I love these chilaquiles. We've had a tradition of getting some every weekend for almost a year now. The only complaint I have is that on two or three occasions now, they've been poorly served, with half the box or a little more. Other than that, they're a delicious breakfast.

The chilaquiles have arrived without pork rinds, without beans, and are practically just tortilla chips with salsa. This last time, we ordered several identical dishes, and it seemed like they prepared them together and then separated them: my chilaquiles had more cheese than tortilla chips and no pork rinds at all, while the others we ordered were just tortilla chips. I hope they can be more careful with the portions and what's included, because you pay expecting to receive what they usually offer.
