This place deserves 5+ amazing location with lake Garda view, nice decor, great service. And on top of that - best food. Bresola with parmesan plus local Lugana white wine - you have to try it to believe.

The food was very good and the view and the vibe are amazing. Stefano was super sweet, very polite and helpful BUT our main waiter Mohammed was super rude. My brother asked for a straw 3!!! times and he kept ignoring him and finally brought it when my brother had already finished the drink. Then dropped a cup while serving and didn’t even apologize. He was acting like he was “above”/superior to us. Overall we would come again if we got a different waiter

The seafood was great - fresh and big portions. Location is nice beside the water, so good atmosphere I would say. The service was very polite, but a bit disorganised. I feel here was missing a head waiter directing the colleagues. However they gave me good recommendations for the menu. Side dishes were not so great: Vegetable tasted like gum, French fries tasted old. a little too expensive for the overall quality of the food, but therefore nice location

Location is fantastic, atmosphere is so so … good wine list, start was great (scallops), but the main course was lacking flavor (tuna). For 7 persons they put two round tables together, but that caused the group to be split instead of dining together.

Weird service. Upon arrival was asked where I was from. When I said America, was then asked where “I was really from”. Was then told it’s not possible to have chips with my cappuccino “in Italy” after being told chips were available…. The waitress, Marina, was particularly rude and would benefit from additional training in customer service. The drinks were fine and were comped, which was nice, but left confused about how poorly some of the staff treat their guests.

Worst service I’ve ever had, drinks never arrived, menus either… had to ask for everything 5 times in order to just eat anything at all. It’s a pity because their location is great, but their organization is terrible and unless they properly train their team I don’t see a future for this restaurant…you could feel how uneasy the staff seemed

I don't like to say negative things about the restaurants I've been to, but I have to convey it. The service was terrible, specifically, one of the waiters was rude, the food was nothing more. We ordered some starters to share and the seconds took 1 hour. Inconceivable. Anyone who wants to go at least on my behalf will be warned. Greetings

Sadly terrible. Garganelli, swordfish with saffron, peppermint, ginger and courgette flowers pasta didn't contain any of those flavours, very bland bowl of pasta and not convinced it was even garganelli. Chianina beef was tough and flavourless, not sure it was Chianina. Friends waited over an hour for seabass, and when they asked why it was taking so long were told 'thats how long it takes', zero apology. Service was by far the worst we experienced in two weeks around Garda despite the fact only around 10% of the tables were occupied.. Didn't complain, every chef can have a bad day and we just wanted to get out of there and get on with our evening. Then sat there for half an hour after the table was cleared, no bill, had to go and find the waiter who had already changed into his t-shirt, who instructed us to 'pay at reception' as he walked out the door. I see this place has received decent reviews previously, I'm guessing this was an off day but appears they've had a few recently. A distant last of the 12 restaurants we visited..

If I could give this restaurant -10 I would! Awful experience. The only decent thing is the view but not worth the wait ( 30 mins just to get the menu), indifferent service and really bad food. I have eaten better at the Olive Garden!
