We were on our way home to Ohio from vacationing in Maine when we decided to stop for the night and get something to eat too. We were surprised at how nice and clean the restaurant was and at their large menu selection. We ordered the lg pepperoni pizza and 20 traditional garlic parm wings. The young girl working the register was extremely helpful, and personable. The food was absolutely amazing and so was her customer service! She checked on us numerous times even though she was busy cleaning as it was about 10:15pm when we finally left. I hope we're in the area again one day because we would definitely stop again. Thank you again for a great experience!

Traveling through NY the hotel gave this as a choice that delivers. I’ve eaten acres of pizza and flocks of Buffalo Wings and this place - even though not cheap - was one one of my top 5 all time favorite places! So so good! One of my favorite local places to eat. Lovely dine in section. Their Hawaiian pizza has to be the best in the entire WNY area. Their boneless garlic parmesan wings are so good. Even my picky eaters love them. Love their sub program. Buy ten subs, your next one is free. Their BLT subs are a favorite in our house. Never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here in the last 15 years since moving here. Great selection of pizzas. Amazing place to eat.

My favorite pizza in WNY! Also have very good subs as well. The staff are mostly very friendly and kind, I was once a dollar short and a very kind cashier took a dollar from the tip jar to cover me. The friendliness and yummy food always has me coming back :)

My friend and myself went to Hamburg to stop at an hobby shop and we were looking for a place to eat on the way back home, we saw Edies and stopped for lunch , we were bery pleased with the subs we ordered, they were huge , loaded and delicious, i got the meatball parm sub with mozzarella, jalapenos, it was so big i had to take half home , my friend got a turkey sub and could only eat half also . friendly service. , the waitress visited us several times to make sure we were good and the place is exceptionally clean and roomy , i would recommmend to stop by if you are out that way !

We called from out of town to have a pizza delivered for our niece's birthday. The service was fast and friendly, and the went the"extra mile" and decorated the pizza box and put a birthday candle on it!! Really cool and nice touch. We heard the pizza was awesome, everyone enjoyed. Thanks Edie's

Best pizza in Hamburg, period. Not judging on taste alone. Edies has remained consistent in quality and service over the years. Subs are ok and wings are decent but, Edies knows how to make a damn fine pizza.

We used to live near Edie's and ordered from them all the time. Subs, pizzas, wings you name it. It's all great! We retired and moved away. This was our first time back in two years because of covid-19 and a few other things so we were looking to chow down on our favorite foods again. We can't get anything like Western N Y food where we live now. We still have a few days left before we go back so we'll be visiting a few other places yet to taste more of the deliciousness that makes up this area.

Passing through town on business, picked Edies out of thin air. Did not disappoint! Generous portions on the french fries - crispy and hot even after a short drive to the hotel, solid steak and cheese bomb, Ordered within minutes of arriving, food was out (to go) at the promised time. Will return!

The staff is always pleasant and patient when ordering (we have some picky eaters). The food is excellent and consistent. I had one issue and they were very responsive and quick to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We have never been disappointed with any of their food ordered. Exactly what you hope for when going to a local Buffalo pizzeria. I cannot speak on the menu as I only got a slice for lunch, but if their pizza is any reflection of the other items they offer then you should not be disappointed. Great slice, crispy bottom fluffy top with the dough. Sauce was excellent with a satisfying layer of cheese, well curled pepperoni and a nice crispy crust. Look forward to coming back next time I'm in hamburg

Absolutely AMAZING staff. I was a last minute order and they were extremely polite and friendly. Angie was a big sweetheart and was extremely nice. Not expecting that when i ordered at 9:48p.m. and they close at 10 pm. Noelle was an absolute sweetheart as well. We are driving through the area on our way to Massachusetts and wanted pizza so we found this place on maps and it had good reviews and ratings so we drove over and found this adorable little restaurant that had a really great variety of things on their menu. I got the small taco pizza and my friend got the buffalo chicken sub. They were both really good! The pizza was amazing! The service was great and the atmosphere was way better than what we were expecting. Especially after driving past some of the other pizza shops in the area.

