I love the karaoke. The drinks are affordable and the people are friendly. Its like a cheers type place where others know the other familiars.

I was mixing for "The Bad Boys" There was a Full House. BB rocked the house. "Dancing, Drinking, Flirting and Rocking" The staff is nice and know about drinking. A side note: The blond bartender "Chris" is one of the best anywhere !

The dj on tuesdays, thur fri and sat is the best and his wife is hot ;) darts, pool tables. Bathrooms always clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Someone needs to send in pics of the new front its been remodeled. Its right by where sun harvest use to be.

Had delicious pepperoni pizza, karaoke night was awesome, and the drinks on tap were nice and cold! Pool table is a little worn but that's expected at bars. Also the seating areas can improve but overall it was a nice spot to unwind!

This is my favorite karaoke spot in San Antonio. A+ bartenders, karaoke every night, and decent drink prices. They recently expanded their karaoke catalogue, so they cover both newer and older hits, and it's searchable in your smart phone so you don't have to look through a book. The regulars are nice, and it feels like a safe place to be. I've only had problems with pushy guys rarely, and when it happens I can turn to the staff to help resolve the issue. It's definitely less creepy than Dad's. There's also live music every once in a while, free darts, a lively pool scene, and trivia. The place does get a little crowded for my tastes on Friday night, but generally the atmosphere is relaxed and the weekdays are good for people who want to sing a bunch of times throughout the night. Restrooms have always been clean while I've been there, and the patio is cozy. It's in a shopping center, and the sign doesn't stand out a whole lot, so it can be hard to miss. The planet fitness in the same shopping center should be easy to spot, so you can go off of that.

Great people come here! Super friendly, and the atmosphere reeks of laughter and fun. Karaoke every night with great KJ's running the show. The sound system makes even the poorest of singers sound like stars. Pete, the KJ on Thur, Fri & Sat, is just awesome.

This pub has a really good atmosphere. I captain two pool league teams on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The bartenders are friendly, and they also have karaoke.

This was my first time here. I came because of a friend. The staff was friendly and pleasant. They welcomed us as we walked in. My friend is a regular so she got her drink right away. I was then served within 2 minutes. We were checked on. This bar is not close to me but I would make the trip. I would definitely go back.

This bar is amazing everyone is super nice and its a local neighborhood bar...karaoke every night of the week drink specials til 11pm, pool tables darts and a smoking area in the back..what more could you ask for!! First time I've gone. A bunch of us met up for drinks and found out it was karaoke night. The lady bartender was great but I didn't get her name. The prices are average for call liquor. Idk how the "well" drinks compare price-wise. They have a very nice lattice-enclosed patio with a patio heater for smokers. They even have a barback! Will definitely go again. 😁

Ok, so I've gone 3 times to this bar. The first time we went was on a Friday to check it out. We heard that all the 49ers gather there to watch the games. So my hubby and I checked it out and the bartender was very nice and made sure we had what we wanted. The next day we went when the game started and let me tell you!!!! There were so many people, I thought there is no way we're ever going to get a beer. Boy was I wrong!!! They noticed everyone who kept going up to the bar and taking care of them!!! They were quick and still had on a smile. We went again for the 49er and packer game , and once again did not disappoint! There is this one bartender, I believe his name was Steve, who had a smile on from ear to ear serving everyone. So I'm giving this a five star. Definitely will be going back👍

A nice neighborhood bar. Pool tables, dartboards (both steel tip and soft tip) and several E-games make this a decent place to relax and unwind. Whether from a day at work or as a respite from the relatives during the holidays, this is the place to go.

I love coming to this bar for karaoke. The staff is always kind and respectful and the drinks taste great and aren't too expensive. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to do karaoke and have some great drinks.

This is my Friday night spot for many reasons, first of many is free food. This is not the bar to nickel and dime you.

This was my first time coming here last night (8/6) and the two male bartenders (1 with grey pony tail & bald gentleman) were AMAZING!!!! They mixed the drinks well, their personalities were outstanding, and they really made my boyfriend and I feel like family or regulars. I apologize I don't remember their names. There was karaoke available, 5 dart boards, two pool tables, and trivia video game tvs at the bar to play. The atmosphere during the week was great. It was very busy for a wed night. I was highly impressed and will definently be back. So glad I found my new home bar in town and I've been here in texas 4 years and yet to find one. My only suggestion would be finger type foods or snacks available to the public as i know you don't have a full kitchen. keep up the good work. Kuddos to the outstanding staff and the owner!!!

