So, I didn't take any pics..... they have the best chicken wings in town! They're spicy🔥, they're really tasty and crunchy 😋. Plus, they are the only fast food I know of that has fountain Pepsi Zero! My fave. Staff are quick to deliver your order and it's always piping hot. I can't eat the wings for at least 5 minutes after I get in the car.

Went through the drive through today to pick up some lunch. A young women by the name of Valerie was working lunch shift. Service was fast, friendly and most of all she did it with a smile on her face. Best service I've ever had at this location by far. Keep up the great work team!

I went back after YEARS!! and was so pleased with everything! The food was delicious fries were crispy everything literally perfect can’t say much more about it. The costumer service was good too! One of the workers gave me the wrong order and before I could say anything one of the employees came and apologized and gave me my right order! She was so sweet and kind I told her to have a blessed day and left with my meal. I believe her name was Grey? If you go to this location be sure to look for her!

Great food, exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint! The only issues I had was there was 1/3 of sauce in both of my sauces I ordered. If they fill up their sauces I'd say 5 stars.

Food was ok but I'll stick to the other restaurants. Was close by so gave it a shot and ordered the 3 PC with side, mash potatoes we're watery and the pieces of chicken must have been from a small one cause they we're tiny. I recieved a sandwich that was soggy from what I believe were the sauces; there was a pool of juice on the bottom. It did not make the eating experience enjoyable. I came in to order my regular 3-piece chicken combo and requested all thighs, like I’ve gotten here before. The cashier said they “couldn’t do it” and would only do legs and thighs. When I asked why I couldn’t get all thighs, I got no explanation—just a dead-end answer with zero effort to help. I even offered to pay for substitutions, and they still refused. Either this location’s rules change depending on who’s working, or they just didn’t feel like doing it. To make it worse, I ordered an extra roll, and both rolls were hard around the edges like they’d been sitting out. Between the refusal to accommodate a simple request, the lack of communication, and the poor food quality, I’m done. This location will never get my business again.

I just left this location and I’m still shocked by my experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two rolls with butter and honey, and politely asked if the butter and honey could be placed in a separate bag. The employee at the window responded, “No, I’m not going to waste an extra bag,” in a very rude tone. I thought she was joking at first, but she repeated herself the same way. I said okay and asked her to just hand them to me instead. When I pulled up to the window, I asked what the issue was with putting the butter and honey in a separate bag. She again said she was too busy and wasn’t going to waste another bag. What made this even more unprofessional was that she appeared to be filming herself on her phone, possibly live on TikTok, while working the drive-thru. I’ve never seen this employee at this location , I didn’t see her name but had big face tattoo.

Haven’t even tried the food yet but the service was so bad that I would never come back again. Went through the drive thru and asked if we could have a minute to look over the menu since it’s our first time and not even 30 seconds later the girl is asking again what can i get for you? they didn’t even have enough chicken they ended up giving us the 10 piece leg and thigh meal with one roasted piece of chicken to make up for their lack of fried chicken. then when we get our food the gravy is spilling out the sides and we were missing our mashed potatoes. when we said we’re missing the mashed potatoes, the manager Val rudely stepped in and was almost yelling “everything is in there!” then we said there was no mashed potatoes and she said give me that i’ll get you your mashed potatoes still in the loud and rude manner. then she handed us back a container that was spilling out and not even fully closed. i’ve never experienced such a hostile drive thru encounter. if they’re this stressed on a regular friday night, with no one else in the drive thru, this just goes to show poor skills of the management team at this location.

Order was completely wrong drove back 15 min. but as it’s understood we had to bring back the 4 pieces they sent. Instead of the 15 pieces we paid for. The most irritating thing is when we asked for a refund on the sides they asked for the whole order back to get a refund. And I mean by whole order is the 15 pieces they had just handed us. Staff was polite but I felt bad because she was not trained for something like this. I asked for the store manager and she gave me a number from a different store and when I called they told me she wasn’t there and to call back tomorrow. Frustrating that a simple take out dinner could lead to 45 minutes later and still not be able to sit down and eat as I had to go somewhere else to pick up items to complete the meal.

A bit disappointed! I ordered an extra side of macaroni and cheese and got literally like a scoop of macaroni. I paid $3 for it…and got another of dirty rice…same…a scoop…$6 dollars for a scoop? Damn, I know things are getting rough but at least give me what I pay for. Not happy at all with this experience. Plus, why are the jalpenos so small? And why do you charge extra for gravy for mashed potatoes? Rip off..and when I supposedly talked to the manager all she had to say was that’s how it is…Terrible customer service…whoever owns this establishment should look into this….Incompetence and laziness is running your restaurant.

I gave this place a try for the first time and I am not impressed. What I got for $12 was four small and stringy chicken tenders, fries that tasted like they had been sitting in the warming rack for way too long and a soda that tastes like the nozzles had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. All-in-all I will not be going back.

This is the 3rd time it's happened . Reason why it's so annoying this time is because I forgot they do this and walked to my desk in a rush . Why aren't yall putting the gravy in a separate container! I'm so annoyed I probably don't make sense !