Food is generally good, but with any super busy operation, prone to a subpar order or two. Have had no problem in the last two years. Not my favorite pizza, but the BLT sub and White Pizza sub are excellent, and we've been finding the Chicken Finger Salad really tasty.

After Koz pizza shutdown (and the replacement is not acceptable) I was on the hunt for a new "go to" place around the area. Luckily, out of all the places I choose to sample Edies. I used to eat there when I was a kid growing up, and it seems 20 years later they are still kicking! I have ordered several things so far, and each time I have been delightfully surprised with no criticisms. Pizza: I like my pizza very specific. Not too much cheese or sauce, well cooked so the cheese is a little burnt on top, not to thick of a crust, but not too thin either. When I pick up the pizza slice it should NOT drip and loose all the topping. I hate a sloppy pizza. Edies checks all these boxes and it's perfect the 2 times I've gotten it! Wings: I tried Medium and Garlic Parmesan. I loved both of them, they are not dry and too crispy, a very nice amount of sauce and big juicy wings! I know it's kinda weird with wings because there is only a handful of suppliers so it can't vary too much from location to location, but these were super good! Fries: This one was a huge win and surprise for me. It's my PERFECT type of fry. They have a perfectly delicious golden crispy coating and just the right amount of salt. I seriously was in love and I hope they are like this every single time. Subs: I tried a chicken finger and assorted. Both subs were phenomenal and would not change a thing. Perfect ratio of ingredients and delicious. The only thing that makes me sad is, no regular fish fry opportunities. I think they only do fish fry Fridays during lent. But that is okay I can get a fish fry somewhere else when I want one :) Thanks Edies! Never change 💕💕💕

Born & raised in hamburg off main street, Went to union pleasant elementary, Then to HMS, Then HHS. Lived out of state for 6 years now and havent had edies in 4 years. i wake up in the middle of the night craving Edies pizza & a bbq finger sub on the pit. This was always my childhood pizza spot. Place does not get enough recognition in the pizza game. This place is a heavy hitter forsure.

The pickle pizza here was amazing!! We stopped here coming through town on the way back to MI. I ordered it on a whim and it might be the best pizza I've ever had. Definitely plan to stop here on our way through from now on!

We've been here for pizza twice now since moving to the area a couple weeks ago. The crust is delightful. They put lots of cheese and toppings on. We really enjoy the convenience of how close it is to home and, of course, the food.

Stopped by for a sub later in evening as they were open until 10 and not many places were. I had a pretty good ham sub and awesome battered French fries. Good service and made pretty quick from time I called.

Out of town and wanted something quick and fast. Food was good. Inside setting is very small. They say its the best pizza in Hamburg. I had the white pizza sub and it was ok. I wished they put a white sause on it because it was just mostly melted cheese, tomatos and oregano. We also had to wait a little while and it was an off time. If we were back in the area we would come.

We had medium chicken wings. Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! As good if not better than any notable local well known places in WNY.

I’ve been here twice while visiting from out of town. Food is solid and quality was consistent! Both my take out and dine in orders were ready quickly. Prices seemed a bit high — $25 for a small pizza and a small order of mozzarella sticks was more than I was expecting, but I’m not from the area, so based on the other reviews I’m seeing that may be pretty in line with prices in Hamburg.

The only reason they don't get a 5 around the board is because nobody's perfect. That being said, there new beef on weck pizza is by far a 5/5.. my GF said "Let's try this, yada yada.." next think I know I'm eating one of the best pizzas I've ever had.. a big BRAVO to everyone involved with making one of the best 'zas I've ever had. Grade A Buffalo Wings, Pizza was good but Pepperoni’s are used sparingly. Service was friendly, tables and bathroom are clean. I will be coming back and would recommend this place!

