Un pequeño local en Cholula ideal para un gran y delicioso desayuno. Si tienes poco tiempo y necesitas un lugar rico, barato y rápido para la hora de la comida, también puedes ir al Picnic. En especial recomiendo los chilaquiles verdes. SON DELICIOSOS. El servicio es muy amigable y atento. Definitivamente regresaré varias veces.

Me marcan para decirme que les de mi dirección por qué según ya tenían hecho el pedido a lo cual por la demora les digo que ya no lo quiero Y ME MIENTEN diciendo que si cancelo me lo cobran cuando la app por la demora me daba la opción de cancelar sin costo ... Termine pagando por un alimento que llegó tarde , frío , la milanesa toda tiesa y sin sabor que además no se ve para nada como en sus fotos con una mini porción de frijol de una cucharada sopera... Cero recomendado.

I ALMOST LOST A TOOTH. To begin with, I ordered café de olla (the worst I've ever had). I told the guy it tasted weird, and his response was, "I tried it, and it tastes fine." Then they brought my breakfast, and when I took a bite, I BIT DOWN ON A PIECE OF METAL. It almost knocked out my tooth. (Besides the fact that they took like 30 minutes to serve me.) There was a piece of metal in my food. THE GUY WHO SERVES YOU TREATS YOU LIKE YOU'RE DOING HIM A FAVOR.

I ordered through Rappi, and my only mistake was not reading the reviews here first. At least now I know it wasn't the delivery driver's fault. The presentation was awful; it arrived all dirty, without utensils, and the taste was horrendous. I was starving because it was 2 PM and I hadn't had breakfast, and even with that hunger, I couldn't finish it. It tasted terrible, and the egg had a bad taste and smell, besides being burnt. The only thing I could drink was the juice because I think it was from a carton. This is false advertising on Rappi's part because the pictures are nothing like what you actually receive.

I hope they answer my calls before 1 PM because I'm going to complain. I ordered through Didi, and it said the delivery time would be 25-30 minutes, but the driver took an hour and a half to arrive. As if that wasn't enough, I had a problem at work because of the extra time I had to take for it to arrive. The order arrived in terrible condition; everything was in the same dome, not even separated. The eggs, the pancakes with jam, the tortillas, and everything else were all mixed together. And to top it all off, I wrote in capital letters in the order specifications that I wanted fried eggs, but they sent me scrambled eggs. It was my mistake to trust them and not check the reviews beforehand, but they shouldn't be taking advantage of the situation. If they're not giving us breakfast for free, we're paying for a service that, at the very least, one expects to be delivered in the condition a restaurant provides.

I ordered through Rappi. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired. But the main thing is the taste of the food and the misleading advertising. I think all these food delivery companies should have slightly higher standards. The food isn't terrible, but it's not good either. They include juice or fruit and tea in very small portions. The real problem is that they don't have the packaging capacity, and one of the main problems is that we tend to blame the delivery person when the store didn't provide our food in the first place.

I agree with those who have ordered through the app. It doesn't taste good. I ordered some enchiladas and Milanese. The delivery guy may not be to blame, but the sellers are. They could have spent more on how they package things. The enchiladas were flavorless. The Milanese was so-so. I honestly wouldn't order it again.

I'm that comment you look for before ordering from Rappi: The food is terrible. I ordered chilaquiles, and they're the worst I've ever eaten. They taste sour, have giant tortilla chips, and they're barely any chicken or cheese, and they fill them with salsa to make them look "bigger." I would definitely never order here again. But if you're not sure about my comment, you can order and check it out.
