Loyal Peet's drinker. Nothing beats their coffee IMO. Wanted to give a special shout out to the staff at this location. They are almost always slammed with customers and orders, but are very kind, considerate and friendly in the service they provide. Such a bonus to have great interactions when I pick up the makings for my favorite beverage!

Somewhat hard to find but definitely worth the effort! I have been a fan of Peet's Coffee for decades, but after I moved i wasn't able to visit a store. The Coffee is fresh roasted and delicious. Having the ability to talk to a knowledgeable representative is so much better than going to Safeway! I ended up buying 2 pounds of coffee, 2 boxes of Keurig pods, 3 scones and a double Espresso. They also answered my touristy questions. Had a great time with fellow Coffee lovers.

This is one of my favorite places to get coffee and tea. The staff is chill and friendly and helpful and it really gives you a feeling of community. In addition the store is always kept clean and comfortable and the drinks are always tasty! It's a perfect way to start or end the day. I really cant reccomend the chai tea lattes enough!

No changing table in the bathrooms. The odd thing about it is that there is 1 extra big bathroom and totally is able to fit one.

Always a little bit of a wait sometimes alot of wifi campers. The staff is very good and service is fast it's fail uniform for a Peet's. Has outdoor space which is great. It's in redhill shopping strip so parking is crowded but always spots if you feel up to walking a few hundred feet before your shot of espresso. The place competes with local shops with better ambience but bad parking. This is a slam dunk for parking and no meters to feed. The coffee is very good.

The Bonbom is a Bonbon! Super sweet condensed milk with a double shot of espresso! I've found the energy to clean an entire apartment complex

Chillfully happy relaxed staff. Other than that, menu is poorly displayed and the line was full of discomforting creeps behind me when I was there.

Starbucks is so much better. Peet's is either too sweet or flavorless

Avoid it if you can. 9 times out of 10 there are 5 people working, a line out the door, and only one person working the counter. When this isn't the case, you order a coffee, pay for it, and THEN they tell you they'll need to brew a new pot. Maddening. Just walk over to the Starbucks at the Safeway.

Food here wasn’t worth the attitude from the staff. There was no welcoming, or hello, just a “what would you like?” The food wasn’t good either. Their maple syrup sandwich was horrible. I doubt I’ll be back.

First thing the cashier never looked up and didn't have much to say. The place had a small line but nothing a couple of people working could have done. I counted six people working. They were very slow and the pick up counter was dirty. A customer brought the milk carafe to the drink counter and told the two women it was empty it sat there the entire time we waited for two drinks. I did not like that the ladies making drinks had premade milk just sitting there. With all those people working that store was very dirty. Also I've never seen two people make one drink. It's back to STARBUCKS