Usually have an amazing experience here, usually in and out with no issues! Today I went in to grab the lunch special, which consist of 2 slices of pizza and a 20oz drink stated on their website and a few places in the actual restaurant. Unfortunately the front person must’ve missed I mentioned the lunch special deal and charged me only for the pizza, I proceeded to grab the drink and wait in line again to pay for the drink. As I’m checking out I then mention again how I wanted the lunch special with the drink. After I paid for the drink now separately. I then proceeded to watch the few employees standing in the front all look at the special menu in the next room over and proceed to talk about me not mention I wanted the special. Did not appreciate the rudeness of the employees. Especially the older women working.

Restaurant was not busy, only one other table that was leaving. Everything was cold except the bambino pizza. We had a Pittsburgh Salad(cold fries on top), a chicken finger sub(cheese did not even melt because the chicken fingers were still cold). I feel like they make the food and then just reheat it when its ordered. I feel like it could of been good if it came out when it was actually cooked. Sorry we will not be back.

This was my first time here and the place was really nice. The pizza was decent but a little "bready" for my taste. I will definitely come back to try some different items on the menu.

So this place USED to have the best pizza and chicken finger subs in the area. It was a favorite of ours and we would frequently visit here even many nights in a row. We were here just 2 nights ago and dine in customers and the lack of free refills on drinks where there used to be, the price of pizza going through the roof and the quality of service and the food going down the drain we will likely never return here again. Huge disappointment. I know places lost good employees when things shut down for covid but the staff that remains there does NOT AT ALL DO YOUR BUSINESS JUSTICE

Placed my sheet pizza and double wing order online (12/20/2024) for a pre-Christmas family gathering. Upon getting our order home we noticed that the wings were extremely overcooked. I decided that we would hold off on eating the wings and would call Edie’s to speak to the manager on duty, unfortunately he was busy and couldn’t talk to me, but the young lady that took my call would relay my information to him, she assured me that he would call me back when he was available. Well, a few days have passed and still no return call from the manager. I really didn’t expect anything but an apology and maybe an offer to fry a new order of wings for us. I realize that a well establish restaurant can ignore a few customer complaints without feeling the effects of losing them as customers, but eventually this will add up. Not only quality of food plays a role in the success of a restaurant, customer service does as well.

I was a little disappointed when I took my daughter for a pizza dinner and a small cheese and pepperoni pizza, and 2 drinks cost me $28. That's a little ridiculous.

$25.00 for sm pizza ch,pep, mush. Single wing. Very expensive. I would have thought the pizza would have been much better. Pizza was subpar. Dry as there was no sauce and middle was still doughy. No flavor, very blah. Wings mild, not bad. I would not order this pizza again.

We ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni, onions and broccoli. The crust and the sauce were delicious! My low rating was due to the meager amount of toppings. Broccoli florets seemed to be possibly threaded into whatever is thinner than a floret, thin ribbons of florets, (if you can believe it?). There was one or two at most, of pepperoni per slice of pizza! Why the skimping of toppings, especially when you get the crust and the sauce right? Why the skimping of toppings when I actually pay extra for the toppings? Maybe there is a shortage of broccoli and pepperoni in Hamburg?

To management and owners of Edie’s Pizza. Would it bother you to lose a loyal customer for well over 20 years? We ordered our usual thin crust pizza two weeks ago. The crust was so thin you couldn’t pick a slice up and the crust was dried out and burned. It was never like that in the past. You gave us a $15 dollar credit and we ordered again, you always ask “pick up or delivery “ after telling the employee delivery, we waited an hour and a half only to be told it was still sitting there, cold. We’ve spent a lot of money there over all these years. Maybe your employees don’t value your customers? So, your delivery girl shows up and tries telling me the $15 credit would be applied for the next order! Unbelievable! After being told when we ordered it would be applied today. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from you again.