This place is awesome the bartenders are very customer service and even if you are a regular they treat you with respect as long as you treat them with respect they are on it every time with service and I highly recommend this bar to any one who wants to karaoke and chill out and have a great time and I highly recommend this place to have a lot of fun and great time you can't go wrong with this place with the karaoke and bartenders

Loved this pub. My husband, my sister, brother in law and myself went to this pub last night. It was great staff very nice and attentive. The locals were very nice. The DJ made us feel very welcome as if we were regulars. I stood there and talked with him for at least 20 minutes or more, he had me laughing the whole time. The drinks were awesome and fairly priced. Great place to go sing, dance and have fun. We will be coming back to this pub when we visit San Antonio again.

Do you like to throw steel tipped darts? Excellent boards and setup here. That is hard to find in North San Antonio. Standard bar fare where simple drinks won't bankrupt you. It is exactly what you would expect from a neighborhood bar except their superb dart setup.

Myself and my family had an amazing experience here! Came out for my pops 50th birthday, the place was cozy feeling with karaoke going and nice people, they had good pricing on their shots, and a nice pool table and darts, solid place and definitely worth visiting again! Highly recommend.

Ways to go there quite often for about 6 or 7 years until about 4 years ago. We haven't gone back there for going on 3 years. There has been a lot of violence and multiple times where the KJ would play favorites despite us being in rotation and paying customers. The KJ would accept tips to bump people up, and often just put themselves up to sing before rotation. It has become a nightmare the last 3 years! Terrible clientele that frequents this bar now! Heaven help the bartenders that have stuck around because they certainly need it!

This is one of the best if not the best hole-in-the-wall bars I have ever been to. Definitely an environment where if you go in there to have a good time, they're going to treat you like family. Drinks are reasonably priced and they have amazing specials every day of the week. Throw on the added bonus of karaoke 7 days a week and you've got yourself a guaranteed good time anytime you want to stop by.

Great dive bar! Last 2 times I've been in, we put Steve the bartender in the weeds pretty good. Wish he had a little more support, but he's still very attentive. Great karaoke jock and I think they run karaoke 7 days a week. Great place to catch a game too.

I didn't come to eat, but I was enjoying company with my daughter. The environment was really nice. All the people around were really nice and kind. It was refreshing to see this level of kindness and togetherness. Bar tender was sweet, and drinks were definitely not watered down. Always a plus!

Super chill hole in the wall feel, gets busy after 9, and has some nice frozen pizzas. But they have a guy, Jordan, outside that makes delicious turkey legs and jalapeño poppers and all kinds of good stuff. It takes a bit of wait time but it’s worth the wait.

I was invited to Sir Winston's last night and I'm so happy that I accepted the invitation. I had an absolutely amazing time. This place has a friendly and welcoming environment. It seems that most of the patrons are regulars because everyone knew each other. I've never met so many amazing people at once. I love that people came and conversed with me about topics that I care about and most people are afraid to discuss. My face and ears still hurting from laughing so much. Also, people I've never met bought me drinks and just made my night out so great. Again, the people I met were absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go again. Maybe, I'll perform a Tina Turner song for karaoke. Haha.

Decent little dive! I love a place that has karaoke! Bartenders are good and do well at making drinks. Don't order the pizza though! One, it taste really bad and two, they tend to forget about it while they're serving other people (not the bartenders fault, they're not Cooks they're bartenders) and both times I've gotten it, it was pretty burnt. So go with a full belly or order something else, but stay as far away from the pizzas humanly possible!

Went for New Year's and it was pretty cool. Karaoke was great, DJ was funny, champagne and accessories for the celebration were a great touch. Bartenders were ok with the exception of the older gentleman, he was very friendly. Patrons were cool and friendly too. Like the overall vibe.

When I first entered Sir Winston's I was surprised at the amount of people that were there. In fact if you don't like crowed places then this is not a place for you. This was the first time I have been there so it may not always be as crowded as it was. It was on a saterday night.There was a band that was really good and it was loud enough to hear but you could still have a conversation. It took a while to get served at the bar because of the crowd but the bartenders were awesome and considering the crowd they were doing their best. Overall it was a nice time. I will go back

Nice cozy bar. Our bartender was incredibly animated, very funny but professional when it involed business. The bar also provides great snacks (free) such as wings, popped corn , pretzels etc and the band featured that night was so very good .

Great drinks. Fun people. But the Karaoke DJ plays his own instrument while people are singing. Annoying. And he has the volume too loud. If it weren't for that I'd give it 5 stars.

