Muy buena experiencia. La comida está rica y bien servida. Pedí la promoción de rib eye con brocheta de chorizo y caldo de costilla, y todo tenía muy buen sabor. Además nos agregaron un guacamole, El lugar es agradable y el servicio al cliente es atento. Sin duda volvería.

La comida está muy rica 😋 los cortes los recomiendo la salsa que te hacen al instante está muy rica 🤤 Las micheladas están muy buenas.. El lugar es bastante amplio la verdad siempre que voy hay muchas mesas. El ambiente es muy bueno 👌🏼 Lo recomiendo mucho .

The food was acceptable. But in my opinion, there are better places for the same price. The waitress served us well, but it took a long time to serve us. And there weren't many people in the establishment. The music was very loud. I wouldn't recommend it. I recommend the "gucha" salad. The ribeye steaks were expensive and dry.

Food was great. Staff need service , order food ,and order additional food ,they took off some of the sides out. So watch what the give u. (Sneeky) .also food was served but no silverware. Waited on another waiter passing by. As we leaving told host we did not have good service. He just joked about it. Nonono. 😞

Servicio lento, tardaron más de una hora en llevar la comida a la mesa, porciones pequeñas y elevadas de precio. No lo recomiendo. Íbamos para celebrar un cumpleaños en familia y salimos disgustados. Al momento de que nos entregaron la cuenta se le hizo el comentario al mesero de todo lo que ya dije, entendemos que no es su culpa, pero es increíble la lentitud y lo mal servido que está, se le dijo que no se dejaría propina y al cobrar incluyó $500 de propina, hablamos con el gerente y nos dio el efectivo. Super mal experiencia.

By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Staff is mainly kids that are not well focused on their customers. My family and I had to walk ourselves to our own table then was told to move to different area. Not only that but my food was not well cooked and waited more than 20 minutes for a simple pack of tortillas which lead my food to get cold. They had the audacity to even ask for a tip at the end. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Bad service and lack of customer experience.

The staff was playing in the corner of the restaurant when we came in, we led ourselves to our tables. We were asked to move to a different table. We had to ask a few times for tortillas since they limited it more than any other noreste grill restaurants we have been to. We have been to other noreste grill restaurants that was way better the service here sucked. Food wasn't even made the same as the other sites
