Thee Upper Crust Pizza

I was here during the SacAnime convention and even though the line was long, we got our pizza very quickly and it was delicious! The prices were very reasonable, especially considering how high quality the pizza was. Also the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in town.

Went to Sacramento for a card show and during lunch decided to walk out of the convention center and found this place and I’m so glad I did. I had the meatball sandwich and a Celsius energy drink and it was such a good lunch and very affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or anyone visiting the convention center.

Shame on me for being a regular customer for YEARS and never writing a review! I LOVE this pizza place. It really is the best in Sacramento. Good dough, good sauce, good toppings. So many pizza places are just meh. I drive 20 to 25 minutes to go to Upper Crust. Please don't ever change your recipes I will be so sad lol. If you want good pizza - look no further - Upper Crust will deliver. 🍕

In town for the FFA State Convention and this group were rockstars! They were friendly happy and working their tails off to keep our kids fed. Food was good too. Friendly atmosphere even with a crowd of hungry teens in the dining room

It was good, and affordable. The had a lunch buffet going on which is a better deal than the per slice. The pizza type is similar to Roundtable.

Came here for the lunch buffet and was pleasantly surprised. There was a good variety of pizzas, plus pasta, salad, and soup to choose from. The ingredients tasted fresh and everything was kept stocked. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for good value and plenty of choices. Service could be a bit more attentive, but overall a really enjoyable meal.

This place gives West Coast pizza a bad name. Hoping people don't confuse this with other Sacramento Pizza. The pizza buffet was full of mediocre at best items. Very poor and cheap tasting ingredients.

Unfortunately the buffet is not to go, so I tried a pastrami sandwich. Won't make that mistake again, not worth 1/2 of what they charged. Plus as a ServSafe certified Food Protection Manager I know that gloves should be worn by anyone preparing ready-to-eat food. Not something I witnessed today, better correct that before an inspection!

Went to this place today and it was a horrible experience pizza was blan and they hardly put any toppings not to mention All the workers were just standing around talking so no new pizzas came out only had a choice of 2 pizzas when iys supposed to be a buffet.the peperoni pizza was like a cheese pizza waited for more than an hr for and even asked multiple times for new pizzas and i was told theres still some there to eat. Dont recommend going here they are overpriced and pizza suks and service is mediocre if i could not put a star i would.

Since my order was “to-go” I was charged 25 cents for the container the pizza was in. WHAT!!?? You could have mentioned that before I ordered—right after I.was asked “for here or to go.” I didn’t get a bag, what, you didn’t want to charge me another dime? Put a sign up will ya? You just lost my business.

Maybe the worst pizza I have ever paid for. Bought a trip through the buffet and a fountain soda for a ridiculous $18.99. The pizzas had extremely sparse toppings (counted 16 pepperonis on a large pie) too much sauce, bland, gooey cheese, and a spongy, poorly baked crust. It looked unappetizing, and tasted worse. The salad was fine.