Found Sir Winston's Online and decided to try it out...got there about 8 on a Friday and the place had about 10 people ! Karaoke didn't start till 930 but that was the only negative...This little bar got up to about 50 people that night and had something for everyone...karaoke, 2 pool tables, 3 dart boards, xl Jenga, Shuffleboard, Golden Tee, digital jukebox, Drink specials till 11, dollar jello shots, and free snacks(popcorn & nachos)...after 11 the drinks got expensive ! But overall this "dive bar" was great everyone was super friendly and we will be going back !

One of my favorite Kareokee places! I don't really excpect great customer service from bars, but they sure do have great customer service. Ask for an old fashion and you'll see what I mean!

This is a laid back "Cheers" type of place. Atleast before 9pm . I'm gone before then. The day bartender is kinda hard to get a drink from . Granted it is just her there but it really isn't THAT busy. She makes decent drinks though so can't complain too much. The clientele are friendly. I don't know how the "nightlife is" but the before 8 people are nice. I usually go before 6pm and I'm gone by 8. They do have a couple of pool tables, some dart boards, electronic trivia, a couple of push buttons games(for entertainment purposes only 🤫) I'm not much of a drinker. I usually only have 1 or 2 drinks at the most. My mom and I met my brother up there Friday and I had a mind eraser, mom had 2 buttery ripples and it was like $11.

The bartenders and bar backs are friendly and attentive and the prices are competitive. It's just kinda a hole in the wall, laid back, everyone knows everyone kind of place. It's comfortable and I always feel safe and welcome everytime I've been.

Barbacks real good bus bartender took about 10 minutes every time maybe 15 minutes to get me my drink every time I needed one. Is a nice place overall if I didn't have to wait so long for my drinks.

A karaoke bar that while very busy the volume inside was moderated enough to hear conversation. Was pleasant and prices were reasonable. Bar was extremely busy crowded but on the positive, either thru careful positioning natural acoustic design, conversation was possible. My second drink order ( Bud 12 oz.) took approx 45 minutes and I was at the bar..while STEVE the barkeep was personable it is not a pleasant. RATHER than pen a scathing acct. after one visit. I returned Sunday. With another barkeep and a much reduced crowd again the wait to be seen was near interminable. When asked I queried whether coffee was brewed, if not was my intention was 12 oz longneck. As I began to say such bartender turned away and another wait ensued. Also in my first visit my tab was closed in error which is notwelcome

But environment with 2 pool tables and several steel tip free dart boards plus at least 3 soft tip cost effective dart boards available, too.

What a night! The bartenders were awesome, the karaoke guy not so much. He was wasted by 12:00, he let the same horrendous guy sing 3 times in a row. Several people signed up he skipped over them. He called last call at 1 because he was so drunk. He didn't realize that the wrong microphone was being used. I'd definitely go there to hang out and drink, not a great place for karaoke.

Great karoke bar however the Monday night service is absolutely terrible. I understand peoole get busy but at least acknowledge someone who has been standing there for 10 to 15 mins waiting. And when you do approach them why have an attitude? The bartender made it clear tonight she only cared to serve her friends and its very off putting. Hope they get better about this. If you're going for the karaoke I do NOT recommend, there are much better places to go. Ive been singing karaoke for almost two decades. This was my first time here. The system is terrible. EVERYONE sounded off which isn't enjoyable. You can barely hear the music which makes it hard to follow the song. I gave them 2 stars and not 1 because they have good drink prices.

At first it was a great place, but over time you see the issues. I feel bad for the bartender "Stevie" because she's emotionally unstable. I forgive her anyways. Jeff is awesome, great bartender.

Used to be a great place to go but lately the short dark haired bartender has charged us for two drinks for my wife she made wrong so we paid for the wrong drinks and the ones she finally made right, then last nite my wife asked for a honey jack and diet Coke and she made a jack and diet Coke and tried to hide it by pouring extra diet Coke and told my wife she thought they were out of honey jack when I clearly saw the other bartender open a brand new bottle for my wife's previous drink. The karoake is great but people complain to the owner of the bar whenever the kj is just doing her job and because they are regulars the owner takes their side.

Kind of a dive bar (& not the good kind), not a very good 1st impression. Game was not on (ON their biggest & all screens) before the game even started, all the other screens are small ugh. Not the best customer svc w/the 3 peeps I had interaction with either..

I've been coming here since high school. Cheap drinks, great service. One of the best bars in San Antonio. Also, free food for happy hour. Edit 2/17/22: place has gone down hill under new owner. Tabs have extra charges all the time. Service is terrible. Crowd is not cool, too many arguments, cops get called. Pretty sure someone is selling meth. It was a good run but it's over now.
