I've been wanting to try Foster's Hollywood's smoked pork ribs for a while. They didn't disappoint; they were delicious. But, and that's why I'm giving it one less star, I was missing some sauce and the fries they serve are few and far between. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized. The staff is all very attentive, quick, and friendly, especially David, our waiter. We'll be back to try the burgers.

Editing my review. We ordered a ribeye steak, a bacon burger, and Tex-Mex cheese fries. Overall, the food was good; I think the Tex-Mex fries were the best. It's great that you can get free refills on drinks, and you pay €1.50 for beer refills. But the best thing was the service. Kevin is super attentive, very friendly, and respectful. Edit: They open on a Sunday in December without having any food available (meat)... are you serious?! Don't they prepare?! In the end, I ordered because I was already there, but I was disappointed. And the pasta on the kids' menu was bad.

We were there at peak time (lunch). The ambiance was nice, the menu was attractively colorful, as you'd expect in a diner. We were shown to a table very quickly. A sign and the constantly running advertisements were supposed to get us in the mood for a lavish and authentic American meal with the promise of "big things happening." The servers were clueless and didn't seem to know the menu. They looked like rain, and didn't speak a word of English. We don't speak Spanish ourselves. The server's colleague was a carbon copy of it. Burgers: We ordered the smashing and avocado burgers, which were fine and served with French fries. We asked how we wanted them cooked, and they were correct. We also ordered black label ribs with vegetables and a Caesar salad. Ribs: Precooked, tender, a bit dry with the sauce, rather mediocre. The advertised side dishes were completely inadequate. Two cherry tomatoes, a 3 cm long charred piece of green asparagus. The portobello mushrooms were just a few tiny, simple button mushrooms. The "vegetables" I ordered consisted of four slices of potato. Somewhat disappointing. The Caesar salad wasn't really as advertised. Instead of romaine lettuce, there was only iceberg lettuce, dry, thin slices of chicken breast, and no Parmesan cheese at all. It was presented without any care, and the dressing was mediocre. For me, it was more on par with a fast-food restaurant like McDonald's or Burger King. Cleanliness was mediocre; the tables were clean, but the floor looked like a battlefield.

It used to be much better. They charge almost €13 for potatoes that used to come on a heaping plate, and now there are just a handful. It's expensive for what you get. We asked for some cheese on the side for a pasta dish, and they gave us the typical supermarket four-cheese blend in a tiny little cup, no bigger than my fingernail, and charged us a €1.45 supplement. I didn't take a picture, but it was ridiculously small, and I was shocked by the price. The food is okay, but maybe they should serve smaller portions and not charge you for everything. Obviously, it's a supplement to ask for cheese, and I'm not complaining about them charging you, but... they literally gave us 10 tiny pieces of the supermarket four-cheese blend and charged €1.45... it's absurd.

The burgers we received were nothing like the usual hamburgers at the other Foster's Hollywood restaurants I've visited, and they're not worth the asking price. I've seen better ones at McDonald's. The other dishes they served (salad, fries with cheese and bacon, and ribs) were simply bland and in small quantities compared to what's usual at these places. This is the first Foster's Hollywood restaurant where we've left hungry, since after the main courses, we didn't want to risk dessert. Even so, the bill came to €90 for four people, thanks to the 25% discount coupon we used. We'll probably never return to this Foster's Hollywood restaurant. It's also worth noting that we had to complain about our food because it hadn't arrived (approximately 20 minutes after ordering). However, the staff was very attentive and friendly, which is the only good thing about this place.

The burgers are like sawdust and filled with chunks, and the fries have been through the fryer so many times that when you bite into them, oil oozes out everywhere. The restaurant is part of a shopping center, so it doesn't have its own restrooms or air conditioning... After we ordered our food, it took an hour for the first course to arrive. When we complained, the manager apologized, but it wasn't going to end there. One of the dishes we ordered was a "Monterrey Burrito," which, for those familiar with the dish, I've attached a photo to the review. It was tiny, practically half the usual size. We're regular customers of different restaurants in the same chain, and we quickly realized this. After pointing this out to the manager, he insisted on apologizing and told us he was treating us to dessert. When we ordered the desserts, one of them was "Pancakes," and they usually come with cream and dulce de leche. I've also attached the photo to the review for those familiar with the dish, but this is the first time we've been served pancakes that look like soup, all mushy and covered in syrup, meaningless. I've never had such a negative experience at a Foster's, but overall, it's one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We won't be back.

The owners of this franchise should stop by their restaurant from time to time. They brought us our second drink, after ordering it three times, when we'd almost finished the burger. And they charged us more than the menu stated. We mentioned this to the waiter, and he told us the menu wasn't updated. They'd mentioned this several times, but they didn't send them. So, what they should do is let us know in advance or not include the menu.

It's really a shame that these things happen... And on top of that, they don't even take the slightest care of the customer. I'm definitely not going back there... I don't think the treatment from the moment we walked in is normal, nor is the lack of professionalism during service, with an inappropriate tone. The food is outrageously expensive and the portions are tiny. It's disorganized; you order appetizers and then a main course, and they bring everything at once, so you end up eating it all cold. The staff's behavior depends on the day—they might treat you well, or they might not even look at you. The atmosphere is just so-so! I absolutely do not recommend it. Éramos 3 y el restaurante con 5 mesas, normal para la hora que era, las 16:30 h. Lo que no es normal que tarden casi una hora en traernos los platos y cuando los traen, estaban FRÍOS! Camareros habían de sobra, serían unos 6 en sala… Una pena pero ahora sí que ya le hacemos la cruz para siempre. NO VOLVEREMOS NUNCA MÁS.

The staff is pretty lazy, there's a lot of background noise, the food is scarce and inattentive. My son has to paint without colors because he doesn't have any (don't give him anything for that...) They clean the tables but not the floor between meals... I had another meal today (I regret it). They didn't have jalapeños or wings.
