Everyone was so nice and the customers were nice too. I was able to decide what I wanted from their menu as it was easy to Read. The biscuits were so amazing with the gravy. I also ordered another plate with eggs, potatoes, mushrooms, spinach and cheese. It was really good but still felt like it needed a sauce. I would definitely go back.

I decided to treat myself to a pre-birthday solo breakfast. I found this location online, and the reviews drew me in. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and engaging. I ordered the Retro Plate with a side of gravy 😋. It did not disappoint! The biscuits were buttery and not too dense. They were a perfect vehicle for the gravy, which was seasoned to perfection. The smashbrowns were surprisingly tasty with a nice amount of pepper! If you are in the area, definitely stop by.

Tried the Squawking Goat & Five and Dime Tacos--both were great, but the goat cheese made the Squawking Goat Taco my favorite. While the Squawking Goat Biscuit was good, I preferred the Five and Dime Biscuit. My fiancée loves the Sweet Grace and Iced Maple Vanilla Latte--her go-to for brunch. I highly recommend their Bottomless Coffee Bar, though be mindful of some coffee grounds at the bottom. Service is always excellent, and the cozy atmosphere, they also have a small outdoor seating area, makes it a must-visit. Definitely worth checking out!

The chicken here is amazing. We got the five and dime, the cowboy, the farmer, BAM! yo yo, and a hot maple vanilla latte. Everything was great. The waffles were fluffy on the outside with a bit of crunch on the outside, the apple sauce on the farmer was great too. Everything had an underlying spice but it was easily tolerable. The latte came out semi-sweet and perfectly hot. $56 for 4 people isn’t bad at all.

The food was good but we were disappointed in some of the products. The crispy potatoes were store bought and soft and under seasoned. The mushrooms were canned. It would have been nice to have fresher ingredients. The biscuit was DELICIOUS and the blueberry sauce that came with it was so good. Overall a good experience, but I think we would only stop back by for a biscuit in the future and skip the breakfast bowls.

This was the first time I went to the restaurant. I first had them at my job, which they had catered food for us. We had chicken biscuits with bacon, egg, and cheese. We also had the regular chicken biscuits as well as just biscuits. The apple jam/ jelly is delicious. (This was all catered by my job.) The photo in this review is when my sister and I went for breakfast. We both got the hash, which was just okay for me. Some of the potatoes were not fully cooked. I did not care so much for the goat cheese, but I wanted to try it out. If you're not a fan of goat cheese, then you can have them leave it off. Next time, I will be getting the chicken biscuits. I recommend this place. It was very quiet and cozy. The staff was nice and you had several options for good coffee as well. Try them out, and you will not be disappointed.

Visited around 11am on Sunday and waiting about 45mins in line to to place our order, no big deal my family had been wanting to try this place and super glad we did! Sawyer took our order and she was great! Enjoyed all her recommendations 👌🏼we order the fine and dime and it was pretty much everything you would expect, tasty and flavorful and really big and filling. My wife order the cowboy and she said 9/10 , we also ordered smash browns and they were a huge hit at our table. The iced coffee was just alright it took way longer to get out we were nearly done eating before our drinks came out but I understood because they were slammed in the kitchen. It was kind of scattered and unorganized but I didn’t mind. There’s just one thing I can say that you need to be aware of and .. I had to send my sons plate back because the chicken was pink still, they did take it off my bill but my son ate more then half of it before he noticed. So please check your chicken guys!! My chicken was fine tho. Other then that it was great, definitely try the fresh maple chips! I will be returning But I had slight taste in my mouth over the whole pink chicken and I’m hoping my son doesn’t get sick. Oh the restroom were clean too

Honestly, it wasn’t anything to write home about. I think the picture (of one of their most popular items) speaks for itself. There was only one person taking orders on a Sunday morning with the line reaching the door. We waited at lease 30 minutes to place our order and probably another 20 waiting on our food.

Walk up ordering with very friendly staff, quick service. Inside and outside seating. We ordered The Farmer and Biscuits and Gravy. Biscuits and gravy were as good as any we had ever had, but not over the top. The Farmer, the biscuit was delicious, and the chicken was tender and juicy but too much breading. Wish there had been less gravy as it tasted like very sweet apple sauce so I could have tasted more of the biscuit.

Let me start off by saying my sister LOVES this place and I really wanted to love it too, but unfortunately that's just not the case. It was my first time here, paid about $50 for me, my mom and my daughter, not bad. My mom and I got a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and both sandwiches came out cold 🙄 I asked them to microwave it bc I really didn't mind that, they remade both sandwiches, great! When we got the fresh one's they had little to no flavor, and how are your biscuits hard?! Even McDonald's and Whataburger have soft biscuits during peak hours. The smashbrows were actually very good. Cinnamon donuts, very mid, little flavor. If you get the coffee bar it's pretty cool, I believe 4 or 4 different favored coffees, endless if you choose that option. The service was normal, nothing to rave about. Needless to say, we won't be coming back. I do believe the chicken biscuits may taste better, they definitely looked better!

I had high hopes for my first visit to Maple Street Biscuit Company, but unfortunately, it turned out to be an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. Let’s start with the positives: The peach berry lemonade was the highlight of the visit—refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was also pleasant and would be great for a casual meeting or catching up with friends and family. Now, the rest of the experience: The cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. There were no napkins available at any table or station. While this might be understandable during a rush, the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Several staff members were present, but they seemed more focused on looking busy than actually being helpful or attentive. I ordered the chicken and waffles, only to be informed after sitting down that the restaurant had no maple syrup—at a place literally named Maple Street Biscuit Company. To make matters worse, the walls were covered in photos and decor celebrating maple syrup, including imagery of it being tapped fresh from trees. The irony was hard to miss. The staff offered ranch dressing as a substitute, which felt more like a joke than a solution. I managed to find a nearly empty bottle of syrup on a dirty table nearby. It was cold, watery, and completely unappetizing. My wife offered me some of her biscuits and gravy, but that didn’t help much. The biscuits were tough and rubbery—difficult to chew and nothing like the soft, fluffy texture one would expect. The service deserves a special mention—zero stars. This isn’t to say we were ignored entirely, but rather that the attention we received felt performative, as if the staff was more concerned with impressing a nearby manager in a collared shirt than actually helping customers. My food arrived with no utensils. I asked a server for a fork and knife, and she completely ignored me. Another waiter walked up behind her and asked if I needed anything. I repeated my request, and she acknowledged it—then walked away and started greeting other tables. Needless to say, I had to get up and get my own utensils. And to be clear, utensils aren’t in an open area like the cup lids or condiments. If they were, I would’ve had no problem grabbing them myself. I ended up having to approach a staff member behind the counter who was rolling silverware just to get what I needed. To top it all off, my wife ordered bacon and never received it. Given the overall lack of service and basic restaurant essentials (like napkins), she didn’t even bother to follow up on it. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last. I'm scratching this place off my list for good.
