Serata impeccabile! Location raffinata e servizio molto accogliente. Ho trovato un personale attento e competente che ha fornito ottimi consigli. Partendo con un antipasto a base di testina preparato in maniera eccellente, abbiamo poi provato i primi, sensazionali! Sia i tagliolini che i ravioli avevano un gusto delicato e saporitissimo allo stesso tempo. Abbiamo terminato con i dolci, portati su un carrello. Non sapevo quale scegliere perché tutti facevano davvero gola. Alla fine abbiamo optato per la tarte tatin, mai assaggiata una così buona. Il prezzo rispecchiava perfettamente il servizio e il menù. Mi sono trovata estremamente bene. Complimenti per il gran lavoro, consiglio a tutti di venirvi a trovare!

Tutto molto buono e molto bello, accoglienza perfetta in un ambiente curato in cui ci si sente subito a proprio agio grazie ai sorrisi sinceri dei titolari che si alternano, ognuno col proprio ruolo, nella cura del cliente. Le portate, con rimandi alla tradizione, hanno quella spinta verso la creatività che ti porterebbe a voler assaggiare tutto. Dal pane fatto in casa fino alla buonissima torta di rose è tutto perfetto, per qualità, cottura, abbinamenti. Ultima sorpresa il conto, veramente alto il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni aspetto. Cibo saporito e curato, presentato con molta attenzione ai dettagli. Ottimo servizio, personale cordiale e disponibile.

Consiglio a tutti questo posto, davvero. Materia prima di qualità, passione e professionalità dello chef nel Abbinare e presentare i piatti. Prezzo super in linea con la qualità del cibo, consiglio provatelo.

Menù non banale, proposte equilibrate e piatti ben curati. Una nota particolare va ai ravioli di zucca con guanciale croccante e fondo al vino, così come ai dolci tutti fatti in casa e ad una strepitosa tarte tatin. Servizio attento e ambiente caldo con il giusto tocco di contemporaneità.

A lovely find. In a back street behind the front so away from the more touristy places. This is a real find. Great food, good service and a nice patio area at back. Highly recommended for those who love fine dining.

Everythimg was good: relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, good music (not too loud), nice people, cool renewed osteria. And the food? Excellent, some classic dishes with super nice presentations, nice cooking/crafts, and wonderful tastes. Very nice wine list too. Skip the touristy water-front places, and get something entirely different here, at better prices.

We found and booked this restaurant on the day and were delighted that they had a table. We had the most delicious meal, every mouthful was tasty with wine to compliment. Outdoor area was stylish and considered. Shame we didn't have room for dessert but we did have 3 courses! Thank you for having us.

Creative, yet regional and somehow traditional Italian cuisine. We could see the ambitious young chefs through the kitchen door and were very much anticipating what would come next. The wine we had was fantastico, too. Service was kind and self-assured. The waiting time was just right. The Ossobucco was divine and super soft. Thea bread was formidable, crunchy from the outside and tender inside, it was served with beaten butter, again with a creative twist. It is in a lovely setting in the middle of Salo. Certainly recommendable. A perfect place for a date, by the way, since the light is well set (a rarity in Italian restaurants) and the place is rather quiet with a bustling restaurant atmosphere.

We came a lot early at the restaurant 11.45 august 16, 2023. So We're goin around the place the lake GARDA is beautiful easy to reach by foot. The place is amazing soo relaxing. There is a dedicated parking space for clients. There are great plants in the garden. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant. Decor is minimal. The food is Great. There is a wooden smoke entering the dehor personally i love it. May be some people will be annoyed with it. Weve ordered a telotal of 12 plates Antipasti, primi, 2ndi. 3 dessert. 4 water, 2 beer, 1 wine cost 40eu. A total of 356 eu. The portions are great we enjoyed our food. The servers are awesome highly attentive. The toilet are clean. I did not use actually. I asked my Friends. Everything was perfect.

I really liked this restaurant! The service is excellent, the space and design of the restaurant is also attractive. The food was of really high quality and was a pleasant surprise. I really liked the artichoke with black garlic mayo and the gnocchi with local fatuli cheese!

We came here as tourists on a Saturday (without a reservation) because all other restaurants we tried had no free places anymore. But we were lucky to find this gem and they luckily had a cancellation and therefore a spot for us. We wanted to find some true Italian food for a few days now with nice and good flavor combinations (not the standard pizza and pasta you can find everywhere else). This restaurant delivered. Good hospitality and explaining everything in English even though this was hard sometimes. We had not experienced this hospitality and service yet in the other restaurants. The location outside is very nice and cosy. The food was great with surprising flavor combinations. Together with the excellent wine this was a great evening. I can recommend everyone, who is looking for something different from the standard pasta and pizza, to try this restaurant. It's not cheap, but in my opinion the food and service were definitely worth it. Thanks for having us and thanks for the great Italian food. And a special shout-out to the waitress with the white blouse for explaining us everything so passionately in English!

Andiamo una domenica a pranzo. Cibo di ottima qualità, piatti ricercati e con materie prime di qualità. Il personale è stato gentile e preparato. La chicca è stata il carrello dei dolci e la tarte tatin con il gelato veramente super! Disponibile un parcheggio per i clienti.

