Great prices for truly delicious food. They're always fast with service and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. $1 iced tea any size, super burrito with olives!!! Genius! I get filled up with a super burrito, a reg taco, and a large iced tea, for under 8 bucks! DEAL!

Hands down the NICEST/ biggest taco casa I’ve EVER seen!!! Feels more like a restaurant than fast food!! The people greet you before the door shuts behind you and you won’t find any trash cans in eye sight, so don’t even think about cleaning up once you’re done!

I'm not sure when their prices shot up that far, but a chilada & a 12pk of tacos cost almost $25! Seriously?! I have always loved this place & would normally eat there about every other week but if they keep jacking up their prices then I'm just gonna have to cut them out of my fast food budget..

By far my favorite Taco place. Not only is the food good, but there's plenty of it! Unlike their competitors, who only put a coke line of meat and cheese on your taco (Not sure if that's because they think the world is low on meat and cheese, or if that's just what their employees are used to doing), these guys aren't afraid to PACK the taco with meat and cheese. Their hot sauce is some of the best sauce that compliments their tacos perfectly. Their sweet tea also competes with Chicken Express, and if you're Texan, you know what that means. Their customer service is the Chic-fil-a of Taco places. When you walk into a Casa, you don't feel like you just interrupted the cashiers divorce court, looking at you Taco Bell. No, when you walk into Casa, you WILL be greeted by everyone, and they're happy to do it. I live over 200 miles from the closest Casa, but will visit every single time I get anywhere near one and eat so much that I regret life. Easiest 5/5 ever.

Delicious food and clean environment. Staff is so so. Could be more friendly. Anyway over all the food I ordered was hot and fresh and the lobby and restrooms were clean. Sweet tea was on point and I was satisfied with my order. Will go back again.

Food always seems fresh. I like the tacos here more than the other taco options in the area. The veggies just seem fresher and higher quality. Counter service is prompt and courteous. I like the hot sauce here enough to buy the optional bottle, but I understand how subjective that can be. The atmosphere is nothing special.

Consistent, I have been here several times and I know exactly how it will taste. I’ve ate several different items and when I order one again, I know if I will want extra olives or less cheese or whatever. My grands love coming here too. They usually order the tacos however, 1 of them is more than super picky and will order a cup of meat (7 year old) and is happy as can be. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I went last night at around 9pm. The people running this shift were spot on with my order, quality of food was 👌 and each person I interacted with was super friendly, competent and will definitely have me coming back to this location in the near future. Thanks guys.

Each visit to this location has been wonderful! Always clean, correct, friendly, and quick. The parking lot is quite crowded due to so many businesses. Taco Casa is located within the shopping center parking lot. I prefer to pull in the main entrance to the shopping center. I've accidently passed up the entrance and thought I would just turn on the next street and come from the side entrance. This proved to be difficult due to construction. Overall, I would recommend this location and appreciate the care they have for their customers.

What can I say? It's TC. The food was as expected, but the staff and the restaurant was fantastic! Great crew! Fast and friendly! Top notch, for what the norm seems to be, nowadays.

Taco casa has been a favorite of mine for years for a good taco that has plenty of meat and cheese I have watched their prices soar as well so I don't expect to get a shell that is not so fresh and they seem a bit smaller. I like the chiladas taco salad and taco light it gives me a great fix if I want a meat cheese taco and not one with just lettuce like other places

Went to get some nachos this evening and the gentleman taking orders was the most well mannered person. Customer service at restaurants in this town is typically so bad, but this particular store I am always met with a smile and an excellent customer service demeanor. Isaiah was this fellow's name and if his manager sees this, I hope he is applauded.

I just had to take the time to thank this location today for the fresh food. I ordered super nachos and everything was so fresh. The jalapeños were a deep green bursting with pica, and the tomatoes were fresh. Since I was shown this location back in 1999, this location for Taco Casa has not let me down. Great quality, excellent customer service, perfect quantity. I greatly appreciate this location and highly recommend.

I live in Fort Worth, but I preferred to come to this taco Casa in Saginaw because the food is better and the people are nice.

What I always like about going to this Taco Casa in Saginaw, is how quick, relatively inexpensive, and yummy it is.... Combine this with a friendly staff at the drive through, and it is always a good treat !

