I tried some of these donuts at Christmas time. They were a present from a friend and I fell in love with them! Being new to gluten free lifestyle I hadn’t had a doughnut in a long time. They were absolutely magical. When I went back today it brought me right back to that moment, when I had my first one and it was amazing! The atmosphere is delightful and the owner is so friendly and welcoming. The topping of the donut is so light and fluffy and so full of flavour! Then you bite into the donut. It’s just like bringing me back to my childhood. I can’t wait to see what other flavours there are! I absolutely love this place and I can’t wait to share these treats with other people so that they can have that special moment for themselves. Being gluten free is so hard to find things that actually taste…. Good! This is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this business! I can’t wait to go back!
Happy Mochi is also known for other treats such as Korean corn dogs. These consist of a rice flour-dipped hot dog coated with a choice of toppings, including diced potato, crispy ramen, hot Cheetos or crunch cereal. Happy Mochi also offers bubble tea. This can be the new Instagram shop, pretty pink is written all over. As I was driving around the complex to find the Happy Mochi, pink tables outside grabbed by attention. First of all, parking can be challenging during busy weekends here. I was over joyed seeing all pink inside. They have selfie mirror, donut photo opt area, claw machine to play and pretty pink indoor tables. I would say, I’m a big fan on this mochi shop already. I’m obsessed with pink not as much as Barbie doll though. Customer service is great here. By the way, mochi donuts are trending on social media. Without a doubt many people are in love with donuts just like my son. Whether it’s glazed or sprinkled. There are different types of donut for everyone to enjoy. A mochi donut or “Pon de Ring” is just like a regular donut, except rice flour is mixed into the batter to give a chewier, bouncier texture. This sweet treat was originally made in Japan. I personally did find it chewy. I tried the mango, churro and Oreo donut. And I got the strawberry drink. My daughter loved it. I would go back to try out more drink flavors. Overall, great place to try out the mochi donut and support the new shop in the area.
The drinks are great left drink is the brown sugar oreo and to the right is oreo taro drink. They were delicious and atmosphere was nice 😊 👍
In a nutshell; deceivingly like mochinut, but I'd say about 25% better. In terms of corn dogs anyway. The corn dogs look really good. Especially the three featured specialty corn dogs. Taste pretty decent as well. Now the place is rather pink and in the back of my head I seem to think it's rather too similar to Mochinut, not sure if they're owned by the same owner but just can't shake the similarities. Overall if you got a knack for a snack and hotdogs/korean style hotdogs, then this is a good try.
Happy Mochi is located in the Delta Shores complex, which offers plenty of parking to patrons (always a plus in my book and I will never stop emphasizing that) as well as a great variety of eateries and small businesses. Happy Mochi offers a wide variety of goodies that'll satisfy any hungry tummy, including mochi donuts, rich tea drinks, and delectable Korean corndogs. When you take your first step into Happy Mochi, you can't help but smile (trust me on this). Their interior is very pink (which may not be for everyone, but it sure does make for some cute aesthetic photos) complete with neon signs and even a mochi donut sculpture - what more could you ask for? I arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find the shop with a couple patrons, but not overly busy that there was a long wait time. The staff were super helpful in providing me with recommendations as I was getting a bit overwhelmed with all the options presented to us. In the end, I decided to go with their very strawberry fruit tea and the 3 piece mochi donut option, of which I selected their cookies, mango mango, original glaze donuts. Fruit teas are a personal favorite of mine, and their very strawberry fruit tea definitely fit the bill. The tea was not so overly sweet, but rather well-balanced to let the strawberry and tea flavors shine through. Like many of us, I've had my fair share of mochi donuts in the past, and I can happily share that Happy Mochi's donuts lived up to the expectation. Their donuts were chewy, fluffy, and just a perfect bite overall. My personal favorite was their cookies flavor, which isn't too surprising since I look a good cookies n' cream flavored anything. Although I didn't get to try their Korean corndog this time around, you can bet that I'll be back in the future to do so! If you're looking for a bite to eat or a drink to help cool you down from the Sacramento heat AND want to support a local business, then you definitely need to check out Happy Mochi!
I ordered online to be delivered, when the food got to my house it was still hot and the cheese was veryy stringy in the Korean corn dogs. Mine and my brother’s favorite flavor was the western, highly suggest trying. I also ordered a drink called “blue dream” and it’s my new favorite drink, I love it! Thank you!
Loved Mango Freeze from this spot.

The hot cheeto mozzarella corndog was good.. I needed a refund for a order my kids did not eat , still have not received it back on my card. But other than that it was good.
I brought three happy meals at almost $20.00 a peace. The meals were OK, but its for kids and when you give children toys, it's always one who not satisfied, I ask for an exchange and of course they could not exchange, so I asked can I purchase one separately and of course the answer was no. My advice to you is in the future please make sure your staff understands what parents go through because they can't make a simple exchange. Because of this your service stink!

Mochi donuts were pretty good. The girl told us she didn’t think they were mochi donuts but I think they were. For some reason the building smelled absolutely horrible. Kind of like sewage or something.
Very disappointed with happy meal, I feel so cheated with the amount I paid and the keychain that came with it, plus drinks are very sweet

Worst Iced Matcha Latte of my life. The matcha was in clumps and not emulsified with the milk. Used too much matcha powder. Made me sick 🤢 the food is good, but the drinks are always a miss
I placed an order and my order was wrong I called and spoke to the manager and he refused to refund me or give me the correct order this was a horrible experience If you are training someone there then make sure he is taking the correct order! 🙄🤨😠😠😤
I used to swear by this location, but recently,( twice now) I have come by there 2 hours before closing or earlier and they have been out of their signature items. No mochi dogs and No mochi donuts. Seems kind of off that they don't offer their two most popular items. A shame because I have closer locations to me but I make the 30min drive to go here instead. Will likley stick local from now on.

I found metal wire in my drink . I always come here for my bobas but today when I purchased one there was a metal wire in it , this is a huge safety hazard for all the people who bought the boba today if there’s small metal fragments in it
Drinks feel a bit grapey, maybe something wrong with the kao?
This boba drink was about $9 and it was so sweet that it was kinda disgusting
Horrible service I come here every day. I was short nine cents today and they would not give me get my food so they made me charge my card for nine cents instead of letting me give it to them next time I come here, I come every day I just didn’t wanna charge my card for 9 cent when I’m a regular customer never come here again and they have bad attitudes eww Im disgusted!!!!!!
As much as I love their drinks and donuts, tonight will be the last time I ever come back here. I ordered 2 Brown Sugar Milk Teas and 1 Oreo mochi donut and because I was 2 cents (yes, 2 pennies) short, they would not complete my purchase. I’m flabbergasted. That’s poor customer service
