Rude attitude. We asked for a minor change to our drink right after ordering, and they told us no, that they were already making it, which I doubt was immediate. When they took our order, we didn't order a latte, and they didn't ask and assumed it was hot. When we asked for a change, they insisted on adding ice to one of the drinks.

I ordered two Boston Cream donuts, and neither had a filling... What a disappointment! I always order that donut at other Tim Hortons just for the filling, but at this location, they don't have any filling.

One of the worst branches in Saltillo. I went at night and we were in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and no one answered even though there were staff inside. They didn't open the curtains or anything to let us know there was no service and a horrible line formed. Then I went again and they didn't have the ingredients for my drink. Terrible service.
