Where do I start? I’ll start at deliciousness. To end your work day with a 3 patty high bacon cheeseburger with pickles, raw onions, ketchup & mayo; is pretty much everything a guy could ask for. Only thing that would make it better would be some fresh cut fries, oh wait we got a fat side of those too Not much hope left in the world today, whatever little that is left can be found at five guys burgers & fries

I have never come to five guys, but i recently got a gift card and decided to try it out. The girl at the register was so kind, I half didnt expect them to be open due to the freeze but im glad they were! Food is amazing, the girl was so kind, and the atmosphere is chill and nice. will be coming back

Worst berger we have ever had. Meat over cooked. Wrong order fries. Way to expensive for what you get. Mostly friendly people. Potatoes were not crunchy . Better burgers in town.

Ive been an expat living abroad the past year. Coming home, I really craved a Five Guys burger. It was really good! The only surprise was a double burger, small fry and small drink is almost $25 dollars. So, I will not be able to enjoy this very often before i go back overseas.

Love this hamburgers. Eating peanuts for free while waiting for the order is a thing for us. The flavor of the French fries is unique. The hamburguers are fresh and customized.

Five Guys does hamburger and fries right. On top of that they even make unlimited choice of flavored milkshakes right. The bread doesnt overwhelm the flavor of the burger and the unlimited toppings make for a truly individualized burger. The french fries carry rich potato flavors and choosing Cajun style is a welcome addition of flavor. The milkshakes are bar none to any chain style milkshakes and I recommend adding bacon!

I really love the fries. Because they are cooked in peanut oil and that makes all the difference with flavor. The oil never tastes old. I had my first Burger here and I prefer rare burgers, so it's hard for me to get into a well done burger. I like that they have lots of free toppings you can add.

This was my first experience at Five Guys and it was exceptional. I was familiar and hesitant with their high prices on their burgers, but I wasn't disappointed. Their fries, shake, and burger were excellent! You definetly get a bang for your buck on the fries, but I can't say that really about the burger due to it being upwards on 10 bucks. The staff in this location was nice and attended to my order faster when they saw I was still waiting for my shake. However, when I got home and checked my order, my bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon on it. So I basically paid 1.50$, give or take, extra for a cheeseburger. But after I called them, they took my name down and allowed me to get a new one later. Overall, decent experience, but I'll definetly check my order next time before I leave the store.

I really like Five Guys. All of the locations I have been to have really great food. I especially like the peanuts to eat while you are waiting for your order. And the soda machines are really neat in that they have many unique flavors you can't find anywhere else. Last time I went I ordered a Little Cheeseburger, Little Fries, and a Regular Drink. When I paid for it, I had sticker shock. How can this meal cost $18? Seems a bit pricey to me. I Googled Five Guys price increase and apparently the users of Reddit thought the same. Is it worth it? Yes. But not on a regular basis. That's why I only gave them 4 stars.

Had a basic single patty bacon burger with lettuce tomato and mustard. Order of small fries also. It was very tasty with a juicy burger and well cooked fries which leave the skin on. Nice touch. Down side was the price. Thirteen dollars for just those 2 items. Not a burger place I will go to frequently.

They've got better burgers and fries than most of the chain burger joints. The prices are high, but you get things the others don't offer: dbl patty, unlimited toppings, free peanuts, and wayyyyy more fries than you ordered. They're (Ocean Twp store) pretty quick and efficient too - about 10 minutes on a standard day. If you're in the mood for a good burger that'll be warm and fresh and you're too lazy to do it yourself, then there are few better options.

Guaranteed to always have a great burger. I had the bacon and cheese single and it really hit the spot, their fries are plentiful but only wished they put some kind of seasoning.

So my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at 5Guys. They are all real burger fiends. Been a while since we've done 5Guys. $12 for burger is a bit excessive. Place just felt sticky. I mean literally everything we touched was tacky. Kids had a nice time which is important. But won't be back anytime soon.

I AM SURE THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUED IF NOT ONE COMING SOON. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN. THE BURGERS WERE OKAY, THE FRIES WERE WHERE BETWEEN OKAY AND POOR. ODD THING WAS THE WHIP CREAM IN THE SHAKE, NEVER DISSOLVED. TELLS ME IT WASN'T REAL WHIP CREAM. SERVICE, WELL GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND. EVERYONE HAD THE PERSONALITY OF A DIAL TONE. IF YOUR STARVING, OR REALLY CRAVING A BURGER, STOP IN.

Went in at 8:30pm tonight (mind you 5 guys closes at 10) and the lady said she was only accepting mobile pickup orders because they were swamped and would be closing really late. That being said, I saw no burgers on the grill or fries being dropped in the 10 minutes I was in there, it simply felt more likely that she was trying avoid working more than she had to. As someone who worked at a 5 guys before, the ONLY time we ever turned someone away was if they tried to order for a large family 5 minutes before close since an average sized order should take around 8 minutes in most 5 guys establishments. Pretty upset as I was really looking forward to eating 5 guys all day, just to be turned away a whole 90 minutes before they closed 😕

I can go down to the Pearl brewery (which is stupid expensive already from the area) and have an absolutely gourmet burger that blows this out of the water for the same price……. Aaaand you get full service. Fix your business model to get my business.
