I don't know how this place always has a strange smell as soon as you approach the counter and it starts to get really hot. Snow is always a guarantee, but the employees—I only see three, and all three of them have the attitude of not wanting to be there. They serve you reluctantly, only putting on a fake smile when they turn your blizzard over. Hahaha. The other day they got in there arguing amongst themselves. Obviously, I'll keep buying, but I assure you it's not because of the good service.

This time I didn't like it; it was a marzipan Blizzard, but it had hardly any marzipan in it compared to other branches.

Terrible, they use too much water. They keep the faucet running all the time. Imagine how many liters of water they use a day and how many they'll use over the life of the business. I told the guy working, "Hey, your faucet has a 'small' leak and it's wasting too much water," and the guy said, "That's right, so that's how it works." Every time the machine makes snow, the water turns on even more, and even when it's not being used, jets of water come out. I don't know if this is the case in all Dairy Queen stores, but if it is, the company (or the manager, only if it's at that branch) should do something, fix this, so that water doesn't have to be wasted for the machine to make snow, not a drop. Very bad, I won't buy there again, or at any other branch.

Terrible service at the San Agustín branch (San Pedro Garza García). At every other Dairy Queen in Mexico and the US we've been to, they've always readily agreed to swap the plantain ingredient for walnuts in the Hawaiian Blizzard. Despite explaining that all other branches offer substitutions (not an extra ingredient, but an EXCHANGE) from one ingredient to another, they refused to serve us with the worst possible attitude.
