Self service restaurant where the line moves quickly which is great when you are hungry. Stage entertainment while you eat. However, the quality of the burger buns is pretty awful, dry and hard.

Locate in the centre of the Far West part of the Portaventura Park. Came here for lunch as fancy steak, but there's no steak on offer, it has salad, chicken and chips, burger and chips, pasta. Interesting show on stage though. Price is reasonable, ambience is good, great for families with young kids

The food is a bit better than other places we tried in the park. They have live performances which is a nice add-on, especially for young kids.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met. Scammed me out of food for the kids, I asked the guy serving food if a certain desert was available for the kids meals and I was told yes. When I got to the till they charged me extra for the desert for the kids. When challenged they went nuts and the attitude was horrendous. When asked for fresh cheesecake from the fridge instead of the one they tried to push on us that was sitting on the counter with flies landing on it we were given eye rolls. For the cost of the food which was outrageous, you would think it would come at least with a good attitude. The food was disgusting cold and cooked hours prior to us buying it.. the burgers was like chewing on an old dryer up sponge. I will never eat here again and would avoid at all costs. I bought 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals and it came to over 80 euro... I have scraped tastier food from the bottom of my bin

Terrible. The food seemed to be prepared one week ago. I give two stars for 2 of the waitresses that were sympathetic but the others especially the cashier that was just the most despicable woman I have ever seen, practically yelling at people.

This had to be the worst STEAK restaurant of all time! Firstly there's no steak in the old steak house? Secondly staff are rude and completely ignore you. Thirdly prices are out of this would disgusting! Finally tables are sticky and there food made me sick!

I would love to say that the steak here was lovely but there was just one issue, there wasn't any of the menu. The food was cold and soggy by the time we got to eat it, only one pleasant staff member. Tables were sticky and not very clean. Definitely wouldnt go Back and we ate for free!!!

Imagine calling a restaurant the old steakhouse, BUT NOT SERVING STEAK, What a ridiculous thing to do, as for the food they did actually serve .. OVERPRICED rubbish, my wife, myself and my son ate here and between the 3 of us it cost almost €60 for absolutely the worst food I've ever eaten. Along with the fact a dirty cat sleeping on the tables people were eating at. AVOID THIS RIP OFF place with the fraudulent name and unhygienic eatery...PS the only reason it got 1 star was because I had to in order to post the review. It doesn't even deserve the one star.

The adress of bad foods and poor service, besides it’s expensive. If you’re looking for just some food, it’s better to go and have a hot dog nearby, don’t be fooled by the name.