I was told 30 minutes to get my pizza. I arrived at 35 minutes. My pizza wasnt ready until 50 minutes after I ordered. I got the pizza home and almost half the pizza had hardly any cheese. Very disappointed. I understand they are short staffed but be truthful about the length of time to get a pizza. I would have gladly waited another 15 minutes before I headed to the pizzeria. At least it was tasty but had to throw out two slices because it was basically just bread and sauce.

I love the food here. The phone and counter staff are so unbelievably rude!! The first time I thought they were having a bad day, happens to everyone, the fifth time is just laughable. It is sad because it is such a good pizzeria with high quality food. I just hate rudeness.

We ordered boneless wings onion rings mozzarella sticks fries and a wrap at 5:39 the stuff arrived over an hour and 25 min later cold and hard soggy fries. This pizzeria is going down hill with there lack of service… I’ll call Bella pizza next time

Very sad to be writing this review, have been a customer at Edies in Hamburg for the last three years and the food has always been amazing! But today, I ordered dinner for my family like I have always done, the person who answered was very nice and quick. However, when my husband went to pick up the order the situation was VERY different.... He had asked to speak with the manager on duty as he wanted to question why he was unable to make a purchase for delivery of a sub a few weeks ago. The manager was very rude, told him flat out he DOES NOT want my husbands business anymore and to leave. It doesn’t end there, as my husband went to leave this manager made a nasty comment and called my husband a grease monkey laughing with other employees!!!! This is the worst business practice I have ever seen! I am a business woman in a multi million dollar corporation and this is appalling. I can say however, when I personally called back and asked to speak with the owner I did speak to the owners daughter Rachel who explained the situation to me, and did say that the manager would be spoken to as he was out of line. I expect to see some restitution for this situation! I would appreciate for the Owner him or herself to contact me personally!

Definitely buffalo style pizza. The pizza reminds me of Puzza Hut: thick and oily style dough. If you're looking for thin crust, not too much cheese, not too much dough and good sauce, this is not the place for you. I'm only leaving this review because the pictures can be deceiving and someone might be looking for "New York City" style pizza and this ain't it.

Wings were not that good. First they were way to large (not a fan of jumbo wings) way to much hot sauce to the point I had to mop the extra sauce off with napkins. Will not go there again! Ordered medium hot sauce and fried Crispy. I got not so crispy wings, soaked and swimming in sauce. Not only that, I could have gone to Applebee’s and had a nice dinner and a beer for what I paid for 10 wings and a Pepsi.

It is very seldom that they actually listen to your order with accuracy. You must repeat it at least 10 times for them to understand fully. I guess the food is “OK” when they Care to listen. We will be searching out a new pizzeria. There were so many errors over the last two years we just can’t support them anymore.

Ordered well done pizza and crispy wings. Mushy raw dough like bread and wet wings. I called they send burned wings that were dry other half were rotten.they smelled like rotten bad chicken that was left out. Drove back the manager gave me a hard time because there were not all the slices in the box. Did he want used half eaten slices on the counter during civid? He was rude . I had no food at a party, paid 45 bucks, and tipped a driver and drove to therestaurant two times and he treated me terrible. Rude rude rude

I called at 4:20 on Sunday and received a recording telling me they were open at 4 today due to staff shortage, but it was 420. I called back someone answered but didn't say anything after a few seconds they hung up on me. I called a 3rd time and asked what the bambino pizza special was as well as the sub special. I was told there isn't one, they are only available during the week. I know different but didn't want to argue. I placed an order for a chicken spinach bambino and 1/2 a pizza sub and was told 20 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later, the girl at the counter pulled the bambino pizza box out but didn't see the pizza sub. I watched her check on it and apparently it was just put in. Why wouldn't you cook this order at fairly the same time? The pizza was cold and the roll to the sub was burnt and only had 4 pepperoni's on it. We are extremely disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the food. One more note, the 2 guys making the pizzas were wearing their masks below their chins.