A great location. All the restaurant is clean. The folks are friendly too. The food is quality and as expected in comparison to other locations. Only downside to this location is free refills must be administered by an employee. There is no drink machine to fill your own cup.

10/10 recommend for the greatest American taco you can ever eat. Wish they had a hotter hot sauce packet but the fresh shredded cheese more than makes up for anything they don’t have. Best taco place I have ever eaten at. Certainly better than that other quaint little national chain that stopped serving what could still be qualified as food over thirty years ago. The use of what I believe is real beef and the absence of any heartburn-inducing red oil seeping out of the taco shell makes Taco Casa tacos the best. I can order a dozen tacos at the drive-thru, and they are prepared in mere minutes. 👍

Just terrific. Simple, quality food. Filling and without pretension. It was my first time so I ordered a variety of items. The "chilada" is something you could pay 10-12 dollars for in a restaurant for the same quality. If you love somewhat Americanized mexican food (and I do) highly recommend.

It's fast food! What can I say? Well, I wanted a quick bite, but not a lot of choices. So time to be creative! Vegan style...I used to like the 'chilada, so just beans, no cheese or meat. Not bad. Actually tasted pretty good. I could get this again. I bet this would taste good with vegan cheese shreds...

They were very busy when I went and short staffed like everywhere these days. Despite that my arrived fairly quickly and it was a large order. Order was correct and food was very tasty, only complaint my taco salad bowl had a after taste like the oil was old.

Sometimes it is very good and other times not so good. Just depends on who is there working that day I guess. Other than that I love the food, they are slow sometimes as well. I just wish they had a different hot sauce several people I know are allergic to it. Makes their mouth itchy. I don't eat it.

These guys are super fast and very friendly. I Would recommend you try the super tostada. It's scrump diddly good! Also they have some of the best sweet tea in North Texas. If you are 55 or older be sure to ask for the senior citizen discount.

For fast food tacos, Taco Casa is tops. They have fresh ingredients, they give you more than enough cheese on the food. They can follow order notes and make the food as requested. The employee was friendly when she greeted me, promptly after I pulled in the drive thru lane. Would go back to this location again.

in my opinion, they are the top fast food taco/burrito chain. prices gone up but they do stuff in as much as they can to even out the cost. i do not have any complaints. years ago their cups had this plastic taste to it and affected the drinks but they seem to have addressed that issue. i am happy with whatever i order there and will continue to go there.

The lobby was clean and stocked, restrooms were clean, and lobby was open to customers. This is a plus since some locations have still yet to open their lobby. I Did wish the staff was a little more polite. Even just a smile on there face would have been nice. For that reason I'm only giving 4 stars. I understand we may all not love our jobs but vev thankful you have one.

Tacos were full of yummy meat but by the time we got home, 5 mins away, they were puddled in grease. The meat is not getting drained as it should. We really like this taco casa being so close to home but the meat is greasy too many times that we've gotten them. Please get a pan that drains your meat as it sits in the warming tray. Thanks

Every time I come here, the staff has been friendly and patient for people like me who come in with 3 kids and nobody knows what they want. The food is typical fast food and the price is a little on the high side compared to other similar chains. The portions are a little more generous though

Took about 2-3 minutes for them to greet me at the order taking station. Asked me if I wanted hot sauce I said yes 5 please. Get my food, look into the bag no hot sauce so I had to ask the lady at the 2nd window for some. I asked for extra olives on my chilada and looks like the regular amount the put on without asking for more.... food tasted good. Taco had a lot of meat compared to other times I have came to this location.

The quality of good is good; however, they constantly mess up our orders. Everytime we order something is not correct. It's mostly my youngest kids tacos. They just want meat and cheese only and Everytime we ask them did you get those with no lettuce and they acknowledged that they did. We get home and all 4 tacos have lettuce yet again. I've called them about this before and they have me a credit. I went in to use the credit and they have me a hard time about it. They really need to work on training their staff better in taking and making orders.

They seem to put too much sauces which kill the food. There's not a lot of meat and tater in the food itself. But it's not too bad for fast food. It's better than McDonald's. Lol where you get no telling what you're getting in your hamburger. I know what you get in your chicken because I worked at Simmons Chicken factory. And I watched them box it up in McDonald's boxes.

