I don't think the price-performance ratio is adequate. Although the food is tasty, the prices are high compared to the restaurant's ambiance and facilities. The decor and furnishings don't justify the cost of the dishes. For these reasons, I wouldn't visit again.

I was really craving a tlayuda, and going here for dinner was satisfying. I tried the cecina tlayuda with chorizo, and it was delicious because the ingredients were fresh. I liked that the guava and mint water wasn't too sweet, so it was a good experience.

I always order the tlayuda with tasajo! It's delicious. They're cooked over charcoal, which gives them a very special flavor. I highly recommend this place. P.S. Order any tlayuda with chicharrón prensado (pressed pork rinds); it adds a great flavor. P.S. The mezcals are artisanal. Ask the owner for a recommendation. They're not cheap, but they're very good because they're handcrafted.

They have a vegan option. I would suggest not to add the tomato to the vegan tlayuda. They have tacos dorados and another aperitif, it's like a gordita, filled with refried beans. Ask for that one, no cream or cheese if you are a vegan. It's the best they have. Ask to add prickly pear salad to them. The service was nice, they just need to clean their grill.

La comida sin sabor, la tlayuda muy escasa en cuanto a ingredientes, le ponen muy poco para el precio en que lo ofrecen. Otra cosa el servicio del mesero pésimo.

Un día hemos probado este lugar y era de las experiencias peores que hemos hecho en Cholula. Ni yo, ni mis amigos acabaron sus platillos de Tlayudas y la bebida también era muy decepcionante. No voy a regresar a este lugar. Y tampoco entiendo sus calificaciones aquí.