We placed an order for takeout. One of the items was a Tuna Salad. When the order was opened at home, there was no Tuna. I called Edies and was told that I could drive back there to have Tuna added to the salad, or drive back there return the salad, and get a new one. I told the manager to just refund the money for the salad to the credit card. I was the told they would refund the money if I brought the salad back. All solutions offered by the manager of Edies involved me driving back across town. This is the worst service in the village. There are many good places in the village, I advise you take your business elsewhere.

The pizza was just not good. It was worse than the cafeteria school lunches. The price point was average , $30 for a cheese pizza. It was bland and tasteless. Do not recommend to anyone. There delivery was very quick, but after eating it I think I know why.

This is the first and last time at Edies Pizza. I looked online for the price for a large pizza and 20 BBQ wings. At checked I was informed there is an additional $2.00 for every 10 chicken wings. Hence, the hidden $4.00 surprise charge. When I nicely questioned the employee, I was directed to the manager. I told her that their website and their menu doesn't state anything about this hidden charge. She told me that the owner will not permit any employee to give a credit back, for any reason. Now for the food, the wings were barely charred and swimming in BBQ sauce, and the pizza had no noticeable sauce and the crust was burnt. Never again, bad business policies and food!

Probably the most bland pizza I’ve ever had. It was a to go order. The dough tasted like the cardboard box because they didn’t put wax paper under the pie and it immediately fell apart when I picked up a slice. Even the pepperoni was off. This business is just stealing money. They should close for good.

I will never go to Edie's again Several years ago the only pizzeria I would patronize was Edies. However, the food quality and service have greatly gone down over the last few year. It started with the pizza. They started serving pizzas with a paper thin layer of cheese. There were even parts of the pizza with no cheese. So I started ordering double cheese. Even with ordering double cheese, I could see the sauce through the cheese. The last straw was when I was served a pizza with 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice on more than one occasion. There is no way that a pizzeria could justify that little pepperoni. I also had problems with their chicken wings. They started being served amazingly dry and lacking of sauce. They were so dry they were hard to eat. So I started ordering extra sauce. That seemed to work for a bit. But one day I ordered extra blue cheese with my wings. The wings were served without the extra blue cheese. But I was charged for the extra cheese. I called and spoke to the owner, and he credited my account. The last straw was today. I order a chicken finger sub, medium, with blue cheese and no onions. When the food was delivered, my sub had no sauce, provolone cheese, no blue cheese, and onions. I called right away and told them the order was wrong. I asked them for a new sub. The lady on the phone put me on hold for a very long time. By the time she came back, I had the thought that my new sub would be tampered with, so I changed my mind and asked for a credit. Once again I was placed on hold for a long time. When the lady came back she offered me a $5 credit. I said that I paid $10 (plus delivery) for the sub, and that I wanted a full credit. She informed me that the only way to get a full credit was to return the sub. She must have thought that I was making my complaint up to get a free sub. I asked for her manager. She said she was the manager. I told her (and I'm being polite here) keep the $5, and that I would never go to Edie's again. Finally, the attached picture shows the provolone and onions that I took off of my sub. I hope now she believes me.

Picked up take out order and got home to see I was given the wrong order. Called and spoke with owner Greg Edie. Instead of taking ownership and being professional, Greg brushed off the error and spoke sarcastically stating it wasn’t a loss. No recognition that we drove all the way to get what we ordered and did not. Hey Greg, this is why we go to Bella. They appreciate their customers and take full responsibility for their errors. Look elsewhere for pizza and take Hamburg, Boston, Eden. In this economy you have to choose wisely where you spend your money.

Their wings gave me FOOD POISONING. When I called them yesterday, the employee laughed and said "there's nothing in our food that would do that" and to call and talk to the owner tomorrow. I called the owner the next day, and they were only going to refund me for the wings and not the entire meal. Never going here again. I don't even care about the refund because I used a gift card. It was $57 for a large pizza and 20 wings. I still feel like garbage the day after.
