First time customer. Food was excellent, service was awesome. I was very impressed with the total experience. The only concern that I have is that they overserve.....way too much food. I will be adding Lotus Fusion to our short list of great places to eat. Thank you!
Great food here! All the ingredients are fresh and food is freshly made, warm and steaming when they were served. Will definitely come back and strongly recommend
Mine and my mother's first time here and oh my goodness! We are in love. Everything was very fresh and damn delicious. The Mongolian chicken dinner plate and ginger chicken dinner plate hitting all the right spots. The portions are meant so you never leave hungry, ever. Service was great. We will be returning again very soon.
Delicious, affordable and fresh. Everything we ordered tasted really good, the honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, beef chow fun, hot and sour soup and a chicken dish. With the lunch special being at 7.50, the amount of food you get at that quality is simply something that is hard to top. My only qualm is the taste of the water so order a soda. Their fountain soda tasted good and was not lacking syrup. Definitely stop here if you're in the area and looking for cheap/quality food.
Absolutely love this place! Joe really takes his craft to heart. The experience is great and the food is solid. Some will say to never trust an "all you can eat" sushi option, but this place proves that false. It is quality fish with quality people. Always great coming in. Thanks for the experience!
Second time here. 1st time was sushi and appetizers everything was good. Second time we had the house fried rice chow mein and sweet n sour chicken. Everything was excellent and we had so much food left after we stuffed ourselves. The ss chicken was crispy and delicious. House fried rice with big shrimp and nice chunks of soft steak. They have the closest thing to those old school egg rolls. The outside is like a spring roll but they are big with the inside like they used to be. Wished it had a little more chicken inside but really good and really nice people.
Would have been nice if they had booth seating but other than that everything was so good. Best peeking pork around. The garlic wings were also great. Really thick with a lot of meat.
Well priced food, the food isn’t expensive compared to other places and the amount that is served to you. They are extremely generous with their portions.. and the food was fresh! A lot of flavor. I am pleased and will be back.
They saved us by staying open last year during the city wide blackouts. The food is great, and they have large portion. Definitely a good spot!
I’ve never ate inside the actual restaurant because I’ve always ordered for delivery. I have never been disappointed. I’m picky. Their food just LOOKS DELICIOUS unlike other places where I wasn’t even sure if it was chicken I was eating. TASTES EVEN BETTER THAN IT LOOKS. For TAKE OUT, that says enough. Food arrives hot and delicious. Need I say more? I’ve been a loyal take out customer since 2014.
Best food in Sacramento, moved here from Massachusetts and this is the only place that I'll eat at for Chinese food from now on! Incredible 🤩 delivery as well. Everyone is very nice and best customer service around. Trust me I'm a foodie ❤️
If you look at the outside of this place, it doesn't look like it's a nice restaurant. It's simply decorated and nothing fancy inside. When the food came, the settings are big ... big plates. The foods are tasty and really authentic Chinese food. The service is so so. The place is clean. I didn't go to there restroom so I can't tell you how clean the restroom is but from the look of the restaurant, I think it is ok. All and all, I think it's a good place to treat yourself a good meal.
IThe good was delicious. We ordered the combo for two and there was so much food left, we brought it home to heat as leftovers. Enough to last 2 days and I kid you not. I will go back Clean, pleasant environment and the nicest cashier/server. A family business.
This place is always awesome. Excellent food with large portions, all at a reasonable price. The service is fast and friendly. We eat here often!
Me and my boyfriend stopped in and ordered the “dinner for 2” which ended up being enough food for 5 people😭 it was an overwhelming amount of food but very very good. Everything was delicious. Their chow mien was particularly good!! Not dry and oily like other places. Service was exceptional, the lady (owner?) was very sweet to us and did small things that went a long way, like served the soup in front of us, and boxed up all our leftovers at the table for us. We would absolutely go again, but I would just ordered one combo plate for the two of us next time, as I’m sure it will be a more appropriate amount of food!
Excellent huge dinner portion of sweet and sour pork. Not a lot of restaurants make it any more. Their potstickers were very good as well. You can choose between free tea or a small soup. You have to order rice separately with dinner.
Awesome Chinese restaurant. Big portions and delicious food. This picture was after I ate and I’m a big eater.
Kai was my server. First of all, this restaurants veggies are crisps, tasty, and just great tasting vegetables. Man, oh man, we ate the family meal deal, and it was super filling. Yous hear me! No soggy food, no soggy veggies, great service, and KAI was phenomenal as a server! Boom, Bam, AWESOMENESS all around! Plus, the price was right for being in California and all!!!!!
First time here. The other reviews weren't wrong. Really good. Huge portions. Friendly staff.
Big portions, huge cuts of onion, bell peppers and celery. Chow mein noodles are huge and flavorful. Made fresh and food stays hot. Pictures are of combo plates for garlic chicken and black bean chicken.
Flavorful Chinese and Japanese cuisine with large portions. My take out order was made quicker than I thought it would, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely making this place one of my regular spots.