Fast food, it is what it is. This location is one of the better ones to go to service is a little slow at times but for the most part it is due to food being freshly made can't gripe about that. And orders are checked and correct

Been eating here since I was about 6 years old. Only fast food taco place I go to. However the last year I've noticed the prices have gotten higher which is inflation. However the portions have gotten smaller and that is greed. I've ordered the same thing every time for 26 years so I'm not complaining to complain. Probably won't be back. The flavor is still good though to people who just care about that.

This was my first visit to this location. I am a true fan of Taco Casa but this experience was not good. I ordered my usual Super Taco but this location uses a sub-standard shell and not the usual crispy light shell that other locations use. It was stale, tasteless and broke in half as soon as I took the first bite. The meat was not as seasoned as at other locations but the toppings were on point. Because of the less than desirable shell, I probably won't return.

I ordered a mild bean burrito with sour cream. I paid extra for the sour cream so drove 10 minutes back up there. I went through the line and they told me I had to go inside. I shouldn’t have to go inside because you messed up my order. I already wasted time driving back up there! Very poor customer service. Lost a customer.

Very average. Wasn't impressed with my super nachos. I ended up dumping one of my husband's tacos on top to try and make up for the lack of meat. They didn't distribute the toppings so they were just dumped separately across the top and there were all these chips underneath with no toppings. I definitely won't order this again.

I’m sending this because it’s now the second time your establishment has shorted me my food that I paid for. Ordered 4 crunchy tacos 1 soft taco chilada nacho and burrito. I got 1 crunchy taco 2 soft tacos nachos and chilada. What the heck!!! Is it lack of training or just don’t care enough about your job.

It's Taco Casa. My expectations are never high, but they don't make mistakes often either. My most recent visit was to this location, and honestly, you never quite know what you're going to get when you order extra beans...it's either packed full or barely noticeable. Consistency isn't their strong suit, but it's Taco Casa, so my expectations are pretty casual. One thing that does concern me, though, is cross-contamination. I don't eat red meat for health reasons, and there have been several times when I've received burritos with meat mixed into the beans or had my "extra bean" request ignored in favor of meat. It's not just a preference issue; it can be risky for people like me with allergies or dietary restrictions, which is what I have. That said, it hasn't stopped me from coming back for a quick fix. I just hope the staff can take a little extra care when prepping orders to keep things separate and safe for everyone.

Whoever was rolling burritos at 9:18pm on 7/29/2024 needs to go back to burrito rolling school. It’s pretty sad when you roll burritos all day and then send a burrito out looking like this. All the cheese and tomatoes are on one side, falling out, and the beans and meat are on the other side, also falling out.

Saturday April 10th around 11 pm. Ordered 2 tacos no lettuce and a frejole. The tacos and beans were 90% cheese. Normally there's a good amount of cheese but this was ridiculous. Plus there was little bits of lettuce in the beans....and no I wasn't part of the normal drunk crowd on a Saturday night and I know what lettuce tastes like. Thank God I'm not allergic to lettuce, just can't tolerate it. Thanks for the most horrible meal. I really hope that someone that matters reads these.

Just went there before the 4th of July 2024 and ordered 6 crunchy Tacos and 2 combo burritos. Got home and noticed I was short one taco so I called the restaurant but no one answered so I emailed their corporate office and to this day no response. I normally wouldn't make a big deal about it, but when Bidenflation has Tacos going for $2 & change it's kind of a Big Deal. So folks check your order before pulling off!

Very disapointed in the customer service. Went and got some tacos and burritos and they didnt give me any taco sauce. I would think they would have enough common sense to put taco sauce with every order! Thats like me going to get a burger and fries and them not giving me ketchup. Common sense people if you dont have it maybe you shouldnt be working. Also they dont answer the phones here either. So kinda hard to make a complaint when people purposely dont answer tje phone.

We ordered 2 taco salads and instead of putting them on a plate or another bowl - they just put them on the tray. Very UNSANITARY AND NOT PRESENTED WELL AT ALL. When I tried to talk to the so called manager - she wouldn't come to the counter to talk to me. She just ignored me until I went to get our food to return it to her for a refund. Very poor customer service, and food not treated within sanitary guidelines. I will be calling the health department.

