Food was as expected. What was unexpected was the service. An employee came by to check on my wife and the kids while I was waiting to get our order. He cleaned the table, brought us an extra chair so we could eat at one table. Brought coloring pencils and activity pages to keep the kids happy. Brought the food to the table for us and paper hats for the kids to wear. He just went above expectations and made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you.

First time at in n out, food was good but what I enjoyed the most was the cashier, Mya. Mya was seriously the best cashier and gave good recommendations. I absolutely loved her friendly and outgoing personality!

Late night savior - after a long late night ride from LAX- Late hours worked to our advantage. We had some burgers ,fries and a drink all were absolutely the best. Extremely clean inside and the workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rylee R was a great cashier. Coming from the east coast we don’t have any locations. So when available we go. Simply the best burger joint in the planet!! The bathrooms were a bit messy.

I was on my way from LA to San Diego last Thursday. Needed to grab some lunch, so I figured I would give In-N-Out a try again so I didn’t just base my opinions off one stop in the past. I forgot how limited the menu was, kind of reminds me of Five Guys, but the food is better. I would definitely say it is heads and tails better than McDonalds, and I’d put it well above Wendy’s and Burger King as well! The service here at the Oceanside, CA location was friendly and quick, and the food came out quickly. I am not typically a fan of fast food places, but….would I stop again yes, because it was good, and it was quick.

Only the second time Ive been to one of these. Damn they are good for fast food. Only three burgers to choose from, add "Animal Style" to them. Very good indeed, not sure they are better than Five Guys, but definitely worth a visit. Fries are very good too, but perhaps a bit on the salty side. You can also get your fries animal style too, which we did. Oh! And it is a great value, less than $20 for two people.

A prime in n out location. This is a great spot to get off the highway and have a nice little snack. As always the staff here are amazing and the food is just perfect. I recommend getting a double double protein and animal style you will not regret it.

First experience ever at an In-N-Out and it was awesome! Friendly staff and super excellent food! On a recommendation, I got the 3x3 animal style with animal fries! Food was fresh and really flavorful! Wishing I lived on the west coast so I could eat here more often!

The employees are so nice and friendly every time. 4 stars because they usually forget something or the tea taste like the spicket hasn't been cleaned. But the food is usually good.

We had a very good experience at this location, with one notable caveat. I was visiting from the east coast and also looking to get some video footage to make a video about the In-N-Out Secret menu. An employee approached me and asked me not to film, citing it was company policy. He was very nice and professional about it, and I did stop filming inside after he asked. I can't find any official policy online. The food on this trip was very good, just as expected. For the price, In-N-Out is an incredible value! The secret menu adds a layer of fun and mystery.

I live on an area that doesn't offer In and Out so during my visit to the West Coast, I was super excited to try it for the first time... gotta say, I wasn't impressed. Ok, it's not terrible but I guess I had high expectations from seeing all the videos on social media...it was just ok. As everyone stated, the fries are terrible...like cardboard, lol! The burgers are not memorable but I guess when you're from here, it's good. I got the double double with whole grilled onions animal style and animal style fries.

I ordered online. I've never been to this BK before. When I got to the drive thru I drove right past their ordering station, because it was turned off. There was no light at all, or any indication that you were supposed to stop there (it's night time). The lady who replied when I produced my standard salutation (hello) informed me that they were out of the frozen cherry fanta I ordered. The other options for frozen beverages were not good (that's why I picked the one I did). I got a sprite instead. The sprite was terrible. My guess is the syrup ran out halfway through or something. I get to the window to receive my order and they ask me to pull ahead and inform they'll bring it out to me. I pulled ahead and watched youtube videos for many minutes until I almost forgot what I was doing there. Several minutes after that a woman came out and handed me a bag, but did so in the most precarious manner possible. I checked the bag and it only had what looked to be half my order, so I went in to get the rest. It turns out they handed me someone else's order entirely, so they had mine in hand when I went in to get it rectified. The fries were hot and tasty. That's where the good stuff ends. My double cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard on it, but was plain instead. Not the biggest deal. But my "Bacon King" had what looks to be a single strip of paper thin bacon broken into several pieces and put on the top. The bottom of the burger patties were burnt to a crisp. Pictures for reference. This is WAY beyond flame broiled. It was dry, and tasted of seriously burnt meat (because it was). I would have asked them to make another, but I didn't want to wait presumably another 20 minutes for a replacement. Literally every single other restaurant in the area had a line, but this place didn't. And now I know why. This is hands down the worst Burger King I've ever been to. And I've been to a LOT of Burger Kings. Please don't waste your money here. I hope this place can just go completely out of business so maybe a GOOD burger restaurant can take their place.