Great portions. Good Chinese Food. Good review from a Chinese guy that knows his Chinese food.
Hands down the best spot if your looking for good sushi 🍣 I LOVE THEIR DEEP FRIED CALIFORNIA ROLLS MMMMM my mouth waters just thinking about it. Don’t think twice just go!!! You won’t regret it

My wife found out this place in the Nextdoor App. The person had posted about how good the food was and the huge size of the portions served. All true! The food came out fast and hot. The service was also great, very friendly wait staff. This is the best Chinese food that I have had in my 22 years living in the Sacramento area. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for great Chinese food at very reasonable prices! We definitely will be coming back.
Workers here are all nice. The place very clean and comfortable. I love the grill salmon, very juicy and tender, and you can never go wrong with the chicken wings. Sea food rice noodle was also great, shrimps are very fresh.
The Egg Foo Young was amazing!! Big, fluffy, flavorful egg patties with bean sprouts and green onion, perfectly cooked. The accompanying sauce was delicious with carrot, zucchini, broccoli, onion, mushroom, bok choy, and celery. Also loved the Katsu chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Generous portions, reasonably priced. Also must give a shout out to the wait staff. Pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. Recommend.
This review came up before right after ordering food online. I am not sure how the food taste yet, but the pictures looked good. The online process fairly easy to understand and navigate, though a little more info on size and portions would be helpful.
We came on a Friday night. It was our first time. The food was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Huge portions and great prices. My only complaint was there was only 2 people working 1 buser and 1 woman taking orders on the phone, in the restaurant and ringing up everyone. There was a wait for everyone. I wonder if they were just short handed because of the New Years Holiday weekend. Nevertheless the food was worth the wait. We will definitely be going again. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Food was delicious! Waited a bit, but Anthony it was worth the wait. I would go back. Mongolian beef meal was yummy! Waitress was very helpful and they checked on our table often esp.for refills on drinks
This is a great spot for flavorful Chinese food if you’re in the area! I went with a group of friends and we ordered the wings, chicken with vegetables, beef chow fun, General’s chicken, and bacon fried rice. Everything came out hot, fresh, and super tasty. The wings can be ordered with different flavors, and I really liked the Thai chili pepper wings for their spiciness. Portions are big, service is decent, and prices are fair. Overall, it’s a solid place when you’re craving good Chinese comfort food.
Not bad for a fusion. I liked the soup and the fondue style vessel it came in - it kept it nice and warm. Chicken Satay was very salty apart from that no concerns; but overall not a bad place to dine in

I like this place the prices are reasonable compared to similar restaurants. Only ordered here 3 times: Bento boxes are good & have a few choices. (something for everyone) Variety of flavors of chicken wings are really good & tasty with nice spices. Their chow mein could be better but not too bad.
I ordered from here on doordash a few times. I forget I tired this place already get the food and be like oh yeah I shouldn't order from this place. It's not bad just extremely bland. Like nothing is what you expect it all has a white wash twist to it. Plus they do pack a lot of food Negative is you'll probably have lots left overs because it's all just okay
Went in at about 1120 ordered some food, and when he brought it out, it was in a to go bag and tells me that he has deliveries to make. I said I wanted to eat in . Food was good it wasn’t super salty like previous times .

The people here were extremely nice. They were not rude. The service was quick. The food itself is not that great though. You get a large portion of food but the taste is bland. I got the orange chicken with fried rice, chowmein, and egg roll. The orange chicken was hard and barley had any batter on it. The fried rice and chowmein had little to no taste. The tiny egg roll had nothing really inside of it and had no taste. The Japanese style sesame chicken was good but not great. The chicken wings were delicious though. Amazing wings.
I have ordered here and for most of the times the food was really good, I always order the shrimp fried rice and I always ask "do not cook rice in soy" and they have, until my last couple of orders. they did to listen and when I called uber eats about my allergies to soy sauce and I am disabled, they said no record of the request, but it is real funny, before you ask for priority delivery and drivers tip they let you make a request, like for napkins or forks, and as I have in past orders "do not cook rice in soy sauce" this not just about a refund but it could be dangerous for disabled people with allergies. Food allergies can kill if not properly treated.

This was our first time trying this place, service was great, friendly and fast. The pot stickers were absolutely amazing and we were very impressed with the serving size of the combo plates, and all of the food came out hot and fresh but unfortunately the flavor was not there. The orange chicken just taste like chicken, there was not enough sauce, but even the pieces with sauce were not very flavorful. The same went for the broccoli beef, and the chow mein, lacking in flavor all the way around. When we got home we also saw that our egg rolls were not included in the bag even though they were supposed to come with each combo plate. We had hoped to make this our new go to spot but we will not be returning.
