Cenamos una noche y la verdad es que fue todo un acierto. Las tostas muy buenas, el atún muy recomendable, además de servirlo en el punto perfecto de cómo lo pedimos. El trato de los camareros fenomenal y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Si volvemos a Salamanca seguro que repetimos.

Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. La calidad de la comida nos sorprendió muchísimo, platos bien presentados y sabores que realmente se disfrutan. Además, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Pablo, que nos dio una explicación detallada de los platos y nos ayudó a elegir. Su atención marcó la diferencia y se nota cuando alguien conoce y ama lo que hace. Y por supuesto, también agradecer al resto de camareros, que fueron atentos, amables y muy pendientes de que no nos faltara nada en ningún momento. El servicio en general fue de diez. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Salamanca, repetiremos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Todo riquísimo y súper recomedable!! La comida espectacular y el servicio estupendo. Pedimos una ensalada de micuit y jamón de pato que estaba riquísima, y dos platos fuera de carta, las lentejas y las tortas de maíz, que espero que incorporen porque eran un 10/10. A destacar la camarera que nos atendió, que fue majísima. En mi próxima visita a Salamanca volveré sin duda!!

Bastante concurrido. No habíamos reservado pero el camarero, que conoce bien su oficio y es gallego, nos consiguió una mesa. La cena fue compartida entre tres personas y salimos con 5 platos más que satisfechos. Luego un postre de helado, tarta de manzana y pudín con invitación de vino dulce dejó la noche en la cumbre. Un restaurante más que recomendable pero mejor reservar porque se pone a tope.

Qué gusto da que te atiendan profesionales que te asesoren, conozcan a la perfección sus platos y además, sean sensibles con el cliente. Todo esto nos lo dieron Maria Jose y Pablo, amantes de lo que hacen y dedicados en cuerpo y alma a ofrecer al cliente productos de calidad y a un precio más que razonable. Comenzamos por un bacalao desalado con un aceite extraordinario y olivada de aceitunas arbequinas. Uno de los platos estrella son los garbanzos de la Armuña con ciruela, orejón, pasas y trufa, todo aliñado con el pimentón de El Sequero y un toque de salsa de soja. Todo increíble. Qué textura la del garbanzo!!! Ya hartos, me atreví a pedir otra de las especialidades de la casa, las mollejas de ternera. Impresionantes. Estaban tan buenas que sobraba la salsa barbacoa casera. Con asquerosa envidia, la mesa de al lado estaba degustando una tabla de quesos…y a por ellos fuimos!!! Hay de todo, pero destacó el cabrales y el manchego, realmente exquisitos. Todo regado con vinos muy majos, no conocidos y de pequeños productores. En ese aspecto hay que destacar el “clinic “ de Pablo al explicar y recomendar los vinos. Todo ello por 72€, con un servicio excepcional y un modelo de negocio que sin duda está abocado al éxito. Sin duda, volveremos.

Mi más sincera enhorabuena. Primera vez, pero no la última. Un concepto diferente en salamanca. Vinos, platos con calidad excelente y un servicio de 10. La combinación de boletus y secreto ibérico fue sencillamente espectacular. Calidad precio más que acertado, con raciones abundantes y un producto exquisito y bien cuidado ¡Volveremos!

Truly memorable dinner! Our server was friendly and patient, and the food was exceptional. The tapas were fresh and vibrant; the tomato tasted like it came straight from a sunlit garden. For mains, I had Thai red curry with shrimp and rice, and my partner had tuna with red rice, both flawless. The chef clearly knows their craft!

This one of the best places I have ever eaten in Spain. The place is very nice. The food is super delicious. We shared a morcilla tostada and asked the owner for typical Salamanca dishes. The garbanzo dish was outrageously fabulous—love garabanzos. Also the wine selection is spectacular.

I went with a colleague from work. I had a glass of Enrique Mendoza - great to open the appetite. Then followed by the endive, guacamole, “tuna” and sardine dish plus shared a dish of 2 skewers of chicken and red Canary Island sauce. All was great and served on time and at a great temperature.

