Holy hamburgers in Midtown!! This place.. WOW! 🍔👌🏽 I heard great things about this place and I was not Disappointed!! Those other burger places in town better move over! This place was Fantastic! From the Shake Shack Burger to the bacon cheese fries! To to my personal favorite the chocolate milkshake! Everything was absolutely delicious! An absolute must try! In my opinion better than In-N-Out! 💯

Exceptional chicken sandwich, chicken bites, and fries. I’m not the biggest on beef, so I was impressed with the quality of chicken sandwiches they have as well! Ironically I did not get a shake but they do provide free water and their fries were very good. Excellent seasoning on the chicken bites as well.

Their burgers are 🔥 Their burger buns alone are 🔥 They are actually made from potatoes and has that sweetness to it similar to the “Hawaiian Rolls” Their patties are so delicious and tasty 💯% all natural angus beef. Their shakes have a scoop of frozen custard so creamy and delicious!! If you get French fries get it with the truffle oil. You’re welcome! This is my go to cheat day burger place!! I love everything on the menu and will return many many more times ❤️ Clean both inside and out including restrooms. Plenty of seating both inside and outside the patio area. Convenient ordering with multiple tablets available. Table games available foosball, large Jenga, shuffleboard and fun for all ages!! Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff that bring smiles 🫶🏼 Six stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’m typically not a burger person. But this is my go-to. The burgers are tasty, and not too messy 😆 I love their crinkle fries and their drinks are always tasty! Self-service is convenient and they are fast, usually within minutes of placing the order. Only con is the location - you have to pay for parking and it’s always busy and you circle around a few times to find a spot. Definitely not the restaurants fault, but it might deter customers. It’s also kinda pricey since you have to buy everything separately- wish they had a meal. It’s such a cute area though - so I definitely make it work 🙂

Got the Shack Stack, cheese fries and a Sticky Toffee Pudding shake. The burger was oozing with cheese and so delicious! The shake was also very sweet and creamy.

Food was made fresh and easy to order on the screens provided. It's downtown next to other shops and restaurants. We sat outside in the evening and it was really nice to people watch. One of the best chicken sandwiches I had eaten in a long time.

First time at this location and it has great atmosphere! The queue was not as long as I expected it to be. The staff are friendly and helpful, and service is great as well. The food tasted consistent with other Shake Shack locations I have been to as well. Pricing wise, it's a little overpriced but that's just how it is across all Shake Shack. Would definitely recommend this location if you're craving for their burgers and shakes!

This is by far the bast Shake Shack in or around the Sacramento area! The staff is always polite, takes care of their customers, and keep the place looking spotless—even during peak hours. Oh, and the food is delicious! P.S. Danica is one of the employees there, and she is a rockstar of an employee!

Vanessa was the best! Kind, and checked to make sure I had everything I needed for my meal she even collected my empty tray for me! Sat in the patio to eat joy my meal during my lunch hour. Extremely clean and cute. The food didn’t make the photo op! 😂 My only complaint is that o wish the burgers were a tad bit larger for the price…

I had the Tiramisu Shake (limited time specialty) and it was heavenly! Tasted just like taking a bite of tiramisu. We also shared bacon cheese fries that were a 10/10 and love their fries are crinkle cut. We weirdly loved the little wood pic that it came with to eat with, it's a little 2 prong fork. It makes eating cheese fries more sophisticated and keeps your fingers clean.

My twin sons and I had dinner here and they thought that the shuffleboard table they had there was incredibly cool, I loved the service the African American woman that helped us was knowledgeable and just awesome at her job. I loved her. She needs a raise. We all loved the food, just a really great spot.

I’d been hearing about Shake Shack in Midtown for a while now - several friends kept telling me I had to try it - but I just never got around to it. Well, I finally went recently, and let me just say: this place will absolutely give their competition a run for their money. The burgers? Solid. No complaints at all. Flavorful, juicy, and exactly what you hope for in a great burger. Same goes for the fries - crispy, golden, and just downright delicious. But what really surprised me, and honestly stole the show, were the chicken nuggets. I’m not exaggerating when I say these are the best chicken nuggets I’ve had anywhere. Period. From the first bite, it’s clear they use fresh, whole white meat chicken - none of that processed stuff. They're perfectly breaded, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. Total game changer. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and go ASAP. I’m already planning my next visit.

Would also say that the grilled cheese was horrible. I have never seen a grilled cheese that thin in my life. Quesadilla's are thicker! I'm definitely going to try again. Often times the first experience can be lessened by high expectations, which I certainly had. Also might have been an off day in the kitchen (short staffed or inexperience). So I'll try again and hope for better. But it's not bad, just not up to the hype or it's competition.

It was a clean environment for the most part. The staff could of been more exciting, like stated welcome in or something. I only seen one person restocking and cleaning with a roster of at least 6 people. Food wasn't too bad but tasted rushed.

The burgers are pricey but they are very good. Very well seasoned patties with all the toppings is the way to go. Recently tried the Korean menu and nothing was memorable. $12 Chicken sandwich was less than mid. The regular chicken sandwich is much better with all the toppings. Ordering through the app is the way to go as they usually have app only deals.

Environment: they have a fooseball table and hand sized shuffle board, and the ambience is neat Food: ONLY GET THE SHAKE (it was amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆). The grilled cheese was disappointing due to it being the size of my palm ☆☆☆. Please note that the following observations were made after a 10 minute drive home. The two burgers ☆ we got were not just small but also the buns had an overbearing flavor. The burger had one piece of limp lettuce. Honestly ended up throwing away my last few bites of it because I couldn't force myself to finish it. I was really disappointed given how highly people speak of their burgers in these reviews. Honestly not the place to go for a good burger. The fries tasted/looked like they were made from frozen but they claim to be made fresh so not sure. Would definitely not purchase food from here again. Service: not much to say about it as we did not dine in, but the food was ready in a timely manner.

Great for quick bite few games. Burgers are exceptional spicy caramel milkshake is different and yummy. Definitely give that a try if you go here.. plenty of room apple space for kids. There’s music playing so kids are free to make noise.!

All burgers are salty, sweet treats are too sweets. I ordered Avocado Chicken burger, the avocado is missing. They refunded it but no sorry heard from the manager. Just disappointed!

Horrible i ordered my food & got the special Christmas cookie milkshake & I went to the restroom only to come out to find my food & milkshake thrown away in the trash I paid $21.17 for my meal & the manager wouldn't make me a new milkshake. My milkshake was still brand new I only took 2 drinks off of it.. & All the manager could do is tell me sorry I ca.t do anything for you. To go online & leave an email asking for a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE So if u ever come here to eat dont ever leave ur food at the table and go to the restroom otherwise you'll end up like me wit everything thrown away & the manager telling u sorry there's nothing I can.do about it...
