Eli was so kind, the food is really nice, they give you some sushi and ramen included in the buffet, there was a fried sushi with a red sauce I didn’t like that much, but the fresh sushi is really nice, the drinks also so good we choose the lemonade of blue berries and one of maracuyá Some of the wings were too fried and were a little dry and hard to eat but the most of them were good

It is not a buffet, I would say, it is an all you can eat resta but you have to wait until they take your order and you have the option for 2 items. Be ready to wait upto 3 hours to eat 4 items if it's busy that day. Food is good, service can be improved, too many people for the amount of waiters, place is nice, you have nice view of the piramith and there is a parking lot in the plaza

Terrible!!! Here's my experience: On Saturday, December 6th, I went to Cholula, as I have many times before. At the Villas Arqueológicas hotel, there was an event where several businesses, like Ozumo Buffet, were promoting themselves through activities and booths like a fair and bazaar. There was also a DJ getting people to sing karaoke. Participating in karaoke gave you a coupon per person for Ozumo Buffet. This coupon was only valid in Cholula, and the only thing you paid for was your drinks. Of course, we won a couple of coupons (which is obviously a way to get you to spend more, and that's fine; that's the whole point of the consumption strategy, I have no problem with that). But when we got to the buffet, they treated us like criminals. The hostess and the head waiter confronted us at the entrance, and he even tried to assault us. The truth is, we were going to leave without going in, but I thought, why should we leave? We weren't doing anything wrong. Anyway, the manager came out and tried to make amends by giving us a complimentary drink (it was some kind of liquid chamoyada, kind of weird, but it tasted okay). Honestly, we couldn't even eat properly because of how uncomfortable they made us feel. But guess what?... the head waiter came to collect the bill, and the shameless guy even asked if I wanted to leave a tip. When I said no, he charged me twice. The jerk thought I hadn't noticed, so I showed him my app where he'd double-charged me. I wanted to talk to the manager, but he'd already left. In the end, he had to cancel one of the two charges... Why would I leave a tip after how he treated us? Can you imagine how many people have been charged twice and haven't even realized it? Terrible experience!!!
