I was served very quickly, faster than at the drive-thru. The cashier was very friendly this time. I went back, but it seemed like the employees were all in their own worlds. I was looking at what to order, and no one greeted me or even looked at me. Then I went to the register, and they were all still doing something else until, after a few minutes, one of them asked me what I wanted to order. I couldn't understand what he said. I ordered a cake, and he showed me the one he was going to give me, but I couldn't understand what he said. When he rang up my order, he also said something. In short, they speak very fast or mutter because I couldn't understand a thing.

The place has a youthful atmosphere, upbeat music, and relatively prompt service. It offers drive-thru and dine-in options. Its large windows provide a good view of the street. Among its offerings are cakes and ice cream, which, truth be told, have very similar flavors. There's no clear distinction, but all things considered, they're good. It has parking and restrooms.
The last time I bought ice cream, it was poorly mixed and I don't think the portions were even correct. I didn't know what it should taste like, perhaps because there's a lot of staff turnover that plays a role.

Costumer service to poor
It's a nice place, with large windows, lots of light, quiet, and excellent products. The downside? The music is too loud. So, if you want to go and chat, keep looking, because you can't do it there... 😒
They don't close at 10. It's at 9. And even if you arrive at 9, they've already turned off the snow machine. The flavor is good, but the service is poor. I paid for a blizzard, but the machine was already off, so I left without my drink. I'll pick it up the next day.
Be careful with the new marquesita flavor. It doesn't taste like sugar at all, and the cookie is hard and leaves a very strong salty taste in your mouth. Nothing like that delicious Yucatecan dessert.
Change your schedule because they close before 9 and here on Google it says they close at 10pm 😡😡😡😡 and we were playing and they were there and they didn't open
By 9:20 they were already closed and they ignore you if you knock or turn up the music
I went today before 9:30, as I understood their hours were from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but the staff had the doors closed. I understand that their closing time may have to be before 10:00 p.m. as marked, and I would understand if it were five or ten minutes earlier, but if they close the branch more than half an hour earlier? Wrong.
There's a sign at the door that clearly states service is from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., but they don't honor it. We arrived 40 minutes before departure time, and the door was already locked.
The service at this branch is truly terrible. The Blizzards were all watered down. They gave them to me without the plastic covering them to prevent them from opening and being thrown away. The customer service is beyond praise. It's the worst. They didn't want to solve the problem when I appealed for a badly served Blizzard and they just make faces when they're going to serve you, it even seems like they're bothered by someone interrupting them while they're just gossiping.
At this branch, the Blizzards are delivered very watered down with no presentation, all poorly shaken and with incomplete ingredients for the flavors ordered, they always seem more like malt than ice cream and the service from all the workers is terrible.
A very bad experience. I went to the Vía Alta branch for a cake, and it turned out they didn't have any. They said they'd call me the next day, but they didn't. I called, but no one answered, so I went to the Faja de Oro branch. Before that, I called to see if they had the one I wanted, but no one answered there either. So I went straight there and bought what they had. It wasn't the one I wanted, but oh well...
They absolutely have no trained staff. I've been to the Saltillo branch, the Monterrey branch, but I prefer to go to an ice cream shop in Salamanca, Guanajuato. Twice they've failed to give me what I ordered and/or omitted part of my order as a joke. They don't know how to serve ice cream, especially since the manager isn't around.