Service is fine but this the second time I have eaten at this location the food has something wrong like it's old the taco burgers are good usually this time the buns are old looking wrinkly just looks gross. Feel.like 30 minutes I feel like getting sick. I really like Taco Casa they need to do better.

My husband I stopped coming to this Taco Casa awhile back. We thought we would give it another try. I ordered the super nacho. The appearance was less than desirable. Was too much sour cream and not enough cheese. The person in front of us had just plan nachos and their cheese was cold. I guess I should have taken that as warning not to get the nachos. My husband asked for more cheese and was told he could pay for more cheese. The customer service was less than good also. Never again will we come back here!!!

Great value taco bell at best, food quality is horrible, nacho cheese taste like melted government cheese, if you think their food is good your taste buds might be dead, worst food I've had in a while.

Every time I get food thru drive, they ask would you like hot sauce, Yes a bunch. I was given my food no hot sauce in the bag, told the girl there’s no hot sauce. She then says yes it’s in the bag, I look a double time, before I could tell her there is none, she left. Had to go inside and get my hot sauce! What’s the point of going thru drive thru if I still have to go inside?????

When we first moved to this area, this location was decent. We dinned frequently every Tuesday. As time has gone on, both the condition of the building and the food have plummeted. You take a gamble when you order the tea, whether it will taste like a dirty sock or actual sweet tea. A few weeks ago when we were in, the AC was “leaking” according to the staff. It was dripping liquid on the front counter and behind the menu board. Then tonight when we were in the dinning room was muggy and warm, it was unbearable. And to top it all off, as we were ordering a cockroach or some sort of bug ran across the front counter. We’re disgusted and won’t be back. We gave them a fair chance and they blew it. The Grapevine location is hands down the best location. Make the drive and save yourself the hassle.

10 dollars for a half a cup of meat is absolutely insane. I asked for two burritos with no tortilla and I got two things that looked like this. Looks like left overs or something. Do better taco casa.

If you think your getting authentic Mexican or TexMex food here, drive past. If you love tons of chesse and beans then this is your place. Its a vegetarian version of a mexican restaurant. My combo burrito was barely a combo. 70% bean, 20% cheese and 10% ground beef. Your better off geeting taco bell... and i hate taco bell!!! BTW they need new mics. Always getting orders wrong.

I’ve ate from this specific establishment 1,000’s of times being a Saginaw Local. Over the past 5 years this place has continually shown a lack of care for customers let alone get their orders right. I wanted sweet tea. You have 1 job. I cannot fathom the lack of basic intelligence from today’s fast food employees. Will never return.

Been going here 6 days a week for a year and a half and still do but now I only get a large sweet tea because it’s amazing but I also have to keep a bag of sugar in my truck because they will give you an unsweetened tea at least once a week. Used to get a soft taco no lettuce but it seems impossible for them to make it right it has 50% lettuce at least twice a week and I’m not wasting my time taking half the taco off in order to eat it!

Came in to pick up an order only for the female cashier to jolt her head in an instigation kind of way because I didn’t speak up loud enough and the proceeded to give me attitude after the fact. Definitely not representing the company properly

Well…we really like the food but won’t be back for a LONG while….there was a HUGE Water Bug Roach on the table next to us. I went and asked the lady cleaning tables if she would do something because it was on its back with its legs in the air…so she came over and freaked out but then put about 3 napkins on it and pounded it with her fist and guts went flying. She looked at us and said don’t worry I’m coming back to clean it…grabbed her rag and wiped it off and continued wiping other tables with the same rag. We immediately stopped eating. Didn’t ask for a refund but should have.

Came on 12/9/25. The meat tastes like dirty tap water and there’s about half as much cheese as normal.

I asked for a taco salad with no olives. They put olives, I even asked them to make sure they put the salsa in there. They left the salsa out. They asked me if I want taco sauce. I said no. They gave me taco sauce.I asked for super taco, no lettuce.They gave me a super taco with everything on it.I try calling them back.Goes right to voicemail. Wow what great service not.
