a comer una vez ella nos ha abierto la puerta porque teníamos mucha hambre. Después nos ha atendido la misma chica joven de una manera muy grosera, maleducada y metiéndonos prisas. Había otro hombre más mayor que sí ha sido amable con nosotros. Entiendo que hoy no quieras trabajar y estés teniendo un mal día, pero no lo pagues con los clientes. Desde luego no pensamos volver.

Hicimos un pedido a 2 direcciones diferentes y llevaron los 2 pedidos a una sola dirección llamamos y la chica que nos atendió súper borde, repetía en todo momento que no era su culpa que era culpa nuestra, sin buscar solucion alguna. Si salen reflejadas 2 dirección y llamaron para confirmarlo porque no siguen las indicaciones si estamos pidiendo es para no salir de casa. No volveremos a pedir. hay personas que no deberían trabajar de atención al cliente.

Buenas tardes, hoy mi hija fue al establecimiento a saludar a unos amigos, le ofrecieron comer un trozo de pizza, ella no sabía que no se podía hacer eso,ya que ella no había pagado en come y bebe, una chica se lo dijo y ella le comentó que no sabía las normas y que ya se iba, le dijo de nuevo la chica que se marchase, mi hija le dijo que se despedía y se iba le hablo de muy mala manera la chica, y luego cuando yo llame por teléfono la que cogió el teléfono me dio varias versiones distintas, las normas están para respetarlas cuando las sabes, y no hace falta hechar a la gente de mala manera, pq así lo hizo le dijo "fuera que tengo que estar yo vigilando?" Pues no ,no hace falta que la vigiles, vigilante tu

Hice un pedido por la app a las 19.30h de la tarde para ir a recoger a las 20.30h. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que no ha llegado el pedido aún. Después de estar media hora dando vueltas con el coche por tema aparcamiento, nos vuelven a decir que no tenían ningún pedido con ese número. Sigo por el mail de confirmación como va el pedido y me pone que ha sido entregado... Sin palabras!! Malísima gestión en todo. Muchísimo mejor TELEPIZZA!!!

Hemos ido jueves mediodía, 4 empleados y solo una chica haciendo pizzas , nos hemos tenido que ir sin siquiera pedir ni que nos atienda nadie, muy mala experiencia, no sé si volveré a confiar en Dominos Pizza..

Hemos hecho un pedido y ponia que como maximo nos mandaban la pizza a las 22:40 (hemos hecho el pedido a las 22h). Hemos llamado a las 22:55 y nos han dicho que nos toca esperarnos 40 minutos mas. Esto es una verguenza.

Ayer hicimos un pedido para recoger a una hora concreta, cuando llegamos allí a la hora de recogida uno de los chicos dice "para pagar", le digo que yo, me cobra y le pregunto que cuanto tarda, me dice que están en el horno y ahora salen. Después de 25 minutos esperando pregunto que donde están a lo que veo que coloca el papel, cuenta y me dice que tengo 9 pedidos delante aun. Le pido que me cancele el pedido y que no se ría de la gente de buenas maneras, detrás mio varias personas mas hicieron lo mismo y este chico ademas se puso a chillar e insultar a un cliente que se enfadó por lo mismo. No puedes estar de cara al público e insultar a los clientes, porque ayer si no te defienden tus compañeros el hombre te pone fino. Una vergüenza lo que paso ayer en este establecimiento y el caos que tenían. Me lo pensare muy mucho el volver.

They sent me a raw, soggy pizza. After a heated argument with the person who answered my call, she sent me another pizza, refusing to cook it properly because overcooking is prohibited. They sent me another pizza after 40 minutes, and it was just as raw. This is the fourth time this has happened to me at this place. Besides making the pizza badly, they provide terrible service. Thanks to the arrogant attitude of the person who answered the phone and the six-minute rule, I've essentially wasted what I paid for this "pizza." They don't listen to the customer, they don't make the pizzas properly... I don't understand their service.

I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery on a Friday night. I've never eaten anything more disgusting. I can't believe they make such an inedible pizza: it was incredibly dry, had hardly any toppings, and the ones it did have added absolutely no flavor. Disastrous quality. I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

The pizzas were delicious, but the girl who served us ripped us off. Instead of charging us the "eat and drink" offer, she charged us the regular price. We ended up paying 5 euros more than we could have for the same meal and even more pizzas. After eating two pizzas, we wanted to order another one that was included in the "eat and drink" offer. But we were surprised to learn that the person who initially served us hadn't offered us that deal. So we decided to leave without eating any more pizzas. What a disappointment! We were very unhappy with the way the young woman treated us. She could have offered the "eat and drink" deal; we could have eaten more and paid less. Anyway, we won't be returning to this establishment. If you're planning to eat there, be careful with these people. Thanks

You order food and drinks, and they only give you the thin crust. According to the manager, they don't let you use the original crust. The only problem I've had at this Domino's Pizza is the one in Sabadell. The other ones have no problems. A bit stupid, and the manager is very rude and pressures the staff. At 10:30 p.m., we're cleaning up the terrace when there are people. More than 20 minutes of waiting for the thin crust pizzas... The thin crust is hard, they're small, and they're serving less and less. After finishing the pizzas, I asked for the official complaint form from the Generalitat (Catalan Government), and the manager told me that now that there wasn't much work, they could make me the original pizza. I told her that after asking for it three times, and the first time they told me they didn't have any, the second time when I told them I'd seen the original dough on the tables, they told me they were regular pizzas outside of the eat-and-drink service and they served them on demand... and the third time I asked again, and they told me it was the manager's order that they wouldn't let them use the original dough during the eat-and-drink service. I told them that the website and the brochure indicate that you can choose three different doughs with that service, and they told me that what is written on the website and what is done in the store depends on the manager. So I ask for the complaint form, and the manager rudely hands it to me. After filling out the information and explaining what happened, I ask them to stamp it for me, and they do the same, very rudely, stamping the three sheets with a thump. I'm never coming back here.

We've been regular Domino's customers for a long time... and we always celebrate our children's birthdays at Domino's But yesterday was the last straw... There was an arrogant manager who wouldn't let us order family pizzas because according to her it's a new rule at the lunch and drink restaurant that they only allow medium ones and after explaining and asking her please that it's not like that, that we were 7 people who have always ordered family pizzas up to a certain limit, I understand... But she said no, that she's always worked like this at Domino's and that she doesn't offer family pizzas at the lunch and drink restaurant... Anyway, she ruined my son's birthday because if she did And she also said that the person who made the birthday party doesn't pay, but because they don't count as a diner, but rather as the rest of us who do pay for the lunch and drink, the person who's having the birthday doesn't pay because they eat the rest without counting as diners. This is the second time this has happened to me. I've had bad experiences with this Domino's pizza, I'll stop going, this is the last one.