Siamo andati il trentuno dicembre per la prima volta, l’ambiente bello e curato,considerato che rappresenta l’osteria più antica di Salò. Le portate richieste sono di buona qualità’ e presentazione,sia il primo che il secondo; il servizio al tavolo, curato dalla cameriera di età giovanile e’stato apprezzato, mentre l’altra parte del servizio gestito da una persona ma di età’ più avanzata e’ stato abbastanza approssimativo, in prima battuta la signora ha servito la torta alle mele usando le mani,mentre prima era alla cassa, e per concludere la collega sempre di età matura mentre serviva degli inglesi ha fatto cadere il coltello dei dolci senza cambiarlo ma continuando a tagliare le porzioni come richiesto dai commensali vicini. Il locale molto raffinato e curato,apprezzabile l’arredamento e la mise en place. Peccato per la gestione dei tavoli perché la ragazza meno esperta sì e’ comportata in maniera professionale mentre le altre hanno lasciato come detto a desiderare. Ciò non toglie comunque che torneremo a mangiare perché nel contesto ha meritato la ns attenzione, e saremo pronti a rivedere l’operato nella prossima occasione.

Great restaurant slightly further back from the promenade but with a charismatic head chef who is hands on and engaging with his diners. The food is excellent with a smart and relaxed feel to the restaurant. When the place gets busy, it feels like the staff get a little flustered so hopefully in peak season there is more support. Otherwise I can’t fault their help and insight to local wine and food recommendations.

We liked the fact that this restaurant was slightly out of the most tourist area of Saló. The service was ok but we felt that the two servers and the chef were a little overwhelmed by all guests showing up at more or less the same time at the opening at 7:30p. As for the food don’t expect an extensive menu but what you will get is rather delicious and in some cases interesting. Drinks wise you will see some interesting wines on the list and they will give you some knowledgeable recommendations. Again, to avoid the tourist spots this is a good option.

Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante per una cena che aveva alte aspettative, visto la quasi eccellenza che google offriva. Purtroppo a nostro malgrado sono state ampiamente deluse, non critico il prezzo ma il sapore e il relativo prezzo al quale viene offerto si, l’unica cosa che veramente degna del prezzo proposto è il primo, un ottimo primo, che però non lascia un bel seguito al resto, un vitello tonnato che assomiglia ad un roast-beef mischiato alle salse che il frigo offre. Ma avrei chiuso non un occhio ma ad entrambi, se il dolce fosse quantomeno passabile, avevamo optato per qualcosa fuori dagli schemi perché purtroppo ci piace optare per qualcosa di diverso, purtroppo di dolce non ce n’era neanche un granello, magari sfuggito al ciambellone o alla tenerina che offrivano. I kumquat marinati nella senape erano immangiabili, il pane tostato lasciava poco all’immaginazione e il gorgonzola era anch’esso per il nostro palato immangiabile. Mi dispiace veramente tanto perché se fate pagare quattro euro di servizio (che sono veramente eccessivi per qualità e quantità) lasciate molto aspettative che non verranno mai soddisfatte. Il ristorante è adatto a gente che vuole spendere tanto ma mangiare solo la moda che esso offre, e nulla di più, un vero peccato per il panorama che Saló offre

Siamo stati in questo ristorante di sabato sera e, pur avendo apprezzato alcuni aspetti della cena, l’esperienza complessiva è stata purtroppo rovinata dal finale. Intorno alle 22:40, mentre stavamo ancora terminando la serata, il personale ha iniziato a mettere le sedie degli altri tavoli sopra i tavoli, un gesto che ha dato chiaramente l’impressione di volerci far capire che dovevamo andare via, nonostante non ci fosse stato detto nulla direttamente. Inoltre, sempre a fine serata quando ci stavano facendo capire di dover lasciare il locale, a un certo punto è stato fatto correre un cane all’interno del locale. Premetto che amo i cani, ma capisco perfettamente che non a tutti possa far piacere. Il momento più spiacevole è stato quando, dopo pochi minuti, mentre stavamo per andarcene, siamo stati letteralmente accompagnati alla porta, che è stata chiusa dietro di noi quasi immediatamente, lasciando una sensazione di forte pressione e scortesia. Un peccato perchè le volte precedenti ci eravamo trovati bene; basterebbe poco per rendere l’esperienza molto più accogliente e professionale. Questo genere di atteggiamenti incide parecchio sulla percezione del servizio e sull’idea di voler tornare.

We had high expectations for this dinner, but unfortunately they were not met. The starters were fine and tasted good. The vitello tonnato was slightly too salty, but still acceptable. The dessert was okay. The main issue was the main course: we ordered the gallina ripiena five times and it was honestly not edible. The chicken was extremely dry and the sauce with breadcrumbs was far too overpowering. This is a real shame, as we are partly Italian and know how tender and flavorful this dish should be – unfortunately this was nothing like that. We mentioned this in the restaurant, but no solution was offered. It would have been appropriate to offer a small compensation, such as a discount or a complimentary drink. We would appreciate it if you would like to think along with us about a suitable solution. With a proper response, we are happy to reconsider and update this review.

We were disappointed after reading about this place. The food was not traditional or anything that we onow. It wouldn't be bad if it was good but it seems like the cook is trying his own created meals that are just not worth the visit. We had some kind of liver paste that was served with a overcooked vegetables Mayonnaise that was undefined. The chicken had soft skin thst was not cross and the piece of chicken was piled up on the plate with bones and soft skin that was not eatable. I like to see what i eat. The rest was just alright to fill up our emty stomach but not recommendable. This has nothing to do with fine italian dining and we been to plenty of places. Sorry but the menue was complety(we had 4 different dishes) just not good.