Today we originally planned to get McDonald’s but it was super busy so decided to go across the street to Burger King around 3:10pm. It was completely dead at least no one in the drive thru (lucky us, so we thought.) Pull up and wait a minute for someone to take our order. We were better off going to order at the window or inside. The young girl (17-21yr old, had charm bracelet and bunch of rings on hands. Didn’t have a name tag on so wasn’t able to get her name) taking our order was extremely unprofessional. When my husband would try repeating his self, because she clearly wasn’t paying attention throughout us ordering, she would respond “Huh,” “What.” Like I completely understand it’s not a “fancy restaurant” but if you don’t want to do Your Job, and feel so “bothered” by paying customers then don’t work there. We were even met with more attitude and faces when we pulled up to pay. She must of felt annoyed by us because she then had the manager (I’m assuming,) hand us our food. A bit unfortunate because the food was a solid 8 out of 10. It’s always pretty good when we go (not often.) Definitely don’t hire people who don’t have some sort of decency in customer service.

VERIFY YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. This is my home Burger King. I don’t have any real complaints about the food. It’s what you generally expect. 4 out of 5 times(drive-thru) there’s either something wrong with my order, or the thrive through lady is unprofessional in terms of customer experience. In my opinion, they are always understaffed.

Shelby at the cash register was incredibly rude. I asked how she was and she was very dismissive then she did not ask for our order or anything and just stared at me with a smug expression on her face so we sat in awkward silence for a while until I finally just told her what we wanted. Not the craziest thing to happen but incredibly awful service for an In n out where we typically have great experiences and great service.

Did not get anything that we ordered correct ordered a double whopper with cheese and ask them to cut it in half did not get the cheese did not cut it in half chocolate shake, but it was vanilla These people do not know what they’re doing here. don’t go here.

A simple order cannot be fulfilled. Pay for a large order of hash browns and got half off them, ordered a bacon and egg only burrito and had to drive back because I got bacon, egg, sausage, and cheese. RIDICULOUS. At this point my time should be compensated for your inability to pay attention. P.s it was not even busy at all.

Terrible. If I wasnt forced to give at least one star to rate this place I would have given 0 stars! I was the only costumer in line, paid extra for LARGE fries and my kids happy meals had more fries than my supposedly LARGE fries. Horrible. Look at the pics, I feel robbed. Dont come here

Ordered breakfast for two. One sandwich had a thin piece of meat and no egg,even though it was meat-egg-cheese. The other had a thick piece of wet egg. The tots were a weird color and tasted liked refried tots. The person running drive thru wasn't happy at all, and could use a coffee or customer service class. Maybe they need more people, or a food inspector before food hits the window.

Normally when we come with a mobile order the food is hot and fresh. Tonight I did the usually mobile order and pickup. The food is extremely cold, our order was wrong completely. When I tried to call the store the manager said she couldn't hear. I tried calling back again several times and the phone just rings. Regardless of the current situation, the food should always BE FRESH. I would haver never served my family or anyone else cold a** food. Safe to say I will never eat here again and I will be requesting a full refund. This is absolutely ridiculous that you have a closed lobby. While serving cold food to everyone.

Decided to give this fairly new location another try. Yet again, the place is beyond dirty, unacceptable.The soda fountain area dirty, the female that took our order was acting like a drama queen, took 15 mins, taking the order to the guy in front of me. Though the manager acknowledged us, I don't think ill be coming to this location again. And no wonder why they close so many other BK locations...if they don't fix this issue this location will be closing next.

The crew tonight was TRASH. I completely understand why you have such low ratings and honestly, you all should be fired. Ordered off of uber eats, delivery lady got there on time and to me on time. Fries were stale and cold. You guys didn’t even BOTHER to drop fresh fries even refry the ones you gave me all though I would like fresh hot fries. Drink was so watery it tasted like it has been sitting there from 6 orders ago and my sandwich was not good at all. If you didn’t want to work, you SHOULD have stayed home. I’d rather for y’all to have been closed than to sell and service the trash I got tonight. If I was able to get back to the store tonight, I would have thrown it back at you. People work way too hard, I work way too hard for my money to have been wasted that way. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. The crew tonight should be ashamed of yourselves. With that type of customer service, fast food places will be your only job.

Usually i have good experiences but the crew that worked yesterday morning was horrible! When they finally brought my food my fries were missing and then they forgot to bring them back out to me. After waiting 15 minutes i went in for a refund and the two people in there were just playing around laughing. The manager seemed to not even care

Every time I come to this Burger King, the service is trash. It’s always hot up in here and I mean for the past year year and a half. I’ve come up here. I don’t care if some winner is hot up in there. I’m standing there. I see the workers they don’t wash their hands is dirty back there food on the floor. They’re going back-and-forth from the drive-through and then going and making sandwiches. They had me waiting for about 10 minutes. Nobody else was in the lobby and there was two cars in the drive-through. I turned around and just walked out after about 11 or 12 minutes. These people talking about this the greatest service they’ve had and given them these high riders men gotta be fake accounts. There ain’t no way I’ve never had a good service at this restaurant or food.