The taste of the fried rice was disgusting. The vegetables were even more disgusting. It tasted like old food that was refrigerated and just warmed up. This is not acceptable to give customers leftovers from prior days. It’s laziness and the food tasted so bad. I fell ill after eating it and I wasted most of the food due to the horrible taste
As a family we decided to try something local that we hadn't tried before. Big mistake as food was not well prepared. Honey Walnut shrimp was just not good. Too much breading on shrimp so they really looked bigger than what was hidden shrimp. Mostly old vegetables overdone to mush on the Pan fried noodles. Which are supposed to be crispy NOT they not at all cooked properly. The orange chicken too much mushy breading. Orange sauce tasted poorly like out of an old tin can. Crab wonton were the only edible until they got cold, then they were tough and chewy. Most likely I will not return.
Got 70+ dollars worth of food. Sweet sour pork super dry, general chicken dry, rice dry , and found paperlike in the chowfun. Been here before and it was good but it's down hill. It smelled weird when we walked in and now sticky paper tape wrapping stuff in the food gross..disappointing and will not eat there again
I don't recommend this restaurant if you are a Chinese food lovers. We were disappointed. The orange chicken was disgusting. The chow mean is dry with a little bit of vegetables. The fried rice is bad
I ordered uber eats food delivery than i call in to give special instructions to not put peas in the fried rice im allergic and she argued with me and says it was already made in less than 2 mins i cant believe i have to argue about what i want or what i cant eat personally they have very bad customer service food is 3 out 5 and inside the store needs to be cleaned
I work in the area as an officer. I think the sushi roll *Easy Roll* was okay but nothing to tell your friends about. I also ordered their Shrimp Egg Foo Young, which was absolutely horrid. Was about $9, only had like 5 shrimp in the whole dish, like they literally hand counted them while cooking the dish. Plus both patties were flat n thin with about a pound of green peas in both of them. Very displeased with the meal, especially after spending 21+ dollars, but staff was friendly. Would not recommend. Especially not the Chinese food, maybe sushi.
Over the course of the past year, I have observed a consistent decline in the quality of the cuisine offered by Lotus Fusion. Initially, I was quite taken by their culinary prowess and was compelled to provide them with numerous opportunities for redemption, as their food once demonstrated exceptional standard. Unfortunately, my most recent order served as the final straw in my patronage of this establishment. The dishes I ordered included Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein, and a side of Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. Upon delivery, the typically tantalizing aroma associated with their fare was notably absent, a precursor to the disappointment that was to follow. Upon consumption, it became discernibly clear that the food lacked the freshness one would expect. The fried rice was unpalatably hard and exhibited an unusual dark coloration. The chicken wings were excessively dry and tough, lacking the succulence typically expected from such a dish. The Beef and Broccoli dish fell short of expectations, with the flavors not aligning with the traditional taste profile. The chicken incorporated in the Chow Mein was dehydrated, and the noodles possessed an off-putting stale taste. I promptly contacted the establishment and requested a refund, indicating the subpar quality of the food. The response from the cashier was defensive, asserting that the food was prepared fresh, a claim I found hard to believe given my experience. Upon returning the food, the owner was present but remained silent throughout the interaction. Consequently, Lotus Fusion has, regrettably, lost a loyal customer due to their compromised food quality and lack of proper customer service.
Ordered pickup. Didn't find out they had messed up one of my order until I had gotten home. Would've expected them to get the order right since they had the printed out receipts sent back to the cooks for the order. Wasn't worth the effort to go back to complain and then wait for then to correct the item. Lesson learned. Don't pre-tip.
I brought my Co worker and some clients here for lunch today. They served us Luke warm to almost not even warm hot and sour soup. YUCK, that is just gross on all levels. However, they did redeem themselves when they brought out piping hot food. This place is so basic!! Just go to Good Friends, the food is so much better. Lunch food was very bland.
I dine in here and the food was cold and tasted like it was microwaved. It wasn’t warm or hot but cold. Not the nicest. It was slow. Received our drinks after 20 minutes. Note, it was not busy nor full. Only about 2 tables had people and including us then 3. Salt and pepper pork weren’t even good. It tasted like no salt was added. Bad customer service. Bad food. For the first time, I’m disappointed.
I used to like the food here and have had some ok experiences until one evening I ordered an hour before closing and once I received my food, none of the meat was edible. It took several minutes to chew it was like gum, I had to throw the entire dish away. Clearly it was old and prepared maybe days ago or overcooked. The fact that it was covered in sauce didn't help the texture at all. Such a let down when you pay for food, tip and have been a customer for at least 2 years. They have definitely lost a custoomer and I'll just stick with going across town to my two other favorite Chinese restaurants. With the way prices are nowadays, businesses need to have way more respect for our money and give us the quality we pay for. UPDATE: heard that they were under new management. So I checked them out and that didn't make a difference. The food is still yuck. The orange chicken is like hard rocks with light orange glaze that tastes nothing like the orange chicken I'm used to. The chow mein noodles were GRAY looking. Maybe it's ordering at the end of the day or not tipping them at the register when I don't plan to dine in. Food quality is bad and not getting better. At this point Panda Express has better food than this place.
