They even gave the dogs water, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing that surprised me was that when paying, you can't tip with a card; only cash, and I rarely carry any. The restaurant is located in a shopping center. The decor is beautiful and modern. Great food, friendly staff, and prompt service. The large counter and selection of tapas and pinchos make it easy to grab a quick snack and take a short break from shopping. You can find everything from vegetarian options to meat and fish, as well as delicious desserts for afternoon coffee. The staff speaks Spanish, German, French, and English, and you feel like you're in good hands. It's worth a visit every year for us.

Everyone serves very well, but especially the woman who has been here for a long time, is very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Food is delivered immediately, with no waiting. Perfect if you're craving tapas or are in a hurry. You'll come back for the flavor; you'll be loyal to the excellent and welcoming service. The variety is incredible. The tapas and pinchos are generally very tasty, except for a few that aren't that good. Highly recommended.

My partner and I went for lunch. We ordered the combo plates. They let you choose a meat, and all dishes come with four sides (sautéed mushrooms, fries, lettuce, and potato salad). We ordered beef steak and pork loin. The meat was delicious and very tender, just lacking a little salt. The dishes are generous, so they're a good fit if you have a big appetite, and the prices are affordable, including two soft drinks. We paid around €19.

We went there for dinner with a child, and the truth is that the girl who worked there was very attentive. At the busiest time, she tried to follow an order and keep an eye on everyone. Attentive and friendly service! It is true that, if you go there for lunch or dinner hungry, it can be a bit expensive, since you are taking tapas and pintxos, and in the end the sum goes up. The food was good, and if you asked, they could heat up any tapa for you. We had dinner inside the restaurant, but since it is an open space, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the people walking around the area.

Good tapas at a reasonable price. Tip: Wait at your table while the hot tapas are coming out; they ring a bell to announce them. If it's busy, you'll have to be careful not to miss out on hot tapas. They also have a variety of desserts. The service is friendly and courteous.

The price/quality ratio isn't worth it. I have no complaints about the staff, but the food was average to poor. In a tapas place that's less than good, the tapas bread was average, the batter was dry, the meat was low-quality... Then we had a menu consisting of mushrooms, salad (from a supermarket bag), frozen chips, and Russian salad with a choice of main course. We chose the "secreto" and hamburgers. The "secreto" tasted like chewing gum, and the hamburgers were the cheapest you can buy in a supermarket. I can make that kind of cheap, frozen, supermarket food at home. Those two plates with six tapas cost us €37 for two people. For that price, you can get a quality menu with starters, first course, main course, and dessert in many places for two people. We were torn between this place and Konig, and we made a complete mistake. They also didn't respect the two-meter distance between tables. Another table sat behind me, and my back and another diner's were separated by half a meter at most. But in their defense, they respect social distancing in very few places I've seen. If my meal had cost €20, I might not have posted this review, but it seemed incredibly expensive for the quality of the food. I don't know if the other Lizarran restaurants are of the same quality, but I'd rather not check.

Me encantaría poner mejor nota, pero no puedo. He pedido calentar unas tapas ( que en una pizarra pone que se pueden calentar ), me han dicho que no por la afluencia de gente. La calidad de la comida a bajado muchísimo, el pollo se podría decir que estaba vivo, solo el rebozado estaba hecho. Las bravas, era mas puré de patatas con salsa que patatas bravas. Las almejas si estaban buenas, muy buenas, pero calientes mejorarian aún mas. El personal muy amable y atento. Pero el precio que hemos pagado ( mas de 50 euros ) me parece exagerado por la calidad de la comida, hemos dejado platos y tapas a medias porque no nos han gustado, no se podían comer Postres aceptables, aunque creo que habían algunos mas. Es una lástima porque le daba la brasa a mi pareja para volver y traer a familiares a probar porque en su dia nos encanto. hoy hemos ido. Ya no tengo ganas de volver

The manager, aside from being rude, was incompetent. We asked him about the grilled foie skewers with caramelized onions, and he left us waiting at the table for 15 minutes, and nothing. We asked for cod, and he said it would take 15/20 minutes, but it took 50 minutes. Come on, we won't be back.