Our best meal so far after a week in Madrid, Ribera and now Salamanca. Feels like a neighbourhood secret a little off the busy areas. Outstanding food and service from Maria! The aged dried ham (Cerrina?) on bread with almonds was melt in the mouth and full of flavour. The pork loin with Pedro Ximenez sauce was crunchy on the outside and moist inside…so good. And the potatoes with mojo sauce was so tasty I just kept eating more. Throw in a great wine list with everything by the glass and a warm local atmosphere and you’ve got the perfect experience.

Amazing restaurant. The service was amazing. The waiter who served us, Alvaro, was really nice. All the waiters were so gracious and helpful. We asked for a wine suggestion, and the local wine suggested was just perfect and affordable too. The food was amazing. Local, tasty and great price. We ordered the local gaspacho, the daily specials and local wine. I will save this restaurant and recommend to all of my friends who travel through Spain.

Outstanding! Absolutely loved this place. Wednesday night, and we were there when it opened at 8 on and were second in line. We had planned on just one tapas dish and a glass of wine, but stayed for much more. The chickpeas / garbanzo beans were delicious, and we had the "crinkly potatoes" which were very tasty indeed. The accompanying rioja was fabulous, and our waiter told us a bit about it whilst he poured it, which helps make the experience. We decided to have dessert, the black chocolate cake, and though more of a mousse than cake, it was good. The Sherry to accompany it, recommended by our waiter to go with the cake, was absolutely amazing. I would easily go back here, but go right when it opens or make a reservation (the phone was ringing pretty much all night, so good luck getting a reservation!)

Definitely another highlight of my stay in Salamanca. Everything from the iberico, the wine, to the attentive service were excellent. Probably one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had too. Cannot recommend highly enough for an experience of the local cuisine!

I was told about Vinodiario by a few local friends. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious, properly prepared and served promptly. Ivan was extremely welcoming and professional. He recommended the Crusol Wine (perfectly acidic but with a hint of sweetness) and I’m going to take a bottle home…it was that good! Make reservations in advance because the restaurant will be filled from opening. That’s how good this experience is!

Wow what can I say except fantastic. The staff were so lovely and friendly and could not have been better. The food was so well presented and tasted fabulous. Wow! The food and wine 🍷 were delicious 😋, service was amazing 🤩. Big variety of different wine, we tried Salamanca region (white and 3 red), not expensive. Plates were big enough, we tried “to share”. Better to reserve a table, we had our lunch at the bar, because all tables were reserved. Totally recommend for wine lovers and foodies 🥙 They also sell wine like a wine store.

Very popular (crowded) restaurant with modern hip interior. Excellently presented dishes with powerful flavors. Friendly, very attentive serving staffs added beautiful eating experience. The staffs were knowledgeable and their seasonal recommendations were very satisfying. Loved every bites and worth going back for more....Two Thumbs up!!!! Must try cheese cake!!....in 2022, we went back with high expectations and it was worth flying back for!!!! Great dishes!!!

No se entiende lo sobrevalorado que está. Intenté llamar durante una semana y no daba tono, con otro número de teléfono no hubo problema,como he leído en otros comentarios parece ser que bloquean a ciertos clientes en mi caso no lo entiendo porque nunca antes habíamos estado, ni volveremos!!!.Primero la tosta de jamón ibérico ni por asomo ibérico, jamón serrano y de mala calidad. Pedimos vino blanco y lleno de posos pero me lo cambiaron y ya el remate final fue cuando iba llegando gente sin reserva y les pedían que se pasaran más tarde que el local estaba lleno, pero llegaron dos chicas conocidas del camarero y se quedaron esperando junto a nuestra mesa, intimidando para que se la dejáramos libre, le dije a la camarera y me contestó " que quieres que haga" . Teníamos pensado pedir postre pero viendo esa manera de decir que nos fuéramos no se pidió, ellos a se lo perdieron. Nada recomendable Para No Volver.
