Had orange chicken with rice and a side of noodles. Yumm the chicken was perfectly crispy and sauce delicious. My noodles were cooked to perfection and the rice fluffy and sticky 😋.

Went for a lunch with the family and the food was good but the staff was amazing. Have two picky eaters and one sent back a dish. They took it back with a smile and remade it, then made a special order for my son. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, much nicer than other locations I’ve been to. This will now be the “go to” location for my family when getting Pei Wei, even though there is a closer location to us. With prices for eating out higher than ever, I always look for service and a smile when choosing where I will eat at.

Loved the general tap chicken! Walked in not expecting to get anything with my partner but ended up having my own plate! Dihia was particularly helpful (letting us know which was most spicy, which we were looking for). All around good atmosphere and nice staff.

Pei Wei is our family’s top place to go - my son request the Crab Wontons on a weekly basis. We live closer to the 1604 location but this one is the best. The service is always great, as well as the food! Dihia was awesome and super helpful, especially with our complicated orders!

We just enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Pei Wei in Lincoln Heights, and the service was truly superb. The host, Dihia, along with the rest of the staff, greeted us very warmly and assisted us promptly, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our food was delicious and full of flavor—we really enjoyed every bite. Overall, it was a great meal, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area!

I have always loved going to Pei Wei throughout my childhood. I haven't been to one in years and when I went to this location, it brought back so much nostalgia and delight. One of the staff, Dihia, was great and sure to check up on how I felt about the food, making the place very welcoming. Would highly recommend this Pei Wei for it's inviting staff and atmosphere and of course it's great food that still tastes as good as it did all those years ago.

I went to Pei Wei for the first time and the Lincoln heights location was phenomenal the level of cleanliness is beyond comforting and the food was very hot and delicious. Bella was an amazing help today she greeted me with a smile and offered help choosing the right menu option. It was the best first experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Pei Wei really surprised me in a good way. The food was alright and actually had flavor instead of that usual bland chain vibe. The staff kept things moving, especially the one at the front of the house, Amine. He handled the register and guests like a pro, even though he’s still young. You can tell he takes pride in his work, stays patient with customers, and keeps the place running smoothly. Honestly, he made the whole visit better. I also can’t forget the cooks and his assistants, Mouloud and Hamza. They were on point the whole time, keeping orders coming out steady and making sure everything tasted fresh.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I absolutely LOVE the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken with brown rice. Probably my favorite meal of all time. They do have Coke Zero (great quality fountain drinks) and Apple Pay. Plenty of padded seating. Nice date spot. They have weekly discounts. High quality food ingredients made to order. Hidden gem.

We had a wonderful experience at this Pei Wei location. We had a hiccup at the register and the cashier was patient while trying the fix the issue. He called over the manager, Farid, who resolved the issue and even gave us a free app, for being so understanding. The food was great, and as always Pei Wei does not disappoint. 😊

We did takeout here for dinner. We ordered the Bourbon Chicken entree, the Teriyaki Chicken entree, Crab Wonton and Crispy Dumplings. Food was hot and good. Good customer service. Would recommend that you visit this establishment and will return again for inside dining next time.

1st time at this location and 1st time back at Pei Wei in over 15 years... I think it might be another 15 before I'm back. The salmon poke bowl was disappointing. The salmon is coated in way too much dressing to really enjoy the salmon. The cilantro was a little sad and wilted as were the cucumbers. It's a decent sized portion, but you can get a much fresher poke bowl at HEB for the same price or less. Their hot & sour soup was lukewarm at best initially, so they reheated it for me. Good flavor, lots of meat in it, little tofu, but still missing something... mushrooms? I will say, the best thing about this place was the hardworking lady performing triple duty as cashier, server, and table buser. Give this lady a raise, or some help! Kudos for your friendliness and non-stop service during the lunch rush.

Man at the front was sweet. Came here because the hype but the food was very disappointing. Overpriced and disgusting. My friend ordered more food than me, and hers came out ten minutes before mine!!! The party that walked in after me received theirs at the same time as me….. Sauce tasted burnt, and even my friend who used to frequent Pei Wei stated this did not taste correct.
