The staff at this location was very friendly and welcoming! My family had a great experience and really enjoyed the burgers. The family-size fries are huge and can easily be shared by a few people. We’ll definitely be back.
Decided to try BurgerFi for the first time, and was extremely satisfied. Food was excellent service was quick and had the opportunity to chat a little bit with the general manager, James. He was so courteous and talked with us for a few minutes about our experience and the environment was so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to a friend

First-time visit to BurgerFi in Raleigh, NC, and I’m seriously impressed. Yes, the burgers are a bit pricey, but they’re absolutely worth it. My bacon cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and golden—just how I like them—and the onion rings were light, crunchy, and spot-on. If you’re looking for a great burger restaurant in Raleigh that delivers quality and flavor, BurgerFi is it. Worth every penny.
Where do I begin ? Everything looked amazing and tasted even better. First time here and I was mind blown by the taste and easy order kiosk. Only thing I was confused about was the option to order onion rings instead of regular fries. I saw a couple ppl with onion rings and I wasn’t able to swap the fries out but eh no big deal I’ll be back. Clean establishment and pretty fast paced. Sat in the patio with my work group. Great location , busy little spot . A lot of traffic in that little shopping center. Definitely a go to place for great gourmet burgers with great taste.
Best Burger I ever ate. The burger was delicious. The bacon was crisp and flavorful. The onion rings and fries so good. And the customer service was fire. Thank you!!!!
Grandchild, wife. and I ate here for lunch 10/24/2015. We had one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The food is very good, generous portions, served quick. and hot. The staff impressed here impressed us the most. They try to greet every customer, they check on you during your meal and are generally keeping the business clean and picked up. It was lunch time, they were busy, yet they still engaged the customers. Some folks, such as myself, are a little slow on the self ordering kiosk. No problem they assisted, thank you. This the only Burger Fi we have been to and we go to Trader Joe's a lot, so we will be back again and again. Thank you Burger Fi for your hospitality, your ordering assistance, and your great attitude. The staff here are AWESOME.
I came here to sit and eat( although I bought a,sandwich from Jason's Deli) since BurgerFI didn't have a veggie burger on the menu but now I know I can order through him at the bar . It was very busy before the 7 pm hour , with 10+ pepple in line ,and I could see Josh working hard behind the counter at the bar + counter and tables. After I got my food I came to sit at the back of the wall and eat. I watched Josh not only cater to each customer with a " thank you" ,I & " appreciate you ", and a smile , but he was attentive to refilling napkins on the tables,bringing the food to the guests + cleaning tables. I feel its important to let people know when their customer service is above and beyond! I wanted to tell him I was a Google reviewer and that he was 1 of the HARDEST WORKING MAN" I SAW AT THE AIRPORT WORKING and not goofing off !. I felt comfortable and safe to sit here since my flight was delayed. Definitely will come here when i come back from Jersey to visit.
First time eating at burger fi. Sat outside on patio. Ceiling fans kept patio cool. Food was great. Burger tasted incredible. Female employee came outside to do something else and walked by and asked if we were done eating and said she'd grab our trays for us. I wished I got her name! I will definitely go back again. You can definitely tell the difference between this burger and the other places where they hand it to you thru a window
Went in on a Tuesday and my kid ate for free with an adult entree, she ate it all! I really enjoyed my burger as well, it was top quality. But the best part of our visit was the warm customer service. Bobby showed courteous hospitality, helping to carry food and making sure that we had all that we needed. This is so important in the food industry, guests don't just want to fill their stomachs, they want to be seen and feel valued; if that were not the case they would eat in their cars. I always say, "if you are not a people-person then find yourself a desk job behind doors." Thanks, team!
Came here for the first time today and can confidently say that it won’t be my last! The food was delicious, but the guy working up front (wish I had gotten his name) made the experience that much better, he was so kind and helpful!
First time here and glad I came. From the awesome menu to the toppings and drink station. This is one of my favorite and go to burgers places now. Come check them out. At least once. I got the BBQ rodeo burger with a large fries topped with cheese, Parmesan and herbs. Try to come before noon because the line gets very long.

Visiting friends in North Carolina had a desire for a Good and delicious burger. He highly recommended burgerFi, wanted to see the hype . Once you walk in you see place was booming very busy but very spacious with inside and outside dinning ,the line moved real quick . This place is great! They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The burgers are really good. The fries and onion rings are great. It is pricey for a burger place, but the quality is excellent and soy-free in most their products is a huge deal to me. I highly recommend, but be ready for $17 for a single bacon cheeseburger burger, drink, and fries/onion rings.

Nothing special but the price. When did all these basic places become so expensive? And the order taker had an attitude when I asked for one patty versus two. My wife still tipped. BurgerFi has really grown on me. The VegiFi Burger is at the top of the list. The original is preferred over the spicy simply because the spicy doesn’t add as much flavor as expected although it could be your thing! They do offer gluten free buns for a more health conscious option. The staff is nice. The bathroom was out of hand sanitizer and when we asked about they said they didn’t have any. Oh well 🤷 Anyway give them a try if you’re passing by and don’t mind spending $15 for a small burger, (no side or drink included.)

We went there Saturday lunch time, not crowded and only short wait time. We love the grilled chicken sandwich that me and my son ordered as well as the Hotdog sandwich that my husband got. But we are so disappointed with the french fries. We got 2 orders of fries and they look old, burnt and dried and you can tell that it was thrown again to the fryer and reheated. This is not our first time eating here that's why we know that the fries are old because their fries doesn't look like that. I just forgot to take a picture because of disappointment. I ordered thru the app I asked for my food to be well done meaning my burgers and they gave me burned fries.i also asked for onions on my burger recieved none.for a $40 order i wish the cooks would do right...I have never known for anyone to ask for thier fries to be burnt or well done..I caught an uber to pick up my food so I was highly disappointed when I got back home....
Dined in. Ordered today, 02/05/2026, wagyu patties cheeseburger(meat tasted funky), and fries(burnt) , couple of hours later I started vomiting and then having the SHITS every 15 minutes. Severe abdominal pain. Fever and chills. Food poisoning. It’s 22:45, and it is still ongoing and I feel like crap. I will see how I go through the night. Hopefully not ending up in emergency. P.S. that’s the only meal I had today.
Went in for a beer and a burger with my wife. Taps did not work, and the server acted like it was a chore to fix them so we got a refund on the beers. When we got our food my wife’s burger had the wax paper from the cheese slices inside the sandwich. We trashed our food and left. If I could leave zero stars I would.
The experience was not even worthy of the review but I have to let it be known the food was horrible and the service was worst when you spend money at an establishment you expect a little bit of customer service not treatment that feels like you're the problem as a consumer. The burger was sloppy and the brisket was rubbery it didn't even look close to the display
